软件无线电宽带高中频采样的A/D特性分析

从软件无线电对宽带中频模数变换器(ADC)的要求出发,首先提出了一种以欠采样技术为基础的方案,并对宽带信号的采样率进行了计算;然后详细分析了地面反弹等因素对ADC器件性能的影响,给出了具体的分析结果,最后介绍了指标选取时需考虑的因素。本文的分析和结论对宽带中频采样的设计和器件选取有一定指导意义。

Implementation of delta—sigma analog‐to‐digital converter in LTPS process

Abstract— An on‐panel delta—sigma analog‐to‐digital converter (ADC) has been implemented and verified for 3‐μm low‐temperature polysilicon (LTPS) technology with two basic blocks: a delta—sigma modulator and a decimation filter. From the experimental results, the digital output from the delta—sigma modulator is correctly matched with the analog input voltage ratio such that the digital output can be converted into 8‐bit digital code successfully under a supply voltage of 10 V from the decimation filter. The implemented on‐panel delta—sigma ADC can be used for the application of temperature‐to‐digital converter on glass substrate.     

高精度数控直流稳压电源的设计与实现

基于单片机AT89S51设计了一种高精度数控直流稳压电源,数控部分采用12位高精度D/A转换器TLV5616控制稳压电路的输出电压;采用12位高精度A/D转换器TLC2543测量输出电压;采用矩阵式键盘作为电压的设定装置;采用LCD1602型液晶显示屏显示设定的电压和实际输出电压;电源以电压串联反馈式稳压电路为基础,并在系统中设计了过流保护电路。     

一种带校准的1.8V 1.1MS/s 96.1dB-SFDR的逐次逼近模数转换器

A power efficient 96.1 dB-SFDR successive approximation register(SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with digital calibration aimed at capacitor mismatch is presented.The prototype is fabricated in a 0.18μm CMOS.The charge redistribution(CR) design and an extra△∑modulator for capacitance measurement are employed. With a 1.1 MS/s sampling rate,the ADC achieves 70.8 dB SNDR and the power consumption is 2.1 mW.

粒径对ADC产品质量的影响

重点分析了粒径这一易被忽视的因素对ADC产品质量的影响和影响ADC产品粒径分布的因素.得出结论认为:夏季与冬季生产的ADC产品在粒径分布上存在较大差异,差异来源于温度对化学反应速度的影响,从而造成对产品质量的影响;大粒径粒子的含量对产品内在质量造成直接影响;1～25μm粒子含量不到65%的ADC产品,一般存在质量问题,使用时容易造成质量事故.建议在ADC产品质量标准中一级品和合格品中加入平均粒径分布指标.

Sr对合成Al3Ti/ADC12复合材料微观组织与力学性能的影响

本文研究了不同含量的改性剂Sr对原位合成Al₃Ti/ADC12复合材料微观组织及力学性能的影响。通过光学显微镜以及扫描电镜观察复合材料的微观以及断口组织。实验结果表明：Sr的加入能有效减小α-Al以及Al₃Ti颗粒尺寸以及优化材料形态。Sr的最优加入量为0.25 wt%。在该加入量条件下,共晶硅由针状或短棒状变为颗粒状,α-A1粗枝晶得到较好的细化。实验结果也显示：Sr的加入有效提升了复合材料的机械性能。当加入0.25 wt% Sr时,抗拉强度以及延伸率相较于基体材料增加了36.9% 和 58%。断口形貌表明,在最优加入量条件下所制备的复合材料断口几乎看不到解理面和脆性平坦区,韧窝数量增多,形貌尺寸变得更小且深,同时分布也较为均匀。断口形貌的变化符合材料力学性能变化。     

Architectures and design considerations for wireline ΣΔ modulators beyond ADSL

In this paper we discuss design considerations for sigma–delta modulators (ΣΔMs) aimed at high-linearity high-speed A/D conversion, as required in emerging wireline access applications. In order to achieve resolutions in the range of 12–15 bit with sufficiently low oversampling ratio, we analyze the performance of a family of high-order cascade architectures in a low-voltage deep-submicron scenario. We show that, after proper architecture selection, guided by a simple power estimation method, these ΣΔMs are good candidates to achieve ADSL performances in coming CMOS processes. Experimental results on a prototype for ADSL+ applications designed in 2.5-V 0.25-μm CMOS suggest the possibility of programming or reusing the design for other telecom applications, thanks to the easiness to expand or shrink this family of cascade ΣΔMs to other orders. Estimated performance of the adapted prototype for ISDN, SDSL, and VDSL applications provides promising results.
