A novel magnetic random access memory design using square ring elements for the hard layer

The behavior of narrow permalloy square rings under the influence of a magnetic field was studied using magnetic force microscopy (MFM). Two stable states of opposite polarity at remanence and simple switching were observed. We propose a design for the hard layer of magnetic random access memory (MRAM) that uses these states in square rings for data storage.     

具有多等位环的高压屏蔽新结构MER-LDMOS耐压分析

提出一种多等位环(multiple equipotential rings,MER)的高压屏蔽新结构MER-LDMOS,并解释了该结构的屏蔽机理,通过2D器件模拟验证了屏蔽机理的正确性.讨论了p-top剂量、等位环长度、等位环间距以及氧化层厚度对MER-LDMOS击穿电压的影响.结果表明MER-LDMOS突破常规LDMOS高压屏蔽的能力,击穿电压较常规LDMOS提高一倍以上;同时,该结构具有工艺简单、工艺容差大、反向泄漏电流小等优点,为高压集成电路中高压屏蔽的问题提供了一种新的解决方案.

Realisation of linear time-varying systems

In this paper, the realisation problem of linear multi-input multi-output, time-varying systems is studied. The approach, based on the theory of non-commutative polynomial rings, yields explicit and simple formulas for computation of the state coordinates as well as for state equations in observable canonical form. The formulas are based on (left) Euclidean polynomial division.     

CZ9206自动车床改进

CZ9206自动车床工作时，由于推料头的自动调心功能差，容易造成推料头、V形支承和轴承等工装损坏；此外，当机床正常工作而料道中没有套圈时，也会出现以上损坏。针对上述情况，对推料头的结构进行了改进，增加了自动调心功能；对机床的电气控制系统进行了部分改进，增加了当料道中无套圈时机床的自我保护功能。以上改进措施效果良好，避免了工装的损坏，保证了生产的顺利进行，减少了废品，提高了经济效益。

Analysis of nonlinear time-delay systems using modules over non-commutative rings

The theory of non-commutative rings is introduced to provide a basis for the study of nonlinear control systems with time delays. The left Ore ring of non-commutative polynomials defined over the field of meromorphic function is suggested as the framework for such a study. This approach is then generalized to a broader class of nonlinear systems with delays that are called generalized Roesser systems. Finally, the theory is applied to analyze nonlinear time-delay systems. A weak observability is defined and characterized, generalizing the well-known linear result. Properties of closed submodules are then developed to obtain a result on the accessibility of such systems.
