燃气轮机余热发电系统方案选择

综合利用不同型号燃气轮机余热的发电系统,根据水泥厂自备电站的不同型号燃气轮机余热情况,拟定余热发电技术方案,分析比较不同方案下余热发电系统的技术指标,从而选择合理的技术方案。     

Biosorption behaviors of Cu, Zn, Cd and mixture by waste activated sludge

Biosorption of heavy metal ions, such as Cu²⁺, Cd²⁺ and Zn²⁺, was carried out using waste activated sludge from municipal sewage treatment plant as adsorption material, and the effects of parameters, such as pH value, temperature, reaction time and sorption duration, were studied in detail. The results indicate that the removal rates of Cu²⁺, Zn²⁺ and Cd²⁺ with low concentration are 96.47%, 80% and 90%, respectively, adsorbed by waste activated sludge. Little effect of dosage of activated sludge on the adsorption of Cu²⁺ and more effects on the adsorption of Zn²⁺ and Cd²⁺ are observed. Little effect of temperature is observed, while pH value and adsorption time exert important influence on the sorption process. The adsorption behaviors of heavy metal ions all have parabolic relationships with pH value. The optimum pH value is between 6 and 10, and the optimum adsorption time is 1 h. In single heavy metal ion system, the sorption processes of Cu²⁺, Zn²⁺ and Cd²⁺ are in accordance with Freundlich model, which indicates that it is suitable for the treatment of these three heavy metal ions using intermittent operation. In addition, the sorption capacity of the sludge for Cu²⁺ is preferential to the other two ions.     

用铸造废砂制备磷酸盐泡沫陶瓷的研究

以经过活化处理后的铸造废砂为主要原料，以磷酸和磷酸盐为发泡固化剂，再配以必要的添加剂，通过混合搅拌、浇注成型、烧结强化工艺制造的磷酸盐泡沫陶瓷具有高强和多孔特征。研究表明：影响材料性能的主要因素有废砂活性、磷酸、添加剂、烧结工艺以及混合料中的铝硅比等。技术经济分析表明了这项工艺技术具有废物利用量大．生产过程简单，产品用途广泛，对铸造行业的废弃物资源化具有积极意义。

Effect of ground rubber powder and devulcanizates on the properties of natural rubber compounds

Ground rubber powder (GRP) and devulcanized rubber (Dev.R) waste through a continuous shear‐flow reaction were used as fillers for virgin natural rubber. A Horikx plot and the gel fraction proved that both main‐chain scission and crosslink scission occurred during the devulcanization. The cure characteristics, swelling behavior, crosslink density, and mechanical properties were studied. GRP and Dev.R, generated from passenger car and light truck tires, showed applicable mechanical properties in the new rubber compounds, and the compounds containing Dev.R demonstrated better properties than those containing GRP. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Lead recovery from aqueous environment by using porous carbon of citrus fruits waste: equilibrium,kinetics and thermodynamic studies

ABSTRACT

The mixture of citrus fruits (orange, grapefruit, mandarin, and lemon) wastes was utilized to obtain high surface area activated carbon (AC) by H₃PO₄ activation. The production conditions were optimized and the optimum conditions were determined. The optimal-activated carbon (CFWAC) was characterized by various physicochemical techniques. CFWAC was also used as a sorbent for Pb (II) ions from water. Batch experiments were performed to explore the adsorption capacity and mechanism. The Langmuir isotherm and pseudo-second-order kinetic model showed good fitness to the experimental data. The maximum Pb (II) adsorption capacity of CFWAC was found to be 163.93 mg/g.     

活性炭吸附法处理麦麸膳食纤维废水的研究

采用活性炭吸附的方法来处理麦麸膳食纤维废水。实验结果表明,当活性炭的投入量为160 g/L,接触时间为20 m in,温度为55℃,pH值在小于5的条件下能有效处理该废水,CODC r的去除率最高达96.89%,BOD5的去除率最高达96.61%。     

Fenton试剂处理苯酚和甲醛废水的研究

用H2O2同Fe^2 结合的Fenton试剂处理有机废水是一种经典的催化氧化法，这种方法适合于处理废水中高浓度、难降解的有机物质。主要研究了Fenton试剂处理含苯酚和甲醛有机废水样的反应机理和影响因素，试验结果表明：废水中苯酚和甲醛的去除率均可达到95％以上，COD去除率达到85％以上，表明用Fenton法处理含苯酚和甲醛的有机废水是一种非常有效的方法。     

Simultaneous recovery of copper and surfactant by an electrolytic process from synthetic solution prepared to simulate a concentrate waste stream of a micellar-enhanced ultrafiltration process

Electroplating method was employed to recover copper and surfactant simultaneously from synthetic solutions prepared to simulate concentrated waste stream generated from micellar-enhanced ultrafiltration. Effects of surfactant and copper (II) concentrations, surfactant to copper (II) molar ratio (S/M), electroplating voltage and time, solution pH, and ionic strength on metal recovery and electrical current efficiency were investigated. Results show that at a fixed S/M ratio of 5, the first-order kinetic constant for Cu (II) removal by electroplating increases with decreasing SDS concentration. At fixed SDS concentration of 8.5 mM, increasing initial Cu (II) concentration increases both Cu (II) recovery and current efficiency. Electrolyte pH has profound effects on the metal recovery and current efficiency due to the difference in solution conductivity after pH adjustment and the extent of Cu (II) adsorption onto SDS at different pHs.
