基于不同光照方向的子空间人脸识别方法

提出了一种方法，用于解决人脸识别问题中光照方向变化所带来的困难。首先建立对应不同光照方向的子空间，再确定测试样本所对应的子空间，然后在这个子空间中利用最近邻法进行匹配，达到识别的目的。利用SHIMON人脸数据库，分仅有光照变化和同时有视角变化和光照变化两种情况进行了实验，实验结果证明该方法是有效的。

支持变型设计的产品基因模型建模方法研究

类比生物基因工程与变型设计过程,提出了变型设计中产品基因的概念,定义了支持变型设计的产品基因模型和基因操作,产品基因包括反映产品功能结构的基本几何元素和几何元素间的约束关系,通过对产品基因的分割、复制、替换、变异和组合等操作实现了变型信息的动态传递,支持了产品变型设计.最后以水平定向钻动力头为产品变型实例进行验证.结果表明,该方法能够有效的实现快速变型设计.

以山西某医院机电安装工程中的管线安装为背景,对大型公用工程所采用的管线综合平衡技术及其施工准备、确认、实施、运用及应用效果进行阐述,可为今后的类似工程施工提供参考.     

An improved monkey algorithm for a 0-1 knapsack problem

The 0-1 knapsack problem is a classic combinational optimization problem. However, many exiting algorithms have low precision and easily fall into local optimal solutions to solve the 0-1 knapsack problem. In order to overcome these problems, this paper proposes a binary version of the monkey algorithm where the greedy algorithm is used to strengthen the local search ability, the somersault process is modified to avoid falling into local optimal solutions, and the cooperation process is adopted to speed up the convergence rate of the algorithm. To validate the efficiency of the proposed algorithm, experiments are carried out with various data instances of 0-1 knapsack problems and the results are compared with those of five metaheuristic algorithms.     

AZ31镁合金变路径压缩过程中解孪晶行为分析

对AZ31镁合金轧制板材进行RD-ND-RD-ND(RD-rolling direction,轧向;ND-normal direction,法向)的变路径压缩实验,研究了变形过程中的力学性能,并采用EBSD技术跟踪了上述变形过程中晶粒取向变化,分析了孪晶变体的启动情况。结果表明,在变路径压缩过程中,依次对应{10 12}拉伸孪晶-{10 12}解孪晶-{10 12}拉伸孪晶-{10 12}解孪晶的微观变形机制。首次解孪晶使屈服强度下降明显,而后续的孪晶和解孪晶过程的屈服强度都增加,且两者差值很小。解孪晶过程中孪晶变体的启动遵循Schmid定律,但出现明显的选择性,解孪晶过程都由t3或t4变体完成。     

A signature protein-based method to distinguish Mediterranean water buffalo and foreign breed milk

A novel genetic variant at the α_s1-casein locus of water buffalo (WB), 8-residue shorter than its wild-type has been found and sequenced. The internal deletion of the peptide E³⁵KVNELsT⁴² was confirmed by the isolation of the junction peptide. The 8-residue deletion mutant has a molecular weight that is 919 Da less than that of the wild-type. The novel isoform with a unique f35-42 deletion could be the result of the skipping of exon 6, generating an exon 6-deleted variant of α_s1-casein. The wild-type and its shortened α_s1-casein forms were found to co-exist in many individual milk samples. In contrast, the 8-residue, internally deleted α_s1-casein variant did not occur in water buffaloes of the Mediterranean breed reared in Italy. Wild-type α_s1-casein has 6 to 8 phosphate groups (P) while the internally deleted form 6 and 7P per molecule.
