一种新颖的高功率因数整流器的研究

提出了一种新颖的基于电感电压控制模式（IVC）和滞环电流控制模式（HCC）的半桥式单相Buck整流器。文中分析了基于IVC控制的整流器电路工作原理，理论表明该电路具有电路结构简单、控制性能好、功率因数为1的优点。建立了等效平均电路模型，详细分析了控制器、输出滤波器、电流检测端低通滤波器等设计参数。仿真和实验验证了理论分析结果。     

Prototype hardware realization of the DSTATCOM for reactive power compensation

This paper presents the hardware prototype implementation of a hysteresis current controller (HCC) based DSTATCOM for reactive power compensation. To compensate the desired amount of reactive power, the amount of current to be injected is calculated using the instantaneous reactive power theory. The reactive component of load current is set as the reference current. The VSC is operated in the closed-loop to supply the reference current. If the VSC supplies this reference current, the DSTATCOM is said to supply the required reactive power when connected to the grid. The performance of the DSTATCOM for reactive power compensation is studied in the prototype hardware using the field programmable gate array (FPGA) controller. The issues associated with the implementation of hardware prototype are discussed and the experimental setup is found to compensate the reactive power. The Spartan-3A DSP FPGA controller is programmed using the system generator feature in the MATLAB.     

Review of the 2nd Historical Ciphers Colloquium in Kassel,Germany

In May 2016, crypto history enthusiasts from all over Europe met for the Historical Ciphers Colloquium, which took place in Kassel, Germany. Interesting talks were given about breaking WW I ciphers, and about parallels between classical and modern cryptanalysis, among other things. It is planned to establish this colloquium as an annual event.     

超声引导下肝细胞癌穿刺组织中Ezrin表达的临床意义

探讨Ezrin表达及超声引导下穿刺活检对肝细胞癌（HCC）的应用价值,实验方法如下：36例经超声引导下穿刺所得的HCC组织作肝穿癌组;45例手术切除的HCC组织作手术癌组,同时取12个癌旁肝组织作癌旁组;用免疫组化方法检测两组标本的Ezrin蛋白表达,并与临床病理学参数做统计学分析。得出结果：肝穿癌组Ezrin阳性表达率为80．6％,手术癌组为86．7％,差异无统计学意义（P=0．459）;手术癌组与肝穿癌组的Ezrin表达均高于癌旁组织（P值分别为0．003和0．024）;手术癌组Ezrin的表达与肿块大小、有无癌栓、分化程度密切相关（P均〈0．05）;肝穿癌组Ezfin的表达与肿块大小、有无门脉癌栓密切相关（P均〈0．05）,且随着TMN分期增加有增高趋势,但无统计学意义（P=0．155）。结论：HCC组织中Ezrin基因的表达对HCC诊断、治疗及判断预后具有指导意义,超声引导下HCC穿刺活检组织中Ezrin基因的表达与HCC手术切除标本中Ezrin基因表达意义相近。     

Identification of 1,2,3,4,6-Penta-O-galloyl-β-d-glucopyranoside as a Glycine N-Methyltransferase Enhancer by High-Throughput Screening of Natural Products Inhibits Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Glycine N-methyltransferase (GNMT) expression is vastly downregulated in hepatocellular carcinomas (HCC). High rates of GNMT knockout mice developed HCC, while overexpression of GNMT prevented aflatoxin-induced carcinogenicity and inhibited liver cancer cell proliferation. Therefore, in this study, we aimed for the identification of a GNMT inducer for HCC therapy. We established a GNMT promoter-driven luciferase reporter assay as a drug screening platform. Screening of 324 pure compounds and 480 crude extracts from Chinese medicinal herbs resulted in the identification of Paeonia lactiflora Pall (PL) extract and the active component 1,2,3,4,6-penta-O-galloyl-β-d-glucopyranoside (PGG) as a GNMT inducer. Purified PL extract and PGG induced GNMT mRNA and protein expression in Huh7 human hepatoma cells and in xenograft tumors. PGG and PL extract had potent anti-HCC effects both in vitro and in vivo. Furthermore, PGG treatment induced apoptosis in Huh7 cells. Moreover, PGG treatment sensitized Huh7 cells to sorafenib treatment. Therefore, these results indicated that identifying a GNMT enhancer using the GNMT promoter-based assay might be a useful approach to find drugs for HCC. These data also suggested that PGG has therapeutic potential for the treatment of HCC.
