通过对壳聚糖进行交联和质子化,制备一种吸附剂。研究质子化交联壳聚糖颗粒投加量、初始氨基黑10质量浓度、吸附时间、温度等对吸附脱色效果的影响。在吸附剂质量浓度为4.2g/L条件下,当氨基黑10B初始质量浓度低于40mg/L时,吸附率可以维持在85%以上,外加阴离子对氨基黑10B的吸附脱色有抑制作用。氨基黑10B在质子化交联壳聚糖上的吸附符合Langmuir等温模型。静电吸引力是氨基黑10B吸附的主要驱动力。 相似文献

Ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization tandem quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UHPLC?Q-TOF-MS) and HPLC-DAD with an ultrasonic extraction method was developed for qualitative and quantitative compositions and contents in black soybean sprouts. Operational conditions of ultrasonic extraction were optimized by single-factor experiment. Phytochemical compositions of black soybean sprouts were identified by UHPLC?Q-TOF-MS in positive ion mode. A total of 23 compounds were tentatively characterized and identified by means of accurate mass and characteristic fragment ions. Among of them, the six isoflavones in different germinated black soybean sprouts were further quantified by HPLC-DAD. The results indicated that the calibration curves showed good linearity (r2 > 0.9994). The intra-day and inter-day precision variations were less than 1.65% and 1.73%, respectively. The recoveries were in the range of 94.95–106.45%. The results indicated that the maximum amounts of isoflavones were produced on the fourth to fifth day germinated black soybean sprouts. 相似文献

This article presents a novel approach to analysing a power transformer’s internal response to system transients. In this approach a hybrid modelling methodology is adopted which leverages the distinct advantages offered by both Black and Grey Box modelling techniques. The Black Box model of the transformer is used within the EMTP system study environment in order to take advantage of its mathematical flexibility and modelling accuracy. Transients derived from network switching operations within the study can then be used for injection tests within the Grey Box modelling environment. The Grey Box model, which is based upon the physical structure of the transformer, will facilitate analysis of the transformer’s internal voltage response to the external stimulus. A fundamental difference between the approach described in this paper and more traditional approaches is that it does not require prior knowledge of the internal geometry of the transformer. All of the modelling parameters are derived from external tests, nameplate details and an intrinsic understanding of common transformer design principles. This can be a distinct advantage since in most cases a transformer’s design specifications are not readily available outside of the laboratory due to the manufacturer’s intellectual property restrictions. A study of a gas insulated substation within a hydroelectric power plant in Brazil is used to demonstrate the proposed technique. 相似文献

Black cumin and hazelnut oils were subjected to a heating process in a microwave oven for a duration of 2, 4, 6 and 8 min at a constant frequency of 2450 MHz and a power of 0.45 kW. The ultraviolet absorption and volatile products of the oils were investigated in detail during the processes. The experimental evidences obtained show that K232 and K270 parameters reach values of 4.69 and 1.30 for black cumin oil, 3.22 and 1.75 for hazelnut oil, respectively with the increment of heating time. The headspace SPME method was used to analyze volatile compounds extracted from black cumin and hazelnut oils being exposed to the microwave heating process. The SPME–GC/MS method allowed the detection of 17 identified volatile compounds (hexanal, α‐thujene, α‐pinene, sabinene, β‐pinene, 2‐heptenal, α‐terpinene, limonene, p‐cymene, γ‐terpinene, E‐2‐octenal, nonanal, 4‐terpineol, thymoquinone, E,E‐2,4‐decadienal, α‐longipinene and isolongifolene) in black cumin oils. Of the products, hexanal, 2‐heptenal, E‐2‐octenal, nonanal and E,E‐2,4‐decadienal were determined to be the predominant volatile oxidation products. In fact, the hexanal was found as a major volatile oxidation compound and reached a local maximum point of 7.41 × 106 AU at the end of heating. On the other hand, only 8 volatile oxidation products (hexanal, heptanal, 2‐heptenal, nonanal, E‐2‐decenal, E,Z‐2,4‐decadienal, E,E‐2,4‐decadienal and E‐2‐tridecenal) were identified in hazelnut oils as a consequence of the heating process. Based on the experimental evidence observed, it is reasonable to conclude that the nonanal content dramatically increased at the end of heating and reached a value of 9.22 × 106 AU. 相似文献

Colonial-period military estates in Singapore are being gentrified for adaptive reuse producing high-end hospitality and retail venues for expatriate and tourist consumption. These include the feted “Black and White” residential enclaves synonymous with Singapore’s tropical aesthetic. But underlying this reinvention is a disturbing history of wartime repurposing under the Japanese Imperial Army, which temporarily destabilised the meanings and representations of these buildings. The seemingly undisturbed architectural typologies of barracks, bungalows and timber huts were backdrops to war, military occupation and captivity. This paper explores how the aesthetic affects and affectations that accompany adaptive reuse may conceal or disclose unsettling histories. It contrasts contemporary celebration of these revitalised historical neighbourhoods with their very different representation by wartime captives. 相似文献

Black tartary buckwheat oils (BTBOs) were extracted from five major industrial tartary buckwheat cultivars grown under similar agronomical activities and environmental conditions. These oils were characterized for the bioactive compounds containing fatty acids, β‐carotene, lutein, α‐, β‐, δ‐ and γ‐tocopherol, and for their antioxidant properties. The total tocopherol contents that were obtained ranged from 704.66 to 1156.19 mg/kg, with γ‐tocopherol (588.98–977.91 mg/kg) as the main component. The concentration of lutein ranged from 253.14 to 429.63 mg/kg, which was almost ten times higher than that of β‐carotenoid (46.71–69.2 mg/kg), indicating that black tartary buckwheat seed oils were a good source of lutein. The predominant fatty acids were unsaturated oleic acid (C18:1) (35.27–40.61 %) and linoleic acid (C18:2) (38.25–42.90 %). Excellent values of 2,2‐diphenyl‐1‐picrylhydrazyl radical (DPPH), diammonium salt (ABTS) radical scavenging activities were obtained and the highest oxygen radical absorbance capacity (ORAC) value of 13.89 mmol Trolox equiv/g oil was detected in the variety of Chuanqiao No. 1, which was clearly separated by principal component analysis (PCA) on the basis of the highest content of tocopherols and carotenoids. Moreover, the correlation analysis showed that tocopherols and carotenoids were the major contributors to the antioxidant activities of the BTBOs. This study demonstrates that lipophilic extraction in the tartary buckwheat seed contains many interesting bioactive compounds, which are beneficial for human health. 相似文献
