以ARM为核心的嵌入式体感遥控器设计

介绍一种以ARM为核心的嵌入式服务机器人体感遥控器的设计。硬件上,本遥控器采用具有ARM Cortex—M3内核的STM32F103C8T6作为核心处理器,选用ST公司的iNEMO惯性导航模块进行手部姿态的识别,同时还具有LCD显示模块、无线收发模块和电源模块;软件上,采用嵌入式操作系统μC／OS—Ⅱ实现多任务的调度和外围设备的管理。经实验验证,本遥控器具有高稳定性、高实时性、高可靠性、低误码率等优点。     

基于嵌入式技术的倾角传感器检测系统设计

介绍了加速度传感器MMA7260的工作原理、结构及功能,设计了一个基于ARM的实时嵌入式自动检测系统,使用μC/OS-II操作系统,构造一个具有角度测量、相关数据处理以及与上位机通信等功能的现场角度测量单元,上位机则主要完成系统监控和人机交互等功能。     

消失模精密铸造工艺研究

借助熔模铸造制壳工艺制成消失模铸造用的超薄空腔型壳，以减少消失模铸造在浇注过程中因聚苯乙烯气化而产生的铸件增碳、增氢等缺陷。聚苯乙烯模失模工艺为随炉升温至600℃，保温60min,型壳焙烧工艺为800℃焙烧1h。

对日本与韩国的铝箔工业作了全面介绍，扼要地介绍了两国的铝箔生产能力、企业名称、装备、产量、进出口量等。除中国外，日本与韩国是亚洲最大的铝箔生产国与消费国。日本2001年的产量为134．251h，2000年的产量为153．820kt，2002年预计产量约130．00kt；日本生产铝箔的公司有7家，10个工厂，其中最大的东洋铝业公司，生产能力35kt／a；日本是铝箔净输出国，2001年出口轧制箔54．473kt，其中对中国的出口为15．369kt。韩国有7个铝箔公司，总生产能力120kt／a，最大的是洛特铝业公司，生产能力40kt／a；也是一个铝箔净出口国，2000年的净出口量38．022kt。     

Influence of expandable graphite on fire resistance and water resistance of flame-retardant coatings

Expandable graphite (EG) coating and ammonium polyphosphate-pentaerythritol-melamine (APP-PER-MEL) coating were prepared. Thermal degradation and char formation of the coatings were investigated by differential thermal analysis (DTA), thermogravimetry (TG), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The results have shown that the anti-oxidation and fire-resistant properties of expandable graphite coating containing EG with size of 74 μm are better than those of APP-PER-MEL coating. The static immersion test was applied to study water resistance of the coatings, and the fire protection test and mechanical test were used to analyse heat insulation and mechanical properties of coatings before and after water immersion. The fire-resistant and mechanical properties of APP-PER-MEL coating were severely damaged by water immersion, whereas EG coating containing 8.5% EG with size of 74 μm could retain the good fire resistance even after 500 h water immersion.     

Diluent effects on carbonate mobility in bisphenol-A polycarbonate in the solid state

The effect of miscible low molecular weight additives on the mobility of the carbonate group in bisphenol-A polycarbonate (BPAPC) has been studied using n.m.r. and dielectric relaxation experiments in the solid state. Proton-enhanced dipolar-decoupled carbon-13 n.m.r. spectra of BPAPC, isotopically enriched at the carbonate position, are obtained without magic-angle sample spinning. The resolved chemical shift anisotropy allows study of nuclear spin relaxation for the carbonate groups in the polymer that have different orientations relative to the static magnetic field in the laboratory frame. The spin-lattice relaxation time in the rotating frame (T_1?) is measured at a motional-probe frequency of 50 kHz for the undiluted polymer and for BPAPC-diluent blends containing either dibutylphthalate or dinitrobiphenyl. The T_1? exhibits some dependence on orientation in all systems studied. In the blend containing dibutylphthalate (DBP), T_1? is decreased by a factor of two for all orientations of the carbonate group. This implies that DBP substantially increases the spectral density of 50 kHz motions in the carbonate region of the polymer at ambient temperature. In contrast, dinitrobiphenyl does not significantly alter the Fourier component of thermal fluctuations at 50 kHz. Dielectric relaxation measurements at 10 kHz reveal that the primary (T_g) and secondary (β) motional processes in BPAPC are affected by low molecular weight additives. An intermediate relaxation process appears in the temperature interval between the glass transition temperature (T_g) and the sub-T_g β-relaxation (T_β) in the polymer-diluent blends. The n.m.r. spin-lattice relaxation rate in the rotating frame, T^?1_1?, correlates well with the relative magnitude of the dielectric dissipation factor (tan δ_ε) between T_g and T_β.     

常压气固催化间甲苯胺N-乙基化研究

合成了复合金属氧化物催化剂 ,进行了以乙醇和间甲苯胺为原料 ,常压固定床反应工艺研究。考察了反应温度、进料空速、原料配比对反应结果的影响。优化条件下 ,间甲苯胺的转化率为 96 %以上 ,N 乙基间甲苯胺的选择性为 93%以上     

Multidimensional ARKN methods for general oscillatory second-order initial value problems

Based on B-series theory, the order conditions of the multidimensional ARKN methods are presented for the general multi-frequency and multidimensional oscillatory second-order initial value problems by Wu et al. (2009). These multidimensional ARKN methods exactly integrate the multi-frequency and multidimensional unperturbed oscillators. In this paper, we pay attention to the analysis of the concrete multidimensional ARKN methods for the general multi-frequency oscillatory second-order initial value problems whose right-hand side functions depend on both  y$y$and  y^′$y^{\prime }$ (the class of physical problems which fall within its scope is broader). Numerical experiments are carried out to show that the new multidimensional ARKN methods are more efficient compared with some well-known methods for dealing with the oscillatory problems in the scientific literature.     

High resolution solid state 13C n.m.r. of butadiene grafted polypropylene

¹H dipolar decoupled ¹³C n.m.r. experiments with the aid of the magic angle spinning technique have been used to determine the graft content and the isomer content of the polybutadiene grafts in a graft copolymer with isotactic polypropylene.
