宽带七端口铁氧体环行器组件的研制

介绍了一种新型的宽带x波段七端口环行器组件，当信号从输入端输入时可分成若干个分支信道输出，组件的总插入损耗（6个信道）≤3.5Db，各输出信道之间的反向损耗α_≥30Db，可用于频率变换技术。     

Lithium Instertion in poly (ethylene oxide )/MoO3 Xerogel Nanocomposite Films

The nanocomposite films were prepared by direct intercalation of poly (ethylene oxide) and PEO into MoO3 xerogel via sol-gel route,The electrochromic behavior and the chemical conditionws of Li^ ions were investigated by cyclic voltammograms,UV-visible spectral transmittance and XPS,The tesults show that the cycling efficiency and the reversibility of insertion/extraciton of Li^ ions in (PEO)1 MoO3 .nH2O nanocomposite film were improved.The intercalation of PEO into MoO3 xerogel modulated the wavelength range of electrochromism and enhanced the electrochromic efficiney,Two different chemical conditions of Li^ ions existing in the interlayer and interstitial positions of MoO3 lattice were observed in MoO3 XEROGEL AND (PEO)1 MoO3.nH2O naocomposite films.

煤基炭材料的结构及其嵌锂行为

以兖州煤为原料 ,在 70 0～ 10 0 0℃下热裂解制备煤基炭材料。氮气物理吸附和X射线衍射分别考察了炭材料的BET比表面积、孔容以及微晶结构的变化 ;并将炭材料制作成电极以考察其嵌锂行为。研究发现随着热处理温度的升高 ,煤基炭材料的微晶结构变得有序 ,而BET比表面积、孔容以及首次充放电可逆容量呈现下降趋势。在 70 0℃下热裂解所制备的炭材料 ,其放电容量高达 470mAh/ g。     

Host-dependent activation of IS1203v excision in Shiga toxin-producing Escherichia coli

IS1203v is an insertion sequence (IS) which is identical to the most abundant IS elements in the genome of Escherichia coli O157:H7. However, there is no sequence homologous to IS1203v in the genome of E. coli K-12. We constructed a system to analyze the excision frequency of IS1203v, and demonstrated that the frequency in E. coli O157:H7 was approximately 10(5) times higher than that in E. coli K-12. We also investigated the excision frequencies of IS1203v in various E. coli isolates, and showed that the excision frequencies of IS1203v-possessing strains were approximately 10(3) times higher than those of IS1203v-nonpossessing strains. The results suggest that the IS1203v-possessing strains use a common system to enhance IS1203v excision.     

A per-object-granularity tracking mechanism and systemfor interactive TV viewership estimation and program rating in real time

TV program ratings directly affect the decisions of advertisers and TV stations program offerings. TV program providers use television ratings reports to offer appropriate programs as well as attract advertisers. In this paper we propose a framework for TV audience estimates and program ratings using a per-object-granularity tracking mechanism for interactive TV content tracking in real time. It can be applied to live TV broadcasting environments as well as recorded broadcasting environments. The major components of the proposed tracking architecture are an interactive TV content creation tool powered by hotlinked video technology, a tracking information delivery framework with live interactive content insertion capability, an interactive TV content receiver, and tracking servers. The proposed mechanism and system in this paper enables a broadcast station or a rating agency to automatically perform tracking functions in real time based on viewer actions as well as on the content of audiovisual programming.     

BEPCⅡ超导插入四极磁体冷却流程的数值分析

按北京正负电子对撞机重大改造工程（BEPCⅡ）计划，为压缩束团尺寸、提高探测器的分辨率以及粒子识别能力，在南对撞区分别安装1对强聚焦超导插入四极磁体（SCQ）和1台超导螺线管探测器磁体（SSM）。本文针对1对超导插入四极磁体的冷却，采用数值模拟的方法给出了SCQ磁体分别采用超临界氦流和过冷氦流两种冷却方式下冷却流程的热力参数，通过对模拟结果的分析，给出了适合该超导插入四极磁体的冷却方式和正常运行的热力参数。还给出了该低温系统关键设备之一的过冷器的设计方法以及设计参数。 
