合成Co_2O_3—Cr_2O_3—Fe_2O_3—MnO_2系高温黑颜料最佳工艺条件的探讨

本文介绍了Co_2O_3—Cr_2O_3—Fe_2O_3—MnO_2系高温黑颜料的合成工艺,研究分析了四种氧化物的不同配比、混合及合成温度等工艺过程对颜料呈色的影响,从而确定了含钴量较低呈色纯正的Co—Cr—Fe—Mn系高温颜料的最佳工艺条件,并利用过渡金属络合物的吸收光谱理论对Co、Cr、Fe、Mn四种元素的变价离子使含Ba釉着黑色的特性作出了定性的分析.

国外雨水管理理念与实践

近年来,城市暴雨内涝问题得到各界广泛关注,城市雨水管理的重要性日益凸显。本文研究了国外雨水管理的发展历程,概述了"最佳管理实践"、"低冲击开发"、"水敏城市设计"和"可持续性城市排水系统"等国际主流城市雨洪管理策略,同时对近年来世界先进城市防治内涝方面的管理措施进行了归纳总结;最后,在思想意识、排放体制、措施等方面与中国目前排水体制进行了对比,并归纳了三种理念的适用范围,希望根据国内实际条件的不同,因地制宜地制定适合中国特色的雨水管理理念。     

Safety analysis of reactivity insertion accidents in a heavy water nuclear research reactor core using coupled 3D neutron kinetics thermal-hydraulic system code technique

Nuclear power plant Safety analysis using coupled 3D neutron kinetics/thermal-hydraulic codes technique is increasingly used nowadays. Actually, the use of this technique allows getting less conservatism and more realistic simulations of the physical phenomena. The challenge today is oriented toward the application of this technique to the operating conditions of nuclear research reactors. In the current study, a three-Dimensional Neutron Kinetics and best estimate Thermal-Hydraulic model based upon the coupled PARCS/RELAP5 codes has been developed and applied for a heavy water research reactor. The objective is to perform safety analysis related to design accidents of this reactor types. In the current study two positive reactivity insertion transients are considered, SCRAM protected and self-limiting power excursion cases. The results of the steady state calculations were compared with results obtained from conventional diffusion codes, while transient calculations were assessed using the point kinetic model of the RELAP5 code. Through this study, the applicability and the suitability of using the coupled code technique with respect to the classical models are emphasized and discussed.

Jamie Fobert Architects: Inside Out

The architect of several artists' homes, Jamie Fobert is now landing himself a string of acclaimed arts and commercial commissions. From his warehouse in Old Street in London, he explained to Howard Watson how the sensitive integrity of his architecture has developed out of ‘an inside-out approach’, which puts particular store in ‘framing light and views’ and the sculpting of space aided by physical model-making, rather than the synthetic top-down views that are imposed by widely used CAD programs. Optimization of Improvable Flows by combining BAT Analysis and process simulation

This paper proposes a methodology to improve the sustainability of industrial processes combining two tools: BAT Analysis and process simulation. Both tools are jointly applied to identify the IF of the analyzed process, so that the most appropriate candidate techniques from an inventory can be selected. The selected alternatives are tested in different scenarios that are evaluated using simulation, which would determine the configuration that best improves the sustainability of the process. The combination of both tools in an integrated methodology will help decision makers to select the most sustainable configuration for a given process. The methodology is validated in a case study: a hydrogen production plant. After analysing several scenarios where different candidate techniques are implemented, results show that the IF identified can be highly improved when the appropriate combination of BAT is applied.
