在等离子显示器(PDP)面板制造过程中,荧光液填涂工艺是影响其制造效率和质量的关键工艺之一。为改善等离子显示器面板填涂效率,提高PDP面板生产质量,降低生产成本,提出一种新型的荧光液填涂机喷涂头设计方案。应用微流体力学理论,计算出喷涂口的精确结构尺寸;同时对喷涂头喷涂口工作压力与喷涂流速之间的关系进行分析,得到符合要求的喷涂口工作压力,以及喷涂口的流速分布。最后,通过仿真计算证明了该设计方案的有效性。  相似文献

针对目前划膜仪存在的局限性,在分析国内外划膜仪研究现状的基础上,以单片机为核心微处理器,研究设计了NC膜划膜仪系统,划膜笔支架由高精度数字电机驱动在X轴方向进行往复运动,高精度工业注射泵抽取划线溶液进行喷洒,在手执式控制器中输入所需试剂浓度、速度等即可进行试剂的喷洒和划线。实验证明:设备操作简单、性能稳定、精度可靠、适用于胶体金免疫层析试纸条的科研及中小型研发、生产客户进行往复式溶液划线和喷金。  相似文献

提出了一种新的加油控制方式——变频加油。该方法通过传感器获取油体流速,用流速信号控制变频器,从而改变泵的转速。此方法既能得到实际应用所需流速与压力差,又能减少电磁阀所带来的较大误差。与其他加油方法相比,此方法能明显提高加油精度。  相似文献

Micro liquid dispensing technology is widely used in the field of electronic packaging. This study presents a lumped parameter model of a needle-type piezostack-driven jetting dispenser, which can produce small high viscosity adhesive droplets with a high driving frequency. After describing the structural components and operating principles of the dispenser, a lumped parameter model for the system is derived by integrating the sub-models of the structural and fluid parts. According to the lumped parameter method, the fluid channels of the dispenser have been divided into several lumps to obtain a more accurate performance. Based on the proposed model, the jetting dispenser is designed and manufactured, and its performance is then evaluated through both computer simulations and experiments. Further experimental studies about its working properties based on the proposed dispenser are carried out. The results are used to guide the design and control works about the proposed dispenser.  相似文献

Large scale PIV-measurements at the surface of shallow water flows   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
To measure the flow dynamics at the surface of shallow water flows over a large measuring field, a simple and reliable method has been developed using the advantages of Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV). Besides the determination of mean flow conditions and turbulent flow characteristics, this method makes it possible to track two-dimensional large coherent structures, which are the dominating flow phenomena in many shallow flow applications. As basic equipment, a commercial PIV software system has been used. The measurements are carried out at the water surface, which means that no laser light sheet is needed. Depending on the time scales of the flow and camera characteristics, it is even possible to work with a constant light source. A particle dispenser to provide a homogeneous distribution of particles on the water surface is also presented. Because floating particles have a strong tendency of sticking together, different types of particles and special coatings have been tested to reduce this problem. A laboratory application of this method is presented to analyze the effects of shallow dead-water zones on exchange processes in rivers where large coherent two-dimensional flow structures in the mixing layer dominate the flow characteristics.  相似文献

In this work, critical operating factors of a jetting dispenser driven by a dual type of the piezostack actuators are experimentally identified. As a first step, geometrical information and working principle of the jetting dispenser are briefly addressed. Subsequently, in order to investigate jetting performance eight important operating (or working) factors of the dispenser such as exciting stroke and frequency are chosen based on two levels for each factor. Then, in order to reduce the number of experiments, one-sixteenth fractional factorial design method is adopted and an experimental apparatus to measure the weight of a single dot is established. After measuring the weight of a single dispensed dot under each test condition, the effect of each operating factor on the jetting performance is analyzed using a statistical program. The main effects and interaction effects on the average and standard deviation of the weight of a single dispensed dot are then analyzed and discussed in details. In addition, the analysis of variance results for average single dot weight is undertaken to determine the specific values of the critical factors which can provide optimal jetting performances. Consequently, critical operating factors for a small amount and small weight variation of a single dot are identified, which directly represent the performances of a non-contact jetting dispenser driven by piezostack actuators such as dotting accuracy and dotting speed.  相似文献
