设计了一种基于C8051F340微处理器的新型光缆性能试验机的控制系统。针对传统试验机的不足,简化了设计方案、提高了采集数据的精度、改进了控制台的设计和数据转递的方式、增加了语音告警和提示功能。该方案能广泛应用于数据采集、工业监控和网络传输等领域。对硬件和软件设计中的关键技术进行了说明。

税控器(fiscal processor)是国家解决税收电子化的产品之一,它能很好地实现税控功能.详细论述了税控器与宿主机之间的通信软件的设计,该方案优于国标,经实验表明功能完善,性能稳定可靠.     

基于有线和无线设计的大型风电场通信系统

从运行的安全性和可靠性角度考虑,要求大型风电场具有完善的监控系统。在分析了现有风电场监控系统的有线和无线传输方式的优劣性基础上,针对有线介质不可预知的破坏可能和海上风电运行维护不便等问题,提出了一种以太网和地面无线测控网相结合的大型风电场监控通信系统。该系统满足大型风电场传递大量数据的要求,并能解决就地监控与中央监控之间的通信备份;同时还可实现远程监控、中央监控和就地监控之间实时、可靠和安全的通信。     

IEEE 802.15.4a工业无线标准的研究与应用

对目前常用的几种工业无线标准进行了简单比较,并着重介绍了低速无线个人区域网络的新标准IEEE802．15．4a及其关键技术MDMA和CCS。新标准采用Chirp扩频物理层技术作为物理层标准,对工业环境中的干扰等具有很强的鲁棒性。以IEEE802．15．4a为基础,在现场总线测控系统中构建了无线子网段,实验表明系统处于稳定运行状态,且满足一般流程工业要求。该实例为工业无线网络接入到有线网络提供了一种解决方案,新标准在工业现场的短距离传输方面将会有广阔的应用前景。     

Building outsourcing relationships across the global community: the UPS–Motorola experience

The United Parcel Service (UPS)–Motorola case study revolves around two major areas of information technology (IT) management: IT as a competitive tool and global outsourcing of IT projects. It provides an opportunity to become familiar with the decisions and actions taken by UPS to assure their competitive advantage in the turbulent courier services industry. In the IT outsourcing area, the case addresses managerial and technical issues associated with outsourcing IT projects across the global community. The case presents the specific factors that made this outsourcing project successful and discusses the development of the outsourcing relationships between UPS and Motorola (Israel), from initial negotiations to the creation of a strategic alliance between the two companies. A major point in this case is the gradual development of trust between the two sides, trust that led the two firms from being committed to a contract to becoming strategic partners.

非常规突发事件下，应急通信是实施指挥调度和保障信息传递的关键，其重要的前提和基础是应急通信预案体系的合理、有效。基于此，本文在对国内外应急通信预案体系做大量理论和实践调研的基础上，科学界定“有效性”内涵，从预案体系“效率”和“效果”两个维度切入对其进行研究，为应急通信预案“有效性”的评估提供相应的参考，为政府相关部门制定应急管理政策提供决策依据。     

A unified method for the design of telecommunication services

This paper describes a method for the design of telecommunication services. The method is aimed specifically at Integrated Broadband Communications (IBC) services, and describes two perspectives to the design of applications: the external perspective and the internal perspective. An external perspective is one that enables the whole application to be viewed for the purposes of the design of communication support. An internal perspective is one that enables consideration of only part of the application from the point of view of a human communicating entity. The use of the method is illustrated with respect to a tourism application.
