在Gleeble-1500热模拟实验机上测定高碳钢SWRH77B的连续冷却转变(CCT)曲线,并利用光学显微镜和透射电镜分析其终轧温度、冷却速度下的组织演变和相变规律。结果表明,随着冷却速度的加快,高碳钢SWRH77B在950℃变形时,其珠光体的片层间距变细;冷却速度达到5℃/s时,有马氏体组织析出。高碳钢SWRH77B在终轧温度为950℃、冷却速度约为4℃/s时,其珠光体的片层间距约为97 nm,索氏体含量达到95.7%左右,表明此时的组织为最佳索氏体组织。 相似文献

A major step in the design of an AGV system involves the choice of its layout. Three different AGV layouts serving the same
FMS are compared in this paper: a bidirectional line, a bidirectional loop and a unidirectional loop. Different numbers of
vehicles are tried by running an ECSL program written for the AGV/FMS simulation. Various velocities and scheduling policies
are used which show that bidirectional layouts are more advantageous than unidirectional ones in general, although the latter
have been rendered more competitive by the application of a control algorithm for the avoidance of blockages on the track.
Scheduling policies, however, are proved to be a key issue. It is therefore necessary to refer any comparison of layouts to
a particular scheduling policy. In addition, it was observed that a compromise between factors measuring AGV-layout performance

The 77Se (γ, n) cross section was measured for the energy range from 7.6 to 13.8 MeV by using quasi-monochromatic laser-Compton scattering γ-rays. The advanced method to deduce γ-ray strength functions from (γ, n) cross section was developed. By utilizing the method, the γ-ray strength functions of 77, 78, 80Se were deduced so as to reproduce the 77, 78, 80Se (γ, n) cross sections measured in this work and previous systematic measurements. The inverse (n, γ) cross sections for 76, 77, 79Se isotopes were calculated using the statistical model calculation code CCONE with the deduced γ-ray strength functions. The uncertainty of the calculated 79Se(n, γ)80Se cross section was evaluated by comparing the calculations and the experimental data on 76, 77Se (n, γ) cross sections. 相似文献

目的 为实现转基因甜菜GTSB77的标识管理,建立其品系特异性实时荧光聚合酶链式反应(PCR)检测方法。方法 针对GTSB77的3′端外源插入片段与甜菜基因组DNA之间的邻接区序列设计引物和探针,建立GTSB77品系特异性实时荧光PCR检测方法,并对该方法的特异性、灵敏度和重复性进行检测。结果 建立的GTSB77检测方法特异性强,定量限(LOQ)为16拷贝,扩增效率为102%,重复性测试结果相对标准偏差(RSD)介于0.21%~1.66%之间。结论 建立的实时荧光PCR方法可应用于GTSB77的鉴定检测。 相似文献

目的 了解近年来传统纺织服饰图案的研究动态及发展趋势,归纳学术研究成果并进行评价,总结研究传统服饰图案的意义和对现代设计的启示。方法 基于史论视角、社会文化视角、工艺美术视角和设计艺术视角梳理相关文献,结合现有研究分析中国传统服饰图案的资料来源及其特色、传统服饰图案的研究热点、新时代传统服饰图案的生存策略及中国传统服饰图案创新设计的应用领域。结果指出传统服饰图案的研究史料取材丰富、研究类型呈现多元;当前传统服饰图案的传承与创新体现了数字化发展、美育引导、政策支持的特点;传统服饰图案在服装设计、公共空间、文创产品中大放异彩。结论 中国传统纺织服饰图案研究多点开花,但缺乏系统整体的“中国传统纺织服饰图案知识谱系”用于指导相关研究和实践,对中国传统纺织服饰图案的研究多处于实证分析的层面且欠缺深入独到的理论,通过综述与价值阐述,提出研究的不足之处,纵深学术研究,同时为中国传统纺织服饰图案的现代设计提供新思路。 相似文献

In designing a fixed-bed adsorber,it is vital to understand dynamic adsorption properties of the unit.Temperature is an important effect on adsorbent performance,as the dynamic adsorption coefficients tend to increase with decreasing temperature.To minimize the volume of the fixed-bed adsorber,the dynamic adsorption characteristics of Xe were studied at 77 K by employing a variety of adsorbents under different operational conditions.The carbon molecular sieve performed better than that of activated carbon.Both operational conditions and the presence of gaseous impurities were found to affect the adsorption properties. 相似文献

AbstractBased on the coupled method of cellular automaton (CA) and finite element (FE), the solidification structure of 160×160 mm cast billet of high carbon SWRH77B steel was simulated. The nucleation density, kinetics of the dendrite tip growth, crystallographic orientation and coupling of CA and FE methods are discussed. In the current study, the influence of superheat on the solidification structure of the billet is researched in detail. The results show that for an increase in superheat extent from 20 to 30°C, the density of grain in billet decreased from 4·662×106 to 3·087×106 m?2, and the grain mean radius increased from 295·1 to 346·3 μm. The three-dimensional microstructure of high carbon SWRH77B steel was simulated by the CAFE method, and there was good agreement with the results from industrial billet. 相似文献
