添加剂对尖晶石型锰酸锂性质表征的影响 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
以LiOH·H_20和MnO_2为原料,分别掺入H_2BO_3、Al_2O_3、SiO_2和P_2O_5等添加剂,用固相分段法制备尖晶石型锰酸锂。结果表明,SiO_2和P_2O_5可以有效地改善LiMn_2O_4的电化学性能,H_3BO_3对锰酸锂的电化学性能影响不大,而Al_2O_3破坏了LiMn_2O_4的电化学性能。面扫描结果显示,Si或P元素各自都均匀地分散于LiMn_2O_4的物相中。从元素电负性和原子半径的角度分析了B、Si、P和Al元素对尖晶石型LiMn_2O_4结构和性能的影响。 相似文献

The sintering additives such as Al2O3 and /or Y2O3 were coated on the surfaces of Si3N4 particles via heterogeneous nucleation processing using a buffered pH solution as the precipitation reagent .They nucleated and grew only on the surfaces of Si3N4 and did not form sol particles in solution by TEM observation .The isoelectric point(IEP) of coated Si3N4 was different from that of as-received Si3N4.The IEP of Al(OH)3-coated Si3N4 occurred at pH8.4, which is close to that of alumina .When Al(OH)3-coated Si3N4 particles were coated with Y(OH)3,the IEP of coated Si3N4 powder shifted from pH8.4 to pH9.2 ,similar to that of yttria.In addition ,the rheological data showed that Al2O3 and /or Y2O3 coated Si3N4 suspension is nearly Newtonian and that added Si3N4 suspension shows a shear rate thinning behavior. 相似文献

A seed-growth method has been applied to synthesize gold (Au) and Au-silver (Ag) bimetallic nanoparticles (NP) by using 12-3-12, a cationic Gemini surfactant, as a capping agent as well as micellar template. A systematic increase in the [12-3-12] from pre- to post-micellar region (up to 5 times the critical micelle concentration, cmc) produces Au NP from spherical to large plate like structures. Keeping [12-3-12] constant (equal to 1 / 2 cmc) and increasing ascorbic acid (AA) concentration lead to the formation of core shell type Au-Ag bimetallic NP. At maximum AA concentration (i.e. [AA] = 5.6 mM), fused bimetallic Au-Ag NP are obtained. The anisotropic growth of such materials is a key factor for various applications in nanotechnology. 相似文献

Modified (α‐diimine)nickel(II) catalysts are suitable for ethylene oligomerization reactions. Due to the mechanism (“chain running”), the formation of double‐bond isomers and branched olefins can be observed. The obtained oligomer mixtures show a Schulz–Flory distribution. Increasing ethylene pressure favors the selectivity of α‐olefin formation. The same effect can be observed when Lewis bases like thiophene or furane are added to the oligomerization reaction mixture. A generic method has been developed for the synthesis of crystalline metal nanowires or nanotubes (such as bismuth nanotubes, tungsten nanowires) from lamellar structures. In a typical process, lamellar surfactant/inorganic composite precursors are first prepared by reacting cationic or anionic surfactants with inorganic species under appropriate conditions. 对非Bi系氧化锌压敏电阻材料进行了系统研究。研究结果表明:在ZnO基体材料中,添加适量PbO、Co2O3、Cr2O3、MnO2、ZrO2、TiO2、Sb2O3 、B2O3等非Bi系添加剂,采用传统陶瓷制备工艺和合适烧结工艺,可获得a >50、IL<1 mA、烧结温度低于1 100℃的实用非Bi系氧化锌电阻瓷料。采用该瓷料,利用MLC工艺,选用Pd30/Ag70电极浆料,制作出V1mA<30 V、a >30、IL<1 mA的片式多层压敏电阻器。 相似文献

The role of adhesion promoters, copper oxidation, and thermal aging in the adhesion mechanism of enamel on copper winding wires is investigated. Evidence is presented on the predominant role of the copper oxide at the interface in the wire–enamel adhesion phenomena. The oxidation process and the copper oxides stability at the interface are seen to strongly depend upon the thermal aging of the wire and the nature of both the enamel and the promoter. Atomic force and scanning electron microscopy analyses show that so‐called promoters act more efficiently as corrosion inhibitors than as adhesion enhancers. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Poly(L-ornithine)s having various azo-contents in the side chains were synthesized by the water-soluble carbodiimide procedure. The photochemical properties of the polypeptides poly[Nδ-p-(phenylazo)benzoyl-L-ornithine] (PPABLO) containing 3–77 mol% azobenzene were investigated by absorption and circular dichroism spectroscopy in hexafluoro-2-propanol (HFIP) or water, and in HFIP-water or methanol-water solvent mixtures. The photochromism of the dichroic bands of the PPABLOs containing 20–77 mol% azobenzene in the visible and ultraviolet wavelength regions was found to be mostly reversible as a function of irradiation time at different wavelengths due to the photostationary state (above 80% trans-cis photoisomerization) of the azo aromatic moieties. The PPABLO containing 3.2 mol% azobenzene in water exhibited conformational changes from random coil to helix by the addition of methanol or sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS). The photo-induced conformational change was observed in HFIP-water-SDS solvent mixtures, while no conformational change was seen in water and HFIP-water solvent mixtures. 相似文献
