C pm MPPAC for manufacturing quality control applied to the precision voltage reference process

The multiprocess performance analysis chart (MPPAC) based on the process capability index C_pm, called C_pm MPPAC, is developed for analysing the manufacturing quality of a group of processes in a multiple process environment. The C_pm MPPAC conveys critical information of multiple processes regarding the departure of the process and process variability from one single chart. Existing research works on MPPAC are restricted to obtaining quality information from one single sample of each process ignoring sampling errors. The information provided from existing MPPAC charts, therefore, is unreliable and misleading and results in incorrect decisions. In this paper, we consider the natural estimator of C_pm based on multiple samples. Based on the natural estimator of C_pm, we consider the sampling errors by providing an explicit formula with the Matlab program to obtain the estimation accuracy of the C_pm. We tabulate the sampling accuracy of C_pm for sample size determination so that the engineers/practitioners can use it for their in-plant applications. An example of multiple precision voltage reference (PVR) processes is presented to illustrate the applicability of C_pm MPPAC for manufacturing quality control.     

Divide and Congruence Applied to η-Bisimulation

We present congruence formats for η- and rooted η-bisimulation equivalence. These formats are derived using a method for decomposing modal formulas in process algebra. To decide whether a process algebra term satisfies a modal formula, one can check whether its subterms satisfy formulas that are obtained by decomposing the original formula. The decomposition uses the structural operational semantics that underlies the process algebra.     

An implementation of storage management in capability environments

The exploitation of the salient features of capability-based addressing environments leads to a high number of small objects existing in memory at the same time. It is thus necessary to enhance the efficiency of the mechanisms for object relocation, and to avoid congestion of input/output devices due to swapping. In this paper, we present an approach to the management of a large virtual memory space aimed at solving these problems. We insert partial information concerning the physical allocation of each object into the virtual identifier of this object. Objects are grouped into large swapping units, called pages. The page size is independent of the average object size. This results in enhanced efficiency in managing the relocation information both with regard to memory requirements and access times. The allocation of objects into pages, and the movement of pages through the memory hierarchy, are controlled by user processes. This means that programs which have knowledge of their own use of virtual memory can increase their locality of reference, diminish the number of swap operations and reduce fragmentation.

基于模型修正技术的模拟集成电路几何规划优化方法

为了兼顾模拟集成电路设计优化的求解精度和计算效率,提出一种基于正项式模型修正技术的几何规划优化方法.首先将模拟集成电路的设计目标与约束简化为正项式模型,然后在采用几何规划方法迭代优化的过程中利用晶体管级SPICE仿真不断修正这一正项式模型.实例表明,与传统基于公式的优化方法和基于仿真的优化方法相比,该方法能够在尽量保证计算效率和全局最优解的前提下使优化精度满足晶体管级SPICE仿真的要求.     

考虑电动汽车停泊概率的配电网接纳电动汽车能力评估方法

针对规模化电动汽车无序充电易导致配电网电压及潮流越限,需要定量评估配电网接纳电动汽车的能力问题,提出考虑电动汽车停泊概率的配电网接纳能力评估方法。首先在充电负荷建模环节增加考虑电动汽车停泊概率的影响,采用二阶段方法确定充电负荷所在节点;其次对基础负荷的季节特性进行建模,以研究由此导致的配电网接纳能力季节差异;建立了考虑静态安全约束的接纳能力评估模型,采用机会约束消除充电负荷预测偏差对评估准确度的影响。最后通过算例验证了所提评估方法的有效性。     

汽车变速箱同步性能试验台的研制

汽车变速器同步性能直接影响车辆操控性,其量化测试十分重要。文中对变速箱同步器在换档过程中的同步时间,同步的轴向位移,同步时的换档力变化等参数借助于传感器进行采集。各路传感器信号经过调理电路转变为模拟量,然后经高速并行A/D转换为数字信号,并由单片机通过RS232上传给上位机进行数据分析并作出各项参数的曲线,对变速箱的性能作出评估。
