光子真空技术有望应用微型投影仪

芬兰的一家面向微型投影仪开发先进光技术的公司Upstrearm Engineering，最近获得一笔种子基金，得以资助将该技术的开发用于商用产品。     

Design and Manufacture of GeSi/Si Superlattice Nanocrystalline Photodetector

According to Maxwell＇s theory, the optical transmission characteristics in GeSi/Si superlattice nanocrystalline layer have been analyzed and calculated. The calculated result shows that when the total thickness L is 340 nm, the single mode lightwave can be transmitted only at periodic number M≥15.5. In addition, at the direction of transmission, when the transmission distance is larger than 500 μm, the lightwave intensity is decreased greatly. Based on the above parameters, the design and manufacture of GeSi/Si superlattice nanocrystalline photodetector are carried out.     

光声耦合与光子Cooper对

文中研究了光声耦合所导致的光子Cooper对的形成机制，计算了光子Cooper对的能隙（0.01eV）和尺度（10^-5m)以及内禀角动量（奇数），并简要讨论了几十开低温下介质中光的超流效应的可能性。由于在低温下， 光子Cooper对不容易受到热运动的激发，因此有可能存在光的超流现象。     

Molecular Dynamic Simulation of Lattice Distortion Region Produced by Rounded Grain Boundary in Nanocrystalline Materials

The distortion structure in nanocrystalline NiAl is studied using molecular dynamics simulation.The rounded grain boundaries in these nanograins are a direct source for the observed lattice distortion.The change of grain size affects directly the volume fraction of the distorted lattice in the nanograin.     

一种新型微带光子带隙结构的优化设计

本文对一种渐变尺寸的新型光子带隙结构进行了优化设计。根据优化后得出的最优结构参数 ,设计出PBG结构。实验结果证明 ,这种优化后的新型结构可以在保持阻带抑制幅度的同时减小通带内的波纹     

不同磁场作用对AZ31镁合金的凝固组织的影响

镁合金是具有优越性能的金属材料,镁合金的加工是目前国内外正在深入进行研究的新课题.实验发现在镁合金的凝固过程中施加低频或静态磁场都能细化晶粒,但静磁场得到的细化效果要优于低频交流磁场,同时随磁感应强度的增加,静磁场细化晶粒的效果明显提高;在静磁场条件下晶界共晶体组织的厚度明显减小,同时在晶内出现了大量细小块状化合物,这有利于改善镁合金的综合性能.     

Crystalline Behavior and Magnetic Properties of Nd60Fe30-x Al10Cox（x = 0,5,10） Bulk Amorphous Alloys

Crystalline behavior and magnetic properties of Nd60Fe30-xAl10Cox( x = 0, 5, 10) bulk amorphous alloys were investigated by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and the vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). Neither glass transition nor supercooled liquid region before crystallization was observed for the as-cast Nd60Fe30-xAl10Cox ( x = 0,5,10) bulk amorphous alloys. The glass forming ability can be improved significantly by the addition of Co. The as-cast Nd60Fe30-xAl10Cox (x = 0,5,10) alloys show hard magnetic behavior. With the addition of Co content, intrinsic coercivity (iHc) increases while the saturation magnetization(σs) and remanence (σr) decrease. The Curie temperature for the as-cast Nd60Fe30-xAl10Cox alloys increases from 451 K for x =0 to 468 K for x = 10. Some pre-cipitation of crystalline phases does not affect the hard magnetic properties of Nd60Fe30-xAl10Cox(x = 0,5,10) alloys, while the hard magnetic behavior disappears quickly after the alloys being completely crystallized.
