Optical coherence microscopy is applied to measure scattering media‘s internal defect, which based on low coherence interferometry and confocal microscopy. Optical coherence microscopy is more effective in the rejection of out of focus and multiple scattered photons originating further away of the focal plane. With the three-dimension scanning, the internal defect is detected by measuring the thickness of different points on the sample. The axial resolution is 6μm and lateral resolution is 1.2μm. Previous research has indicated that decision making is accompanied by an increase in the coherence of assessments of the factors related to the decision alternatives. In the present study, the authors investigated whether this coherence shift is obtained before people commit to a decision, and whether it is obtained in the course of a number of other processing tasks. College students were presented with a complex legal case involving multiple conflicting arguments. Participants rated agreement with the individual arguments in isolation before seeing the case and after processing it under various initial sets, including playing the role of a judge assigned to decide the case. Coherence shifts were observed when participants were instructed to delay making the decision (Experiment 1), to memorize the case (Experiment 2), and to comprehend the case (Experiment 3). The findings support the hypothesis that a coherence-generating mechanism operates in a variety of processing tasks, including decision making. Empirical studies of coherences between measurement variables from the operating data of a commercial nuclear power station of 460 MWe are applied to derive dynamical characteristics of the Boiling Water Reactor and to attempt to identify the noise sources of the neutron flux. Multivariate techniques with the partial coherence function and the multiple coherence function are introduced to eliminate correlated effects among measurement variables due to thermal hydraulic coupling and sophisticated reactivity feedbacks. From the results, the usual coherency (the ordinary coherence function) may not be adequate to estimate linear relations between measurement variables of the BWR. In five studies, the authors examined the effects on cognitive performance of coherence and incoherence between conceptual and experiential sources of affective information. The studies crossed the priming of happy and sad concepts with affective experiences. In different experiments, these included approach or avoidance actions, happy or sad feelings, and happy or sad expressive behaviors. In all studies, coherence between affective concepts and affective experiences led to better recall of a story than did affective incoherence. The authors suggest that the experience of such experiential affective cues serves as evidence of the appropriateness of affective concepts that come to mind. This paper presents a zero‐padding and cross‐correlation technique‐based correlation mapping optical coherence tomography (ZPCC‐cmOCT) to reconstruct microcirculation maps of human skin in vivo, which can remove the background decorrelation noise caused by motion artefacts. In conventional correlation mapping optical coherence tomography method, the correlation degree of static tissue may be lowered by the motion artefacts due to cardiac and respiratory motion, resulting in background decorrelation noise in microcirculation maps. In zero‐padding and cross‐correlation technique‐based correlation mapping optical coherence tomography method, structural images are first obtained by performing Fourier transform on zero‐padded interference fringes, and then cross‐correlation‐based image registration is utilized to align local areas in two adjacent structural images. Finally, correlation mapping optical coherence tomography method is performed to generate microcirculation maps. Both phantom experiments and in vivo experiments were implemented and the results demonstrate that the proposed method is capable of providing microcirculation maps with the background decorrelation noise removed. 相似文献
