砖混结构房屋施工中容易发生的问题及解决对策

砖混结构是指小部分钢筋混凝土及大部分砖墙承重的结构。在砖混结构中加入构造柱和圈梁,能提高结构的抗震能力,但由于一些施工管理人员对构造柱的作用原理认识不清,施工中出现很多质量问题,使有些部位的构造柱和圈梁不但达不到抗震目的,反而影响了结构安全性。     

赛高岭混凝土研究

本文介绍了新型矿物添加材料赛高岭（Metakolin）的物理性能，化学成分，采用ASTMC39，ASTM C1202，稳态迁移等方法着重研究了赛高岭混凝土的抗压强度和抗氯离子性能，并与硅粉混凝土及对比波特兰水泥混凝土的有关性能作了比较，探讨了赛高岭作为硅粉替代材料生产高功能混凝土的可能性。     

Automatic concrete health monitoring: assessment and monitoring of concrete surfaces

To predict the degradation of concrete structures is extremely challenging. The typical approach combines periodic visual inspections with required non-destructive tests. However, this methodology only discretely evaluates few areas of the structure, being also time consuming and subject to human error. Therefore, a new method designated ‘automatic concrete health monitoring’ is herein presented which aims at automatically characterising and monitoring the state of conservation of concrete surfaces by combining photogrammetry, image processing and multi-spectral analysis. The method was designed to (i) characterise crack pattern, displacement and strain fields; (ii) map damages and (iii) assess and define restoration tasks.     

我国堆石混凝土筑坝技术的新发展

通过相关的工程案例，分析了堆石混凝土筑坝新技术的发展轨迹，并提出了新的研究课题，希望给技术使用者提供帮助，给机械、材料研究者一些技术思路。     

Mechanical properties and compression sensibility of ironstone aggregate concrete

Radiation-shielding concrete was made with ironstone aggregate. The compressive strength is affected by multi factors. The electrical conductive properties and smart performance was discovered and investigated. Experimental results show that concrete conductivity rapidly declines with increasing loading, and the conductivity is much lower than the initial value of conductive aggregate of concrete, which may be related to special characters of ironstone. This kind of concrete has widely potential applications due to its special characters and low cost. Funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China(No. 40674060)     

沥青路面典型预养护技术措施研究

在借鉴国外预养护技术的基础上，根据我国沥青路面的特点和养护技术现状，推荐稀浆封层等7种技术措施作为我国沥青路面典型预养护对策，并就这些措施的技术特点、功能与适用条件进行了深入的分析与系统的总结，从而推广这些预养护技术的应用。     

高墩滑模施工技术探讨

以某特大桥工程为例，对高墩滑模施工技术进行了探讨，从滑升模板构造、组装方法、混凝土浇筑、质量检验等方面具体介绍了滑模现浇混凝土施工工艺及操作要点，以期指导实践。     

Prediction of compressive strength of self-compacting concrete containing bottom ash using artificial neural networks

The paper presents a comparative performance of the models developed to predict 28 days compressive strengths using neural network techniques for data taken from literature (ANN-I) and data developed experimentally for SCC containing bottom ash as partial replacement of fine aggregates (ANN-II). The data used in the models are arranged in the format of six and eight input parameters that cover the contents of cement, sand, coarse aggregate, fly ash as partial replacement of cement, bottom ash as partial replacement of sand, water and water/powder ratio, superplasticizer dosage and an output parameter that is 28-days compressive strength and compressive strengths at 7 days, 28 days, 90 days and 365 days, respectively for ANN-I and ANN-II. The importance of different input parameters is also given for predicting the strengths at various ages using neural network. The model developed from literature data could be easily extended to the experimental data, with bottom ash as partial replacement of sand with some modifications.

结合具体工程实例,对立交地道桥工程施工技术进行了介绍,分别阐述了模板、脚手架、钢筋、混凝土等方面的施工工艺,着重对各分部工程的施工步骤及操作要点作了说明,对同类立交地道桥工程具有一定指导意义。     

基于PLC的蒸汽养护模糊控制器

根据混凝土电杆蒸汽养护工艺的要求,采用模糊自整定PID的控制方案,并基于S7-200PLC实现,达到了提高产品品质,降低蒸汽消耗的目的,控制方案可靠性高、鲁棒性强并具有较好移植性。
