燃烧合成三元碳化合物Ti2AlC1-x   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用Ti,Al和C元素粉末为反应物原料,通过燃烧合成法首次成功地制备出了单相三元碳化合物Ti2AlC1-x。实验结果表明:若以“理想”晶体结构化学式Ti2AlC化学计量比为起始反应原料配比,燃烧产物主晶相为Ti2AlC2;以缺碳的非化学计量比(Ti2AlC1-x)为反应原料配比,即Ti:Al:C=3:1.5:1=2:1:0.7(摩尔比),得到单相的燃烧产物Ti2AlC1-x。从热力学原理的角度探讨了不同原料摩尔配比对燃烧产物相组成的影响机理。  相似文献

Aging is a phenomenon underlined by complex molecular and biochemical changes that occur over time. One of the metabolites that is gaining strong research interest is nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, NAD+, whose cellular level has been shown to decrease with age in various tissues of model animals and humans. Administration of NAD+ precursors, nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) and nicotinamide riboside (NR), to supplement NAD+ production through the NAD+ salvage pathway has been demonstrated to slow down aging processes in mice. Therefore, NAD+ is a critical metabolite now understood to mitigate age-related tissue function decline and prevent age-related diseases in aging animals. In human clinical trials, administration of NAD+ precursors to the elderly is being used to address systemic age-associated physiological decline. Among NAD+ biosynthesis pathways in mammals, the NAD+ salvage pathway is the dominant pathway in most of tissues, and NAMPT is the rate limiting enzyme of this pathway. However, only a few activators of NAMPT, which are supposed to increase NAD+, have been developed so far. In this review, we will focus on the importance of NAD+ and the possible application of an activator of NAMPT to promote successive aging.  相似文献

Introduction of C4 photosynthetic traits into C3 crops is an important strategy for improving photosynthetic capacity and productivity. Here, we report the research results of a variant line of sorghum–rice (SR) plant with big panicle and high spikelet density by introducing sorghum genome DNA into rice by spike-stalk injection. The whole-genome resequencing showed that a few sorghum genes could be integrated into the rice genome. Gene expression was confirmed for two C4 photosynthetic enzymes containing pyruvate, orthophosphate dikinase and phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase. Exogenous sorghum DNA integration induced a series of key traits associated with the C4 pathway called “proto-Kranz” anatomy, including leaf thickness, bundle sheath number and size, and chloroplast size in bundle sheath cells. Significantly, transgenic plants exhibited enhanced photosynthetic capacity resulting from both photosynthetic CO2-concentrating effect and improved energy balance, which led to an increase in carbohydrate levels and productivity. Furthermore, such rice plant exhibited delayed leaf senescence. In summary, this study provides a proof for the feasibility of inducing the transition from C3 leaf anatomy to proto-Kranz by spike-stalk injection to achieve efficient photosynthesis and increase productivity.  相似文献

Results of experiments performed to isolate the effect of surface roughness generated during slurry erosion-corrosion of 304L stainless steel are presented. Surfaces prepared by grinding to different finishes show that increasing the roughness lowers the pitting potential in chloride solution. Subsequent erosion by an aqueous sand slurry then alters this pitting potential (Ep), as measured in the solution phase alone, in a manner dependent on the initial surface roughness. Surfaces which were initially rougher show a pronounced rise in p after erosion, while those with an initially smoother finish show a fall in Ep after erosion. Measurement of Ep during erosion-corrosion does not fit either process, with values of Ep lower than those predicted from the surface roughness alone.  相似文献

Copper scales formed over 6-months during exposure to ground, surface and saline waters were characterized by EDS, XRD and XPS. Scale color and hardness were light red-brown-black/hard for high alkalinity and blue-green/soft for high SO4 or Cl waters. Cl was present in surface or saline copper scales. The Cu/Cu2O ratio decreased with time indicating an e transfer copper corrosion mechanism. Cu2O, CuO, and Cu(OH)2 dominated the top 0.5-1 A° scale indicating continuous corrosion. Cu2O oxidation to CuO increased with alkalinity, and depended on time and pH. Total copper release was predicted using a Cu(OH)2 model.  相似文献

In the study, on the basis of material analysis of 6016 aluminum alloy widely used in Europe automotive industry, the influences of surface pretreatment on filiform corrosion and adhesion of epoxy coating/aluminum alloy interface were investigated, and the effect of rolling direction and coating property on filiform corrosion was also examined. The alloy surfaces were pretreated with etching solution, and then, respectively, with Aminopropyl silane solution, Aminopropyl phosphonate solution, and hexamethyldisiloxane plasma.The results showed that the susceptibility of pretreated surface to filiform corrosion was basically consistent with the distribution of intermetallic particles, and that water permeation and the tensility of coating were necessary for filament to grow. HMDSO plasma pretreatment could not only efficiently cover the matrix of 6016 aluminum alloy and cathodic intermetallic particles containing Al, Si, Mn, and Fe, but also apparently promote the adhesion of epoxy coating/aluminum alloy, as a result, the specimens with plasma pretreatment exhibited the superior performance in the filiform corrosion and peeling tests, so it was suitable to apply for the pretreatment of aluminum alloy in automotive industry.  相似文献

A model based on deterministic equations with statistically distributed input parameters has been developed for simulating the evolution of the pit depth distribution at different exposure times and the percentage of pits that transform to stress corrosion cracks. The model has been applied to the specific case of steam turbine disc steel exposed to a range of environments under applied stress. With preliminary fitting at one exposure time, the simulation not only reflects the trends in the experimental measurement but also the model, uniquely, reproduces the statistical variability or “noise” associated with the measurements.  相似文献
