结合南水北调中线干线工程文档一体化管理的需要，设计了数字文档管理信息系统的功能结构，包括文书管理、数字文件中心和数字档案馆3个部分，通过对文档资料的综合管理，能够极大提高文档信息的利用率和现代化管理程度。

SuperDense Quantum Teleportation

Recent advances in experimental technique make SuperDense Teleportation (SDT) possible only now, ten years after my first proposal at an ISI Torino summer conference on Quantum Computing. The effect uses remote state preparation to send more state-specifying parameters per bit than ordinary quantum teleportation (QT) can transmit. The SDT uses a maximally entangled state to teleport the relative phases of an n-dimensional state with equal amplitudes on every standard basis vector. For n greater than or equal to 3, the SDT sends more of these state-specifying parameters than QT. In the limit of large n the ratio is 2 to 1, hence the nomenclature by analogy with Super Dense Coding. Alice’s measurements and Bob’s transformations are far simpler than their corresponding operations in QT. The roles of Charles who chooses the state and Diana who deploys it are different than in QT. My discussion includes a brief review of the progress and possibilities of realization for several different experimental approaches around the world. This paper is the write-up of my remarks at the Festschrift conference for Anton Zeilinger, for many years a close collaborator in the Hampshire College NSF grant continuing our work with Mike Horne and Danny Greenberger started under Cliff Shull at MIT in the late 20th century.

航天产品可靠性信息的来源多样，可靠性信息的时间性、随机性、有价性、时效性和可追溯性等特征，决定了可靠性数据收集应满足真实性、连续性、完整性等基本要求。同时，对多源信息的收集应遵循先进行需求分析，再确定数据收集点并制定数据收集表格的程度进行。给出了信息的适用性准则和信息分类的三维模型。最后结合具体型号航天产品的可靠性工作的要求，给出了可靠性信息数据库系统的整体方案设计。     

The importance of information localization in scene gist recognition.

People can recognize the meaning or gist of a scene from a single glance, and a few recent studies have begun to examine the sorts of information that contribute to scene gist recognition. The authors of the present study used visual masking coupled with image manipulations (randomizing phase while maintaining the Fourier amplitude spectrum; random image structure evolution [RISE]; J. Sadr & P. Sinha, 2004) to explore whether and when unlocalized Fourier amplitude information contributes to gist perception. In 4 experiments, the authors found that differences between scene categories in the Fourier amplitude spectrum are insufficient for gist recognition or gist masking. Whereas the global 1/f spatial frequency amplitude spectra of scenes plays a role in gist masking, local phase information is necessary for gist recognition and for the strongest gist masking. Moreover, the ability to recognize the gist of a target image was influenced by mask recognizability, suggesting that conceptual masking occurs even at the earliest stages of scene processing. Information Visualization Within a Digital Video Library

The Informedia Digital Video Library contains over a thousand hours of video, consuming over a terabyte of disk space. This paper summarizes the multimedia abstractions used to represent this video in prior systems and introduces the visualization techniques employed to browse and navigate multiple video documents at once.     

A visual news processing environment

CPP-TRS (Tonfoni 1989–94) is both a methodology and a language. Through the methodology (CPP — Communicative Positioning Program) those invisible aspects of communication are identified and represented by the meta-language (TRS — Text Representation Systems), which complements natural language. CPP-TRS is a new paradigm which applies to any communicative context.Icons in CPP-TRS are not intended to represent words or sentences in order to substitute them; they are rather intended to represent visually what natural language does not convey naturally. The improvement of communication is a challenge of the present and the future: CPP-TRS is designed explicitly for it.The CPP-TRS system thus is able to support the user with a set of visual tools, that are specifically suited to structuring text and communicating effectively.The same tools can support communication very effectively in situations where ambiguity can highly compromise the final result.The system may be used in a way that is either opaque or transparent to the reader of the text.Author of CPP-TRS¢ and CPP-TRS¢ Applications Designer.     

High-level synthesis design flow for power side-channel security

The lack of efficient security guidance is a prominent problem in the design flow of high-level synthesis. To tackle this issue, this paper proposes a security-based high-level synthesis design flow featuring the power side-channel vulnerabilities. The side-channel leakage is quantified by establishing a secure component module library, a more efficient and secure parallel scheduling mechanism is generated by optimizing the control flow, and a more secure architecture of the storage system is achieved by optimizing the data flow. The goal is to perform tradeoffs between performance and security, reducing the side-channel risks at the early stage of design and simultaneously generating more secure and efficient cryptographic cores in hardware. Furthermore, the proposed HLS design flow is verified on a field programmable gate array platform. Experimental results show that, in comparison with the traditional design flow, this method reduces the resources by 72% and the clock cycles by 70% and increases the throughput by 88%, and that it can lower the power side-channel risks within an ongoing design to the greatest extent.

Distributions most nearly compatible with given families of conditional distributions

Consider a discrete bivariate random variable (X, Y) with possible values 1, 2, ...,I forX and 1, 2, ...J forY. Suppose that putative families of conditional distributions, forX given values ofY and ofY given values ofX, are available. After reviewing conditions for compatibiity of such conditional specifications of the distribution of (X, Y), attention is focussed on the incompatible case. The Kullback-Leibler information function is shown to provide a convenient measure of inconsistency. Using it, algorithms are provided for computing the joint distribution for (X, Y) that is least discrepant from the given inconsistent conditional specifications. Other discrepancy measures are briefly discussed.
