优化机组启动操作促进机组节能降耗

<国民经济和社会发展第十一个五年规划纲要>提出了"十一五"期间单位国内生产总值能耗及主要污染物排放总量目标指标.作为耗能及排放大户的火力发电厂,以我国现有300MW直流锅炉运行概况.如何从机组启动操作、运行调整角度上进行优化,达到提高机组运行经济性、降低污染物排放量目标.     

基于LabVIEW的智能家居监控系统设计

信息技术的高速发展改变了人们的家居理念,建立一个高效、低成本的智能家居环境已成为人们关注的焦点。以图形化软件LabVIEW2012为开发平台,选用NIUSB．6009数据采集卡、SIM300GSM模块和USB摄像头,设计了一种智能家居监控系统。系统实现了对家居室内温度、湿度、光照度、燃气烟雾和安防状态等环境参数的实时监控及远程GSM短信息报警,该系统运行可靠,人机界面友好,易于操作,可扩展性强,且测试成本低。     

LASER 300S在线激光打孔参数的选择

通过对PROTOS1-8高速卷烟机在线激光打孔参数的组合试验和数据回归分析,得出了烟支稀释率与脉冲、脉冲与能量的乘积、能量、打孔数量等参数的线性相关方程。试验结果表明,利用各线性方程可计算出能保证LASER 300S激光打孔系统正常运行的参数组合,与实际在线打孔的烟支稀释率值具有较好的符合性和稳定性,能够提高在线加工质量。     

Electrochemical corrosion behavior of 300M ultra high strength steel in chloride containing environment

The electrochemical corrosion behavior of 300M ultra high strength steel in chloride containing environment was investigated by potentiodynamic polarization technique, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that uniform corrosion occurs on 300M steel during the electrochemical measurements because no anodic passivation phenomenon is observed on polarization curves within the measurement range. The tests also show that 300M steel is highly susceptible to chloride containing solution, which is characterized by corrosion current density increasing with the addition of chlorides, and corrosion potential shifting towards positive direction and corrosion resistance decreasing, positively suggesting that chloride ions speed up the corrosion rate of 300M steel. Meanwhile corrosion products on the 300M steel surface formed during the salt spray test are too loose and porous to effectively slow down the corrosion rate. Additionally, a schematic structure of uniform corrosion mechanism can explain that 300M steel has better property of stress corrosion cracking (SCC) resistance than stainless steels.     

The P300 as an electrophysiological probe of alcohol expectancy.

Language-based measures indicate that alcohol expectancies influence alcohol consumption. To relate these measures to brain actions that precede verbal output, the P300 component of the Event-related potentials (ERPs) was used to detect violations of individually held alcohol expectancies. As predicted, P300 amplitude elicited by negative alcohol expectancy stimuli was positively correlated with endorsement of positive/arousing alcohol expectancies on the language-based measures, such that the higher an individual's positive/arousing expectancies, the larger was the P300 elicited by negative alcohol expectancy stimuli. These results demonstrated concordance between language-based measures of alcohol expectancies and electrophysiological probes of expectancy. While it remains unknown whether these expectancy processes are integral to decision pathways that influence consumption, these findings suggest that such processing can occur very quickly outside of conscious deliberation. Water-stable ZIF-300/Ultrason(R) mixed-matrix membranes for selective CO2 capture from humid post combustion flue gas

Water stable mixed-matrix membranes (MMMs) were developed to help control the global warming by capturing and sequestrating carbon dioxide (CO2) from post-combustion flue gas originated from burning of fossil fuels.MMMs of different compositions were prepared by doping glassy polymer Ultrason(R) S 6010 (US) with nanocrystals of zeolitic imidazolate frameworks (ZIF-300) in varying degrees.Solution-casting technique was used to fabricate various MMMs to optimize their CO2 capturing performance from both dry and wet gases.The prepared composite membranes indicated enhanced filler-polymer interfacial adhesion,consistent distribution of nanofiller,and thermally established matrix configuration.CO2 permeability of the membranes was enhanced as demonstrated by gas sorption and permeation experiments performed under both dry and wet conditions.As compared to neat Ultrason(R) membrane,CO2 permeability of the composite membrane doped with 40 wt％ ZIF-300 nanocrystals was increased by four times without disturbing CO2/N2 ideal selectivity.In contrast to majority of previously reported membranes,key features of the fabricated MMMs include their structural stability under humid conditions coupled with better and unaffected gas separation performance.

研究滚阻改善剂YG-G300在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶配方中的应用。结果表明：与正常配方相比,在胎面胶配方中滚阻改善剂YG-G300的用量为2份或3份时,硫化胶的动态生热和压缩生热降低,其它硫化特性和硫化胶的物理性能变化不大,成品胎滚动阻力降低约10%。
