功能智能盲人拐杖助手的开发与设计

针对市场上提供盲人使用的拐杖结构简单,功能单一,无法实现较好导盲效果的缺点,本文以单片机IAP15F2K61S2为主控件,设计了一款具有GPS定位、GSM手机通信、超声波测障、语音提示等功能的多功能智能盲人拐杖助手;该拐杖可以对前方障碍物实时探知报警,具有语音控制接打电话的功能,使盲人随时可以方面的和家人、朋友沟通,还可以实现将短信内容用语音的方式播报出来,使盲人随时知道自己当前的位置、时间、天气信息等语音提醒,特别突出的是家人、朋友可以随时通过GPS掌握盲人的具体位置,而且当盲人发生意外时只需按一下按键就会自动拨打紧急电话求助家人,家人也可以随时监听到盲人周围的环境声音,达到既方便又安全出行的目的.该设计功能齐全、操作简单、成本较低,具有很强的实用性和推广价值.     

Application of genetic algorithms to state estimation of tethered systems

The class of intelligent systems tools known as genetic algorithms is applied to the problem of state estimation, specifically, to predict the orbital dynamics of a tethered satellite system. Emphasis here is placed on cases of tethered motion in which only a short arc of observational data is available. For several example cases of tethered system motion, the performance of a genetic algorithm-based method is compared with that of a conventional differential corrections filtering technique. Measures of comparison include orbit determination accuracy, computational speed, and overall ease of use.

基于IAP15F2K61S2的双轴跟踪系统设计

为提高太阳能电池板利用率,开发了一套基于IAP15F2K61S2单片机最小系统的双轴跟踪太阳能发电系统。系统能在故障时保存当前电池板的位置信息,可进行手动和自动复位,阴雨天气或系统电量不足时,自动切换回市电持续供电;同时设计了上位机显示界面,实现当前太阳能发电系统的电压、电流、温度、东西偏转角度、南北偏转角度等信息的监视;通过降温除尘设计,减少温度过高对电池板发电效率的影响,兼有去除附在电池板上灰尘的作用。经测试表明,该系统运行稳定、可靠,具有良好的应用前景。

在简单介绍Intel Xscale处理器PXA255内部集成的LCD控制器的基础上,给出LCD液晶屏和应用处理机之间的硬件电路设计,以及在嵌入式系统Windows CE下LCD驱动程序的开发。

Spray coating methods for polymer solar cells fabrication: A review

The main focus of this review article is the introduction of relevant parameters in spray coating processes to provide better understanding on controlling the morphology of spray coated thin films for producing high performance polymer solar cells (PSC). Three main parameters have been identified as major influences on the spray coating processes. These are nozzle to substrate distance, solvent and mixed solvents effects, and substrate temperature and annealing treatment. Such spray coating techniques show great potential for large scale production, since these methods have no limitation in substrate size and low utilization of polymers which is promising to substitute the conventional spin coating methods. Currently available printing and coating methods are also briefly discussed in this review.     

The “green book” twenty years on: A new look at the research program of Isard and Liossatos's “spatial dynamics and optimal space-time development”

The publication in 1979 of Isard and Liossatos's \textit{Spatial Dynamics and Optimal Space-Time Development} marked the culmination of a progression of papers in which the authors explored parallels between processes modeled in theoretical physics and the spatial development of social systems. While providing a rigorous, incisive and exhaustive treatment of the subject, the book has begotten little secondary scholarship. This research note revisits the research program of what the senior author called his “green book”, assesses it from the present perspective, and considers how it might be continued in the light of recent theoretical, methodological and computational developments.
