秦牧散文的文体改造与源流

秦牧作为17年时期重要的散文家之一，其成绩是与他所自觉进行的文体改造分不开的。秦牧的身份和处境使得他的文体改造颇为顺利。秦牧17年文体改造体现在特写强调、抒情风味、辨证色彩三个方面，这与当时的文风密切相关。秦牧的文体改造延续了学者散文的文脉，也印证了文体改造在文学史上的积极意义。     

律师参与公益诉讼的法理思考

作为公民共同行为有机组成部分的公益诉讼的本质决定了律师参与公益诉讼是尽公民之本分，而作为具有为公众服务精神的律师政治家这一律师职业理想的要求，又决定了律师参与公益诉讼是律师职业特有品格的体现，是律师和律师职业真正获得尊重的基础。结合公益诉讼的现实，从立法上肯定律师参与公益诉讼的主体地位，既可保证律师实现社会正义这一价值追求，又可保证实现公益诉讼的理想效果。

High cycle fatigue of bolted connections Extensive tests regarding the influences on the fatigue of bolt‐nut‐connections of preloading with torsion, of preloading with yielding, of loading with superimposed bending and of the tested lot are processed. These influences are not yet known according to VDI 2230. New testing devices were designed for these tests, which allow a far less expensive operation and may easily be used for bolts of diameters up to M100 and testing frequencies up to 1000 Hz. The validity of fatigue resistance according to VDI 2230 is specified with respect to the test results. The determined influence of the tested lots is unexpectedly high. The manufacturing process of bolts should be improved to minimize this influence.

Sheldon H. White (1928-2005).

Sheldon "Shep" Harold White, one of developmental psychology's most distinguished scholars, died on March 17, 2005, at the age of 76. He is perhaps best remembered for his sharp intellect, generous spirit, good humor, and warm compassion. Shep's principal work lay in three intermeshed areas: children's learning and cognitive development, social programs and policies, and the history of developmental psychology. Shep White is sorely missed by his family and friends, and countless children have unknowingly benefited from his research, scholarship, and contributions to public policy. Examining a dimensional representation of depression and anxiety disorders' comorbidity in psychiatric outpatients with item response modeling.

The current study replicated, in a sample of 2,300 outpatients seeking psychiatric treatment, a previous study (R. F. Krueger & M. S. Finger, 2001) that implemented an item response theory approach for modeling the comorbidity of common mood and anxiety disorders as indicators along the continuum of a shared latent factor (internalizing). The 5 disorders examined were major depressive disorder, social phobia, panic disorder/agoraphobia, specific phobia, and generalized anxiety disorder. The findings were consistent with the prior research. First, a confirmatory factor analysis yielded sufficient evidence for a nonspecific factor underlying the 5 diagnostic indicators. Second, a 2-parameter logistic item response model showed that the diagnoses were represented in the upper half of the internalizing continuum, and each was a strongly discriminating indicator of the factor. Third, the internalizing factor was significantly associated with 3 indexes of social burden: poorer social functioning, time missed from work, and lifetime hospitalizations. Rather than the categorical system of presumably discrete disorders presented in DSM-IV, these 5 mood and anxiety disorders may be alternatively viewed as higher end indicators of a common factor associated with social cost.
