开路电压及交流阻抗测量系统

设计实现了开路电压和交流阻抗测量系统。利用数字合成方法产生测量交流阻抗的1KHz正弦激励信号；调整正弦激励信号产生的电流和开路电压测量模块输入阻抗，以适应测量环境要求；利用ADC获得开路电压和正弦激励峰值电压参．数；用数字鉴相方法获取正弦信号的相位差；应用PIC单片机控制定时测量、参数换算、显示输出等。     

Devolatilization of wood and wastes in fluidized bed

Experiments were carried out in a laboratory fluidized bed (FB) to characterize the devolatilization behavior of wood and various wastes at temperatures applicable to FB gasification and combustion, i.e. 750-900 °C. The fuels tested were pellets made of wood, meat and bone meal, and compost (from municipal solid wastes), as well as dried granulates of sewage sludge (DSS). Determination of yields of char, condensate and light gas, as well as the composition of the gas and the time of devolatilization during the pyrolysis of single fuel batches was made. A simple model was developed to analyze the mode of conversion of a single wood pellet and DSS granulate, giving insight on the controlling mechanisms during devolatilization. The devolatilization kinetics of DSS was determined by tests using fine granulates. The model was successfully applied to simulate the conversion of large DSS granulates and wood pellets under the whole range of temperatures analyzed.

工程移民指工程建设引起的非自愿的搬迁安置活动，工程移民决策包括规划决策和管理决策，这在国内外都是一个新课题，基于GIS的工程移民DSS是实施科学决策的有效手段，章对工程移民决策支持的理论、方法进行了探讨，并结合万家寨工程移民决策支持进行了试验。     

Application of dynamical system scaling method on simple gravity-driven draining process

Scaling analysis is widely used in the design of nuclear reactor passive safety systems to ensure that the scale-down test facilities can accurately capture the important phenomena in the prototypic system. In this study, the scaling distortion of a gravity-driven draining system has been analyzed with Hierarchical Two-Tiered Scaling (H2TS) method, based on the initial static characteristic values. In the draining process, however, the key parameters may vary with respect to time, leading to a certain level of scaling distortion. To evaluate the time-dependent scaling distortion, a Dynamical System Scaling (DSS) method is applied. Through comparisons of scaling results of the two scaling methods, it is concluded that the H2TS method can effectively scale the gravity-driven draining process in different geometric sizes, if the variations in the friction factor is negligible. As the draining process slows down, accompanied by an increase in the friction factor, the distortions in water level and in discharge velocity become significant, especially at the end of the draining process in a model of relatively small geometry size. This preliminary study demonstrated the process of scaling distortion analysis using the DSS identity method, and could shed light to the scaling distortion evaluation of testing programs.     

工业决策支持系统的模型库接口的研究与实现

本文详细介绍了工业决策支持系统的模型库接口的两种模式，及如何运用COM组件和ADO软件包实现模型库与数据库系统的接口，并提供了实现过程和主要技术。     

固溶处理对2205双相不锈钢在卤水中点蚀的影响

利用电化学方法对不同固溶处理的2205双相不锈钢在卤水中的临界点蚀温度及临界点蚀电位进行了研究,结合显微金相技术研究了固溶处理温度对相含量及耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明：2205双相不锈钢在卤水中的临界点蚀温度介于55～60℃之间,临界点蚀电位随着环境温度的升高而降低;金属碳化物在固溶处理温度750～900℃范围内析出,奥氏体含量急剧减少材料耐蚀性能严重恶化;固溶处理温度1100℃保温1 h的试样耐蚀性能最佳。

介绍了沅水流域梯级电站发电优化调度决策支持系统的开发目标、模式及开发原则,提出了结构合理、设计先进、功能齐全、实用性和可扩展性强的功能结构,成功地解决了沅水流域梯级电站发电调度问题,为沅水梯级电站发电优化调度提供了决策支持。     

面向工程应用的群体DSS分布式问题求解算法及实现

文章在智能Agent协同控制技术基础上，提出面向工程领域分布式问题求解的群体DSS多库协同工作模式．并重点分析了分布式问题求解的群体协同控制策略，实现了工程领域问题的分布式问题求解算法，最后通过某飞行器设计实例进行了验证。     

面向e-Governance的决策支持系统研究与实现

提出了开发面向e—Governance的决策支持系统的难点，设计了一个面向e—Govemance的决策支持系统方案-eGDSs，讨论了各组成部分和系统开发方法，并实现了一个原型系统。     

集成化城市防灾信息系统的设计与实现

城市的防灾减灾能力，关系到人民的生命财产安全，已成年为评价国家进步程度的重要标志。此文针对城市防灾工作的特点，以城市火灾防治为例，撮邮以ＣＡＤ系统为基础，图形与数据库链结为核心，辅助管理、辅助办公，辅助决策为内容的综合型、空间型城市防灾信息系统的模式，论述了系统的集成机理，并对其中的一些关键技术提出了若干解决方法。
