General triangular midpoint subdivision

In this paper, we introduce triangular subdivision operators which are composed of a refinement operator and several averaging operators, where the refinement operator splits each triangle uniformly into four congruent triangles and in each averaging operation, every vertex will be replaced by a convex combination of itself and its neighboring vertices. These operators form an infinite class of triangular subdivision schemes including Loop's algorithm with a restricted parameter range and the midpoint schemes for triangular meshes. We analyze the smoothness of the resulting subdivision surfaces at their regular and extraordinary points by generalizing an established technique for analyzing midpoint subdivision on quadrilateral meshes. General triangular midpoint subdivision surfaces are smooth at all regular points and they are also smooth at extraordinary points under certain conditions. We show some general triangular subdivision surfaces and compare them with Loop subdivision surfaces.

基于H.264编码域的显著运动检测算法

视频监控中运动目标检测算法易受背景、噪声等因素的影响,导致运动检测准确性降低。针对该问题,提出一种基于H.264编码域的显著运动目标检测改进算法。该算法基于编码过程中帧间运动预测模块输出像素值的绝对差值和,计算其标准差以作为运动判据,同时自适应设置运动判断阈值,以降低背景和噪声的影响。实验结果表明,相比于传统的低复杂度算法,该算法能有效降低背景和噪声等因素的影响,提高显著运动目标的检测准确性。相比于传统的运动检测算法,该算法保持了计算复杂度低的特点,算法复杂度仅为帧间差分法的18.3%,更适用于实时性要求高的监控系统。     

BitTorrent网络节点间流量的数据采集和分析

BitTorrent网络流量占据了互联网总流量的很大比例,吸引了大量专家学者的专注,然而现有实测工具无法实时记录BT网络中节点间的流量交互情况,有关真实BT网络中节点间流量的研究很少。建立了一个BT网络节点间流量的数据采集系统,将其部署在全球性实验平台Planetlab之后得到了真实数据,并验证了数据的正确性。通过对实测数据的分析和研究发现:(1)Tracker服务器在为各下载节点随机返回邻居节点列表时会受到各节点入网时间的影响;(2)50%以上的下载节点从种子处下载的数据为零,大部分下载节点的数据下载对种子的依赖性不大,从而深刻地体现出P2P应用模式的优越性。     

聚醚型聚氨酯的氢键、微相分离及性能

用本体一步法合成了5种不同硬段含量(11.0％～46.9％)的二苯甲烷-4,4′-二异氰酸酯/环氧乙烷封端型聚环氧丙烷聚醚/乙二醇的聚醚型聚氨酯,并借助于IR,DSC,DMS和材料试验机等手段对该聚氨酯的氢键、微相分离及力学性能进行了表征。结果表明:随着硬段含量的增加,其>NH与微区中的>C=O的氢键化程度逐渐提高,软段微区中—O—的氢键化程度逐渐降低;微相分离程度逐渐提高;拉伸强度及硬度随之增加,扯断伸长率在硬段含量40％左右出现极大值。     

7-(Dialkylamino)coumarin-4-yl]methyl-Caged Compounds as Ultrafast and Effective Long-Wavelength Phototriggers of 8-Bromo-Substituted Cyclic Nucleotides

[7-(Dimethylamino)coumarin-4-yl]methyl (DMACM) and [7-(diethylamino)coumarin-4-yl]methyl (DEACM) esters of 8-bromoadenosine 3',5'-cyclic monophosphate (8-Br-cAMP) and 8-bromoguanosine 3',5'-cyclic monophosphate (8-Br-cGMP) are described as novel caged compounds for 8-bromo-substituted cyclic nucleotides. Synthesis is accomplished by treatment of the free acids of the cyclic nucleotides with the corresponding 7(dialkylamino)-substituted 4(diazomethyl)coumarins. Irradiation of the DMACM- and DEACM-caged cyclic nucleotides with UV light stimulates the release of the cyclic nucleotides within roughly a nanosecond. The new caged compounds are resistant to hydrolysis in aqueous buffers and exhibit long-wavelength absorption properties with maxima at 400 nm, high extinction coefficients, and high quantum yields (0.15-0.31). Their favorable properties render these compounds the most efficient and rapid phototriggers of 8-bromo-substituted cyclic nucleotides known. The usefulness of the compounds for physiological studies under nondamaging light conditions was examined in HEK293 cells expressing the alpha subunit of the cyclic-nucleotide-gated (CNG) channel of cone photoreceptors (CNGA3) and of olfactory neurons (CNGA2) by using confocal laser scanning microscopy and the patch clamp technique.     

基于超声波六元阵列测距的WSN节点定位技术研究

基于超声波测距的定位技术以其精度高、范围广和性能稳定等优点,在无线传感器网络中广泛应用。为了实现较大范围的高精度定位,利用自主实现的超声波六元传感器阵列进行TDOA测距,并进行测距误差分析,然后采用基于测地距离的多维定标算法(Geodesic Distance MDS)进行无线传感器网络节点定位。在MATLAB平台下与Cricket采用的迭代式三边定位和AHLoS采用的多点定位算法进行对比仿真实验,结果表明Geodesic Distance MDS算法在不同网络规模和测距误差条件下均能够获得更高的定位精度和较小的定位误差。
