计算机信息传输安全及防护技术探讨

随着信息时代的到来,计算机在人们生活、工作及娱乐等方面也被广泛应用。而互联网的普及,也给计算机信息的安全带来了一定的隐患。近些年来,互联网遭遇网络黑客和网络病毒攻击的案例屡见不鲜,计算机信息传输安全与防护也因此越来越受到人们的重视和关注。本文分析了对计算机信息安全构成威胁的几个主要因素,接着提出了计算机信息传输安全的保护措施。而这些简单的保护措施并不能完全保证计算机信息传输的安全,还需要同其他的防护技术相结合,如安装防火墙、安装杀毒软件、进行网络入侵检测等防护技术,从而真正确保计算机信息传输的安全。     

电网应急指挥系统接入网模型研究与优化

一种长距离链式无线传感器网络节点部署方法

为了更可靠、高效地将无线传感器网络应用到长距离工程监测中,针对其单覆盖的特点,提出多汇聚节点的双链式结构部署节点的方法,并用不等间距的优化部署方法部署传感器节点,进一步均衡整个网络能耗,同时给出了各跳间距的计算公式;分析和仿真表明,多汇聚节点的双链式优化部署方法适合长距离传输,并可克服个别传感器节点因转发数据而过度消耗能量过早死亡的缺陷,使得各传感器节点均衡能耗,显著地延长了网络的生命周期.     

基于3G传输网络的道路气象预警系统

利用传感技术为监测手段开发一套基于3G传输网络的道路气象预警系统,使道路管理部门精确掌握气象资料和天气预报,并根据各路段的地形及气候特点,结合路段交通状况,制定各自的应急预案,以保证道路的行车安全和顺畅。此系统对道路沿线气象状况进行监测、分析并采取有效的应急预案,对保障道路过往车辆和人身财产安全有着积极作用。

基于多分辨率奇异值分解的图像融合

提出一种新的基于多分辨率奇异值分解（ MSVD）图像融合算法。算法对源图像进行MSVD处理,使其分解为互不相关的平滑和细节分量,并对平滑分量进行多层次的分解与处理。类似于小波变换,多分辨率奇异值分解的基本思想是在平滑分量的每一层上用奇异值分解（ SVD）来取代滤波,最终利用融合规则对图像进行MSVD融合。利用5种评价算子来评价算法,得到的融合效果很好。与基于小波分解的算法相比,算法计算简单、实时性突出,对复杂、高像素图像处理更简单方便。     

Variational PCA fusion for resolution Pan-sharpening very high imagery

The Pan-sharpening approach based on principle component analysis （PCA） is affected by severe spectral distortion. To address this problem, a new pan-sharpening model based on PCA and variational technique is proposed to construct the substitute image of the first principal component （PC1）. The energy functional consists of three terms. The first term injects PC1 with the geometric structure of the panchromatic （Pan） image. The second term preserves the spectral pattern of the multi-spectral image in the merged result. And the third term guarantees the smoothness of the functional optimization solution. The fusion result is given by the minimum of the energy functional, which is computed with the gradient descend flow. The experiments on QuickBird and IKONOS datasets validate the effectiveness of the proposed model. Compared with the state- of-the-art pan-sharpening approaches, this model exhibits a better trade-off between improving spatial quality and preserving spectral signature of the MS image.     

Multipath effects on vector tracking algorithm for GNSS signal

The vector tracking algorithm uses a single extended Kalman filter （EKF） to predict the time-delays and the Doppler deviations of the GNSS signal, while also estimating the user＇s position, velocity, and clock state. In this paper, the effects of multipath on the tracking performance of the vector delay / frequency lock loop （VDFLL） is studied for better application in the multipath environment. The error expressions of the measurements are given in theory. The tracking error caused by multipath is reduced by VDFLL, which is proved by the tracking error of VDFLL through a new iterating method. The theoretical analysis is verified by the Monte Carlo simulation.
