ANT低功耗无线网络设计

介绍了ANT无线网络的协议栈结构、典型拓扑、技术特点和基本概念,并针对智能家居应用构建YANT实验网络平台,同时基于Nordic公司的第二代单片ANT解决方案芯片nRF24AP2进行了网络平台的软硬件设计。通过对该网络的通信可靠性测试和功耗分析结果表明,采用ANT协议设计的多跳无线网络能够实现可靠的数据传输,能适用于强调低功耗的各种应用。     

企业网的安全管理与对策探讨

为推动企业进一步发展,促进企业在激烈的市场竞争中占据先驱地位,越来越多的企业开始重视企业网络的建设。而由于网络的开放性,必然导致企业在进行网络建设的过程中会带来一系列安全问题。网络安全成为企业网络建设过程中必然考虑的因素。     

Role Negotiation and Interaction: An Exploratory Case Study of the Impact of Management Consultants on ERP System Implementation in SMEs in Taiwan

Abstract

With growing pressures for collaborative information systems (IS) partnerships, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation has been an important activity for improving supply chains efficiency in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs). Historically ERP consultants usually take a product-selling approach in SMEs, providing limited management consultancy services. However, a more constructive role for management consultants has become an emerging and challenging issue. This study explored the involvement of management consultants in ERP implementation, particularly with internal managers, ERP consultants and other project members. Extensive interviews were conducted with management consultants as well as 47 project members from four different SMEs in Taiwan employing ERP consultants. Using a grounded theory methodology, prior literature was used to sensitize the findings to key concepts of importance. The results were then analyzed and we described how owner-managers regard management consultants and how the consultants use role negotiation skills to work with both internal managers and ERP consultants. The study found resistance toward management consultants primarily from managers in SMEs, and not owner-managers. The relationships between management consultants and SME managers also differed from similar relationships in large organizations. Suggestions are also provided for academics and practitioners along with areas for future research to extend these exploratory findings.     

Enterprise Social Networks as Digital Infrastructures - Understanding the Utilitarian Value of Social Media at the Workplace

ABSTRACT

In this study, we first show that while both the perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment of enterprise social networks impact employees’ intentions for continuous participation, the utilitarian value significantly outpaces its hedonic value. Second, we prove that the network’s utilitarian value is constituted by its digital infrastructure characteristics: versatility, adaptability, interconnectedness and invisibility-in-use. The study is set within a software engineering company and bases on quantitative survey research, applying partial least squares structural equation modeling.     

Commodity or competitive advantage? Analysis of the ERP value paradox

A true e-business enabled firm needs the support from a well-tuned enterprise resource planning (ERP) system for providing real time data. However, many companies complain that after their huge investments in ERP systems, they found the ERP systems do not bring them new orders, new profits, or competitive advantage as ERP vendors claim. Academic studies also found mixed results regarding ERP’s payoff. In line with resource based view (RBV), the study proposes an integrated model to shed light on the ERP value paradox. We try to answer “With what organizational resources and by building what firm specific capabilities, the investment in ERP systems may bring firms competitive advantage”. Using a sample of 150 ERP and e-business adopters in the US, we found that (1) organizational resources such as managerial skills and organizational change management play a more important role than IT resources (ERP, e-Business technologies) in generating business integration capability. (2) However, neither IT resources nor organizational resources directly provide firms with competitive advantage. Instead, business integration capability built from the two resources plays a mediating role through which business achieves competitive advantage.

目前,WLAN的主要建设模式以室内独立放装和室分系统合路方式为主,室外广域覆盖模式应用策略不明确,规划建设不是很成熟。对WLAN广域覆盖存在的问题和解决思路进行了研究,并进行了大量的测试工作,对测试结果进行了深入分析,最终给出了WLAN广域覆盖的应用建议。

门户技术是整合互联网资源与应用的重要方式。针对企业信息门户(EIP)发展及其核心价值进行分析,提出企业信息门户构建的框架模型,并分析其主要应用功能,为推动我国门户技术的广泛应用提出一些有益的探讨。

基于GA-RBF模型的无线电波信号预测研究

随着通信行业的发展,无线电波信号的预测问题成为科学研究的重要课题。因此研究了一种基于遗传算法优化径向基神经网络参数的无线电波信号预测模型,通过实验表明,这种经过遗传算法优化的模型比单纯的RBF网络模型预测精度更高,运行更稳定。     

计算机技术在企业信息化管理中的有效应用

随着当今计算机技术的飞速发展及其对企业的不断渗透,企业的生存与发展在很大程度上得益于信息技术的应用;同时,由于企业经营环境和自身发展规模的变化,也使信息技术在企业中的应用面临着新的挑战与机遇。本文主要是对计算机技术在企业信息化管理中的应用现状进行探讨分析,从中找出问题所在,并提出相应的解决措施。
