Low-energy electron beam lithography has been performed with a microcolumn by adopting a new technique that condenses the electron beam efficiently. To increase the probe current while keeping the kinetic energy of electrons sufficiently low, the negative or positive bias has been applied to the accelerator electrode, which reduces the divergence of the electron beam and hence makes more electrons pass through the microcolumn. With this technique, the probe current more than 1 nA has been achieved, which is large enough for the practical application of microcolumn lithography even when the kinetic energy of electrons is as low as 160 eV. The results of microcolumn lithography by using the condensed electron beam with a low-energy of 160 and 327 eV are also presented. 相似文献

A new circuit configuration for the realisation of an electronically tunable sinusoidal oscillator is presented. The proposed circuit uses only one current backward transconductance amplifier (CBTA), two grounded capacitors and one resistor. Using current controlled CBTA (CC-CBTA) instead of the CBTA, the resistor can be completely removed. It has also current-mode (CM) and voltage-mode (VM) outputs, simultaneously. The effects of the variations in fiber length, fiber mirror reflectance on efficiency and output power are experimentally investigated for erbium-doped double pass backward superfluorescent fiber sources (SFSs). The influence of fiber length on mean wavelength stability (MWS) has also been demonstrated. By incorporating a short section of un-pumped erbium-doped fiber (EDF) at the output port, the pump power dependent on MWS becomes independent of pumped EDF length. This is a novel phenomenon that hasn‘t been reported up to now,and should be helpful to SFS fabrication and theory analysis. By using a fiber Michelson interferometer as spectrum slicing component,a multi-wavelength fiber source (MWFS) with ~20 channels (from 1542nm to 1559nm) is got. The MWFS has a channel spacing of ~0. 8 nm which satisfies ITUstandard. The intensity fluctuation among channels is less than 0.5dB,and the extinction ratio of all channels is above 14dB. To quantify trace pesticide residue in vegetable oil rapidly, low temperature cleanup combined with magnetic nanoparticle based solid phase extraction was developed to determine eight pyrethroids in vegetable oils, including tetramethrin, fenpropathrin, cypermethrin, decamethrin, fenvalerate, acrinathrin, permethrin and bifenthrin. Polystyrene coated magnetic nanoparticles were synthesised by a modified chemical coprecipitation combined with emulsion polymerisation method. The nanoparticles were afterwards characterised by Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy as well as vibrating sample magnetometer, and successfully employed as adsorbents for the magnetic solid phase extraction of pyrethroids which were cleaned up using low temperature approach in advance. Critical impact factors on the efficiency of the extraction method such as the mass of adsorbents used, volume and type of eluent solvent, extraction time as well as elution time were optimised subsequently. Regression analysis of the calibration curves of the eight pyrethroids yielded satisfactory correlation coefficients within the range of 0.980–0.998. Limit of detection and limit of quantification were calculated to be between 0.0290-0.0658 and 0.0890–0.1994 ng g−1, respectively. Intra-day and inter-day reproducibility at different concentration levels also produced satisfactory recovery rates of 83.18–112.79% with relative standard deviations not exceeding 10.84% and 12.01%, respectively, suggesting desirable stability of the proposed method. 相似文献
