Open-ended mineralogical/textural rock classification

An open-ended rock classification is described based on mineralogical and textural characteristics. The objective of this classification is to reduce prejudice in rock classification by minimizing the importance of determining to which group (igneous, sedimentary, or metamorphic) a sample belongs prior to classification. A dynamic database is developed with representative rock samples displaying a wide range of mineralogical and textural characteristics. A FORTRAN-77 based, neural network algorithm is designed and described to aid the use of the database for classification of an unknown sample. Mineralogy/chemistry and texture are evaluated separately using parallel neurons; in this manner, an unknown sample is classified mineralogically/chemically, and classified texturally. Classification of rocks in this manner, including more detail of texture, provides a vehicle to interpretation of rock forming processes, for which a plan is presented.     

RADIOBROMINE LABELLING OF 3,4-DIHYDROXY-PHENYL-L-ALANINE AND DISTRIBUTION STUDY IN MOUSE BRAIN

The synthesis of 3, 4-dihydroxy- 6- bromo- phenyl- L- alanine (6- Br- L- dopa ), preparation of 3,4-dihydroxy-6-[ Br] bromo-phenyl-L-alanine(6-77 Br-bromo-L-dopa) and its distribution study in mouse brain are described. The radiochemical yield and radiochemical purity of 6- Br-bromo-L-dopa were 8.5 % and 93 %, respectively. Its distribution in mouse brain after one hour injection indicates that it does pass blood brain barrier. The ratio of uptake in striatum to that in cerebellum was 2.45
77;0.12. The results appeared that 6- Br-bromo-L-dopa could be used as brain tracer for visualizing dopamine-containing brain structures by using single photon tomography.     

水稻稃片和旗叶叶绿体超微结构及低温(77K)荧光发射光谱的研究

本文对浓农265和汕优63两个水稻（Oriza sativa L.）品种的稃片和旗叶叶绿体超微结构，低温荧光特性进行了比较研究。结果表明：水稻的稃片具有发育良好的叶绿体，在高产品种中，稃片和旗叶叶绿体的发育程度比对照品种好，而且基粒类囊体的垛叠更规则。通过低温荧光发射光谱分析表明：两个品种中稃片的F685／F734值均比旗叶高，因此，在稃片中激发能较多地分配给PSII。最后，本文讨论了稃片可能在提高水稻的产量中发挥其重要作用。

本文介绍了双串口CPU W77E58在“某型号导弹发射车电量测试系统”中的应用。W77E58作为PC机与多个下位机之间通信的中转机构，大大简化了硬件电路，提高了整个系统工作的可靠性，使编程工作也简单易行。经过实际应用．获得了良好的预期效果，今后在类似的系统中有广阔的应用前景。     

Current progress in ternary LREBa2Cu3Oy materials and their application

The J_c and H_irr values at 77 K of ternary light-rare-earth compounds, LREBa₂Cu₃O_y “LRE-123”, are usually high enough to serve in various applications. Several sources of vortex pinning can be in these composites tailored to fit the needs of the particular application. The list comprises LRE/Ba solid solution, oxygen vacancies, large particles of secondary phases, twin planes, nanoscale lamellas, etc. By means of the latter defects one can achieve a very high irreversibility field. Refinement of secondary phase particles and the optimal choice of their amount enhance the electromagnetic performance in a broad temperature range, up vicinity of T_c, allowing levitation at liquid oxygen, 90.2 K. An optimum content of MoO₃ doubles the self-field super-current at 77 K, H||c-axis. Altogether, the pinning tailoring in ternary LRE-123 materials provides a flexible and reliable way to fit the electromagnetic performance with the needs of sophisticated high-temperature and high-magnetic-field applications.     

Optimal operation of enantioseparation by batch-wise preferential crystallization

This article describes batch-wise preferential crystallization separation of mixtures of L- and D-threonine. The use of online polarimetry combined with refractometry and microscopic investigation of the solid phase provides information on the crystallization kinetics. Results obtained for different crystallization conditions (supersaturation, temperature and enantiomeric excess) in a batch crystallizer are presented. Based on these results, a non-linear dynamic model has been developed. The control problem is to determine an optimal temperature profile which will result in a maximum amount of product with required quality. In this dynamic optimization problem B-splines have been used for interpolation of the temperature profile.     

真菌曲霉F77对水中Cs~+的吸附

微生物在环境放射性污染修复中具有广泛的应用前景。从放射性污染土壤中筛选出一株耐辐射真菌曲霉F77,研究了它对水中Cs+的吸附及其影响因素。结果表明:酸对Cs+在曲霉F77上的吸附存在竞争作用,pH=2.0~3.5溶液中的Cs+几乎不被曲霉F77吸附;曲霉F77生长过程中代谢产生大量的酸性物质;Cs+的吸附随着曲霉F77培养时间的增长而增大,在曲霉F77逐渐衰亡时吸附降低;K+质量浓度小于500mg/L时对Cs+在曲霉F77上的吸附没有影响,当K+质量浓度大于500mg/L时Cs+的吸附随K+浓度增大而减少;溶液中Cs+质量浓度为0~500mg/L范围内,曲霉F77对Cs+均有较高的吸附,Cs+质量浓度为500mg/L时,Cs+的吸附量为27.6mg/g。温度影响曲霉F77对Cs+吸附的快慢,不影响最后的吸附量;曲霉F77对Cs+具有较好的吸附性能,表明曲霉F77具有吸附剂的潜质。     

基于BQ77PL900的多节锂电池充放电管理系统

因多节锂电池充放电管理要求严格,如电池电量平衡、过流/短路保护、欠压保护、过温保护等。故针对多节锂电池充放电管理要求,设计了一种基于BQ77PL900的充放电管理系统,采用PIC18LF4520作为核心处理器,并给出了详细的系统软、硬件设计。实验结果表明,该电路能够完成10节电池的充放电管理,达到了预期的设计要求。     

癸烷硫醇修饰的金/银SERS衬底用于PCB-77检测的研究

通过模板法制备了强SERS活性的“球加片”Au/Ag纳米结构阵列,并利用这种纳米衬底对PCB-77分子的SERS光谱进行了研究。结果表明,尽管该纳米结构能够检测到PCB-77分子的SERS特征峰,但信噪比低。利用癸烷硫醇中的巯基与贵金属之间相互作用,实现了癸烷硫醇分子对纳米结构表面的功能化修饰,研究发现此时PCB-77分子的SERS光谱质量得到了明显改善。并且,这种“球加片”衬底的癸烷硫醇分子最优修饰时间为36小时,利用经36小时修饰后的纳米衬底,极大地提高了PCB-77的SERS光谱特征峰的强度。     

苏里格气田苏76、苏77井区山西组岩相类型及沉积相

鄂尔多斯盆地北部苏76、苏77井区山西组为研究区主力气层。通过对控制全区的39口取心井山西组岩心的观察,将研究区早二叠世山西期岩相划分为块状基质支撑砾岩相(Gmm)、板状层理砂岩相(Sp)等19种岩相类型。分析各种岩相及其组合类型特征,并结合测井曲线特征和区域构造、沉积背景,确定了苏76、苏77井区山西组为冲洪积扇外扇沉积环境,划分出了辫状河道、河道间洼地、洪泛平原与泥炭沼泽3种亚相和若干种微相,建立了研究区山西期沉积模式图。综合研究认为,苏76、苏77区块山西期沉积物为受阴山古陆、伊盟古隆起控制形成的杭锦旗冲积扇群不断向南延伸的产物,辫状河道砂质心滩和砾砂质心滩为主要储集砂体。该成果为研究区开发方案编制提供了地质依据。
