河南烤烟（40级）总灰分及主要矿质元素分析报告

以河南烤烟（４０级）国家标准仿制样品为试验材料，测定各等级烟叶总灰分及主要矿质元素含量，分析其与烟叶部位、颜色、成熟度、等级的关系，找出规律性，为研究烟叶矿质元素与外观质量、内在质量、燃烧性、安全性的关系提供参考。

Enzymic degradation and nature of the endosperm cell walls of germinating sorghums and barley

β-(1·3)(1·4)-Glucans are the major components of isolated endosperm cell walls of both sorghum and barley grains and the concentration declines from 75% in unmalted barley walls to 32% in those of the 6-day malts. In sorghums over the same period, the reduction was from 72 and 68% to 54 and 62% in varieties L187 and SK5912, respectively. Following germination wall pentosans, while enhanced in barley, decreased in sorghum. The enzymes which were unable to hydrolyse the walls of sorghum to release sugars (unlike those of barley) did so after the walls had been solubilised in alkali. Cellobiose accounted for 43% of the hydrolysates of the alkali-solubilised walls when incubated with sorghum malt enzymes and 79% when barley enzymes were used. Laminaribiose was not detected in either case which indicates that the polysaccharide of the sorghum walls is largely of a ‘cellulosic’ nature. Preliminary evidence suggests that fuco-xyloglucan may contribute to the resistance of the sorghum endosperm cell walls to enzymic attack during germination.

在Ph=5.0的Hac-NaAc体系中,4-氨基-三氮唑树脂(4-ATR)对Mo(Ⅵ)有较好的吸附性．静态饱和吸附容量As=189.5mg/g·R,用1～3moll-1Ha可以将吸附的Mo定量洗脱．298K测得吸附热力学参数△H=-27.3kJ·mol     

Development of InxGa1−xAs-based ohmic contacts for p-type GaAs by radio-frequency sputtering

In_xGa_1−xAs-based ohmic contacts which showed excellent contact properties for n-GaAs were demonstrated to be applicable to p-GaAs ohmic contacts. These contacts, prepared by radio-frequency sputtering, provided low contact resistance (0.2 Ω-mm), excellent thermal stability, smooth surface, and good reproducibility. The contact resistances had a weak dependence on the annealing temperatures, which was desirable in a manufacturing view point. This weak temperature dependence was explained to be due to a unique Schottky barrier height at the metal/p-In_xGa_1−xAs interface which does not depend on the In concentration in the In_xGa_1−xAs layer. The present experiment showed the possibility of simultaneous preparation of ohmic contacts for both n and p-GaAs using the same contact materials.     

适合LD泵浦的Tm:YAG的研究

全固态被动锁模Ti：sapphire／CdS_xSe_（1－x）激光器

利用半导体掺杂玻璃ＣｄＳ_ｘＳｅ（１－ｘ代替染料ＤＤＩ和ＨＩＴＣＩ作为饱和吸收体，实现了全固态被动锁模钛宝石激光器的稳定运转。在５．５Ｗ氩离子激光泵浦下获得锁模输出功率为１５０ｍＷ，锁模脉冲脉宽为１４ｐｓ。
