范畴数据类型是基于范畴理论基础建立的，用于并行计算或框架结构设计中的并行操作。在链表上并行操作存在非同态问题。但有些功能可以转变为几乎同态来解决。文章对链表的几乎同态问题进行了深入的探讨，并得到了几乎同态定理，并通过事例在应用上加以论述。     

Semantic language and multi-language MT approach based on SL

Any natural language is regarded as a representation of semantic language.The translation between two languages (I,J) is regarded as a transformation between two representations.A natural language-Ⅰ is translated into another natural language-J only by two steps.One is semantic-analysis of language-Ⅰ based on “semantic-element-representation-base of language-I“,the other is deploying into the representation of language-J based on “semantic-element-representation-base of language-J‘.For translating in N natural languages,it is needed to develop N translation systems only,rather than N（N-1）/2,or 2N systems.

GIS软件共享CAD图块的关键技术

CAD数据作为GIS的一种主要数据源,转换为GIS格式后将出现图块信息丢失或点要素性质改变等问题．通过解决CAD数据的语义转换、图块库与通用地图符号库的交互以及地图符号多平台显示等关键技术,实现了CAD数据向GIS数据转换过程中图块符号信息的同步迁移和共享．     

基于多重线性回归模型的翻译等价对获取

翻译等价对在词典编纂、机器翻译和跨语言信息检索中有着广泛的应用。文章从双语句对的译文等价树中抽取翻译等价对。使用译文直译率、短语对齐概率和目标语-源语言短语长度差异等特征对自动获取的等价对进行评价。提出了一种基于多重线性回归模型的等价对评价方法,并结合N-Best策略对候选翻译等价对进行过滤。实验结果表明:在开放测试中,基于多重线性回归模型的等价对评价及过滤方法其性能要优于其它方法。     

二进制翻译中的库函数处理

在二进制翻译技术中,快速有效地处理系统库函数调用是一个值得研究的课题．基于动静结合二进制翻译技术,提出一种对系统库函数进行分类处理的算法,能够很好地利用动静结合二进制翻译的技术特点和目标机本地的函数调用约定,减少不必要的内存操作,提高源二进制代码在目标机上的执行效率．该算法能够在系统库函数和系统调用之间灵活地切换,并且对于系统库函数有较强的适用性．经过大量的测试验证,在应用该算法后,Digital Bridge Version2系统不仅能够正确有效地处理系统库函数调用,并且性能有了很大的改善．     

Premature Termination Codon in 5′ Region of Desmoplakin and Plakoglobin Genes May Escape Nonsense-Mediated Decay through the Reinitiation of Translation

Arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy is a heritable heart disease associated with desmosomal mutations, especially premature termination codon (PTC) variants. It is known that PTC triggers the nonsense-mediated decay (NMD) mechanism. It is also accepted that PTC in the last exon escapes NMD; however, the mechanisms involving NMD escaping in 5′-PTC, such as reinitiation of translation, are less known. The main objective of the present study is to evaluate the likelihood that desmosomal genes carrying 5′-PTC will trigger reinitiation. HL1 cell lines were edited by CRISPR/Cas9 to generate isogenic clones carrying 5′-PTC for each of the five desmosomal genes. The genomic context of the ATG in-frame in the 5′ region of desmosomal genes was evaluated by in silico predictions. The expression levels of the edited genes were assessed by Western blot and real-time PCR. Our results indicate that the 5′-PTC in PKP2, DSG2 and DSC2 acts as a null allele with no expression, whereas in the DSP and JUP gene, N-truncated protein is expressed. In concordance with this, the genomic context of the 5′-region of DSP and JUP presents an ATG in-frame with an optimal context for the reinitiation of translation. Thus, 5′-PTC triggers NMD in the PKP2, DSG2* and DSC2 genes, whereas it may escape NMD through the reinitiation of the translation in DSP and JUP genes, with no major effects on ACM-related gene expression.     

Suppression of CCT3 Inhibits Tumor Progression by Impairing ATP Production and Cytoplasmic Translation in Lung Adenocarcinoma

Heat shock proteins are highly expressed in various cancers and exert critical functions in tumor progression. However, their expression patterns and functions in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) remain largely unknown. We identified that chaperonin-containing T-complex protein-1 subunit 3 (CCT3) was highly expressed in LUAD cells and was positively correlated with LUAD malignancy in the clinical samples. Animal studies showed that silencing CCT3 dramatically inhibited tumor growth and metastasis of LUAD. Proliferation and migration were markedly suppressed in CCT3-deficient LUAD cells. Moreover, the knockdown of CCT3 promoted apoptosis and cell cycle arrest. Mechanistically, the function of glycolysis was significantly inhibited and the total intracellular ATP levels were reduced by at least 25% in CCT3-deficient cells. In addition, the knockdown of CCT3 decreased the protein translation and led to a significant reduction in eukaryotic translation initiation factor 3 (EIF3G) protein, which was identified as a protein that interacts with CCT3. Impaired protein synthesis and cell growth in EIF3G-deficient cells were consistent with those caused by CCT3 knockdown in LUAD cells. Taken together, our study demonstrated in multiple ways that CCT3 is a critical factor for supporting growth and metastasis of LUAD, and for the first time, its roles in maintaining intracellular ATP levels and cytoplasmic translation are reported. Our novel findings provide a potential therapeutic target for lung adenocarcinoma.     

基于黄石市公示语英译现状的调研与分析

公示语是社会用语的重要组成部分。国内各城市公示语的英译为在华外国友人提供便利,反映了一个城市对外开放的程度和文化内涵。通过对湖北省第二大城市黄石市及其周边城市的公示语英译情况进行调研和分析,本文从译前、译中和译后三阶段提出相应的解决方案,以有效解决公示语英译不规范的问题,提升城市整体形象,同时也为翻译教学实践提供了案例。
