利用中空介质谐振技术测量了4.43GHz下Y0.4Eu0.6Ba2Cu3O7-δ单晶微波表面阻抗与温度的依赖关系.在130~90K时Y0.4Eu0.6Ba2Cu3O7-δ样品的表面电阻及电抗随着温度的降低而下降,在转变温度附近样品的表面电阻及电抗随温度急剧下降.与文献值相比较,实验所测Y0.4Eu0.6Ba2Cu3O7-δ样品的正常态表面电阻数值在合理的范围内,说明Eu掺杂对正常态的表面电阻影响很小. 相似文献

The dielectric permittivities(ε'&ε")and dielectric loss tangent(tan)are studied for the prepared samples CuFe2O4 and Cu1-xZnxGa0.1 Fe1.9 O4 spinel ferrites with (0.0≤x≤0.5)from room temperature up to 700K in the frequency range(102~105Hz).Dielectric anomaly at the transition temperature Tc is pronounced in the relations of dielectric permittivitties with temperature where,the obtained Tc is found to decrease linearly with increasing Zn concentration.The relation of tan with frequency at different temperatures shows relaxation spectra where the relaxation time and the maximum frequency of the hopping conduction mechanism are determined.The variation of(ε',ε"and tanδ)with frequency and temperature displays a strong dependence on both gallium and zinc concentrations.The results are explained in light of the cation-anion-cation and cation-cation interactions over the octahedral sites in the spinel structure. 相似文献

In order to investigate the temperature distribution, a three-dimensional finite element model (FEM) was developed to simulate
the temperature regime in the channels of double-loop inductor, and the simulated results were compared with experimental
data from low load trials of a 400 kW inductor. The results of numerical simulations, such as the temperature and Joule heating
rate, show reasonable correlation with experimental data. The results indicate that Joule heating rate and the temperature
reach the maximum at the corners and the minimum at the centre of the cross-section area. The temperature difference between
the inlet and outlet is in an inverse proportion to mass transport. Joule heating rate and the temperature are directly proportional
to power frequency. It is concluded that mass transport and power frequency play a critical role in determining the temperature
regime and Joule heating rate, the relative permeability of the magnetic core shows no significant influence on temperature

分析同构集群中的并行计算熵,验算并行计算熵对负载均衡程度的影响.研究结果表明,同构集群的最大相对负载率随着并行计算熵的递增而递减,当且仅当负载完全均衡时,并行计算熵达到最大值.并行计算熵能较好地衡量同构集群的负载均衡程度,可有效提高同构集群的性能. 相似文献

层次分析法(AHP)是分析多目标评价、多指标决策问题时的一种常用的算法工具,但是传统AHP在进行综合排序时,却存在一定的算法缺陷,AHP不能保持各方案之间的独立性,导致当某些方案的指标值或者备选方案数量发生变化时,即使在同一评价标准下,AHP法也不能始终保证方案的排序的一致.针对这一问题,分析了AHP产生排序不一致的具体原因,指出其算法会导致最底层相对重要值会随着方案的数量的增加逐渐减少.提出用各方案与理想方案之间的相对效用指标代替传统AHP的综合排序指标,以使其能够始终保持各方案排序的一致性.给出的算例验证新方法的有效性. 相似文献

复杂多相流体体系相渗特征曲线是认识多相流体在多孔介质中的渗流机理和进行数值模拟及油气藏开采动态预测的基础.利用非稳定法实验原理,采用室内实验获取非稳定驱替过程的压力历史和各相的生产资料,根据非线性参数识别技术,通过LMF算法和最优控制算法来实现相对渗透率特征参数变化步长的自动调节,使模拟压力拟合非稳定流实验的压力历史数据,解决了复杂多相流体渗流相渗特征参数的识别问题,由此获得的相对渗透率曲线不但快速、饱和度范围宽、曲线形态好,而且消除了常规方法假设条件带来的结果误差.非线性参数识别结果和试验结果具有较好的一致性,证明了方法的可靠性. 相似文献

A similar material model and a numerical simulation were constructed and are described herein. The deformation and failure of surrounding rock of broken and soft roadway are studied by using these models. The deformation of the roof and floor, the relative deformation of the two sides and the deformation of the deep surrounding rock are predicted using the model. Measurements in a working mine are compared to the results of the models. The results show that the surrounding rock shows clear rheological features under high stress conditions. Deformation is unequally distributed across the whole section. The surrounding rock exhibited three deformation stages: displacement caused by stress concentration, rheological displacement after the digging effects had stabilized and displacement caused by supporting pressure of the roadway. Floor heave was serious, accounting for 65% of the total deformation of the roof and floor. Floor heave is the main reason for failure of the surrounding rock. The reasons for deformation of the surrounding rock are discussed based on the similar material and numerical simulations. 相似文献
