为了精确地提取焊接缺陷,进一步提高缺陷检测的准确性,提出了一种基于改进ChanVese(CV)模型和脉冲耦合神经网络(pulse coupled neural network,PCNN)的非下采样Shearlet变换(non-subsampled Shearlet transform,NSST)域焊接缺陷提取方法。首先,对焊接缺陷图像进行NSST分解,对得到的低频分量采用PCNN提取出缺陷的主要区域;然后,利用背景抑制后的低频分量和高频分量构造出高频特征图像,并对其进行粗分割,再利用改进的CV模型寻找最优轮廓,提取出缺陷精细轮廓;最后,融合缺陷的主要区域和精细轮廓信息得到最终的结果。实验结果表明,与其他缺陷提取法相比,所用方法提取的缺陷结构更为完整,缺陷轮廓更为精细。  相似文献

A functional biosurface applicable to a biomemory device was fabricated using ferritin, which is one of the globular protein complexes consisting of 24 protein subunits, which can be classified as metalloproteins. For the fabrication of uniform ferritin layer, 11-MUA(11-mercaptoundecanoic acid) was used as a linker material. The formation of the ferritin layer was confirmed by surface plasmon resonance (SPR) spectroscopy, and the morphology of the immobilized ferritin was analyzed by scanning tunneling microscopy (STM). The electrochemical redox property investigation was accomplished by the cyclic voltammetry (CV) technique. These results of adsorbed ferritin on the modified electrode can be used for the fabrication of bioelectronics.  相似文献

Temperature and selenium are two environmental parameters that potentially affect reproduction and stock recruitment of sturgeon in the San Francisco Bay/Delta Estuary. To identify proteins whose expression is modified by these environmental stressors, we performed a proteomic analysis on larval green and white sturgeons exposed to 18 or 26 °C and micro-injected with Seleno-L-Methionine to reach 8 µg g1 selenium body burden, with L-Methionine as a control. Selenium and high temperature induced mortalities and abnormal morphologies in both species, with a higher mortality in green sturgeon. Larval proteins were separated by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis and differential abundances were detected following spot quantitation and hierarchical cluster analysis. In green sturgeon, 34 of 551 protein spots detected on gels showed a variation in abundance whereas in white sturgeon only 9 of 580 protein spots were differentially expressed (P < 0.01). Gel replicates were first grouped according to heat treatment. Fifteen of these spots were identified using MALDI TOF/TOF mass spectrometry. Proteins involved in protein folding, protein synthesis, protein degradation, ATP supply and structural proteins changed in abundance in response to heat and/or selenium. 40S ribosomal protein SA, FK506-binding protein 10, 65 kDa regulatory subunit A of protein phosphatase 2, protein disulfide isomerase, stress-induced-phosphoprotein 1, suppression of tumorigenicity 13 and collagen type II alpha 1, were differentially expressed in high temperature treatment only. Serine/arginine repetitive matrix protein 1, creatine kinase, serine peptidase inhibitor Kazal type 5 and HSP90 were sensitive to combined temperature and selenium exposure. Valosin-containing protein, a protein involved in aggresome formation and in protein quality control decreased more than 50% in response to selenium treatment. Potential use of such proteins as biomarkers of environmental stressors in larval sturgeons could indicate early warning signals preceding population decline.  相似文献

在ITO玻璃上分别用循环扫描伏安法和恒电流法依次沉积了聚苯胺(PANI)和普鲁士兰(PB)薄膜,对PANI和PB单层膜及复合膜的红外光谱进行了分析,讨论了3种薄膜的循环伏安曲线和紫外-可见吸收光谱.结果表明,在所选沉积条件下,制备出了电活性高的电致变色复合薄膜,600nm处的着色效率η=57.3.用钾离子掺杂的聚(2-丙稀酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸)(PAMPS)作为离子导体,电导率σ达到8.691×10-3S/cm,组装的器件循环50次后,CV曲线变化较小,性能稳定.  相似文献

Nano structured LiFexMn1-xPO4(x=0,0.2,0.4) materials were successfully prepared by one-step reflux method in a water/PEG400 mixed solvent, and were coated by carbon using glucose as the precursor. The materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The electrochemical properties of the materials were investigated by galvanostatic cycling, cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). It was found that the materials consisted of nanorods with a diameter of 50 nm and a length of 500 nm. Galvanostatic cycling showed that the capacity of LiMnPO 4 could be largely increased by Fe2+ substitution. At a current rate of C/20, the capacity of the three samples (x=0,0.2,0.4) were 47, 107 and 150 mA·h·g-1 , respectively. CV result showed that the Fe2+ substitution could decrease the polarization during charging/discharging, accelerating the electrochemical process. EIS result showed that the Fe2+ substitution could decrease the charge transfer resistance between the electrode and electrolyte,  相似文献

This study investigated the role of the syllable in visual recognition of French words. The syllable congruency procedure was combined with masked priming in the lexical-decision task (Experiments 1 and 3) and the naming task (Experiment 2). Target words were preceded by a nonword prime sharing the first three letters that either corresponded to the syllable (congruent condition), or not (incongruent condition). When primes were displayed for 67 ms, similar results were found in both the lexical decision and the naming tasks. Consonant-vowel targets such as BA.LANCE were recognised more rapidly in the congruent condition than in the incongruent and control conditions, while consonant-vowel-consonant targets such as BAL.CON were recognised more rapidly in the congruent and incongruent conditions than in the control condition. When a 43-ms SOA was used in the lexical-decision task, no significant priming effect was obtained. The results are discussed in an interactive-activation model incorporating syllable units. 对金相图像进行快速精确分割是金相晶粒评级的关键步骤,利用传统Chan-Vese(CV)模型很难将晶粒精确地提取出来.为了更加精确地对金相图像进行分割,提出一种基于改进CV模型的金相图像分割方法.初始化水平集函数,对曲线内外两部分分别计算其倒数坎贝拉距离,并将该距离的大小作为拟合中心的权重系数,有效抑制了噪声点对区域拟合中心准确性的影响;引入指数熵自适应调节曲线内外能量权重,减少固定能量权重对曲线演化的影响;同时加入距离规范项以避免水平集函数的重新初始化,加速该模型的收敛.实验结果表明,与传统CV模型、测地线活动轮廓模型、距离规范项的水平集模型以及偏置场修正水平集模型相比,所提方法分割出的金相图像更加精确,分割效率较高且模型收敛性较好.  相似文献
