Total organic carbon (TOC) and pyrolysis analysis of the Cretaceous and Miocene source rocks in the central Gulf of Suez were evaluated throughout the 25 rock samples collected from 6 formations, namely Wata, Raha, Nubia “A” (Cretaceous source rocks); and Nukhul, Zeit, and Belayim (Miocene source rocks) from Gharib-252, Gharib-153, Gharib-163, Gharib-164, Gharib-167, and Gharib-165 wells. These data are used to study the probabilities of the source rock in the Cretaceous and Miocene source rocks in the central Gulf of Suez for the hydrocarbon generation through identifying the organic richness, type of organic matters, and thermal maturation of these organic materials. The results revealed that the Cretaceous formations are immature source rocks, ranging from fair to good source rocks and have kerogen of type III and type III/II. Meanwhile, Miocene source rocks, ranging from immature to marginally mature source rocks, are considered to range from good to very good source rocks for potential generation of both oil and gas and are characterized by kerogen of type III/II and type II. 相似文献

The sulfur–iodine (SI or IS) thermochemical cycle assembled with solar or nuclear energy has been proposed as a large-scale, clean and renewable hydrogen production method. In present work, an improved SI cycle integrated with HI electrolysis for hydrogen production was developed according to experiments and simulation. The mathematical models of HI electrolysis using proton exchange membrane (PEM) electrolytic cell was developed, and then the user-defined module of HI electrolysis was set up through Aspen Plus and verified by experimental data. After designing and simulating the new flowsheet of the SI cycle based on HI electrolysis, 10 L/h of H2 and 5 L/h of O2 were obtained. The theoretic thermal efficiency of flowsheet reached 25–42% in terms of the utilization of waste heat. An ideal thermal efficiency of 33.3% through the proper internal heat exchange in the flowsheet was determined. Sensitivity analyses of parameters in the system were conducted. Increasing proton transfer number of PEM electrolytic cell in HI section improved the thermal efficiency of SI cycle. The ratio of distillate to feed rate and the plate number of distillation column in H2SO4 section were the most sensitive factors to the heat duty of overall SI cycle. The proposed new flowsheet for SI cycle is competitive to the flowsheets previously proposed in the field of flowsheet simplification. 相似文献

Remaining useful life (RUL) prognosis of lithium-ion battery can appraise the battery reliability to determine the advent of failure and mitigate risk. To acquire measurement data at similar working conditions as electrical vehicles (EVs), this paper mainly conducted the experiment about battery charging and discharging under vibration stress. Indirect health indicator (HI) was extracted from the time of equal discharge voltage from the upper to the lower, and the battery capacity proved to be estimated by the adopted indirect HI through grey relational analysis. Then, the RUL prognosis model based on Elman neural network was established. Finally, the feasibility of this RUL prognosis model based on Elman neural networks in an application in predicting RUL of battery under vibration stress was verified. 相似文献

针对工业机器人机械轴健康管理中检测效率和精准度较低的问题,提出了一种机械轴运行监控大数据背景下的基于动作周期退化相似性度量的健康指标(HI)构建方法,并结合长短时记忆(LSTM)网络进行机器人剩余寿命(RUL)的自动预测。首先,利用MPdist关注机械轴不同动作周期之间子周期序列相似性的特点,并计算正常周期数据与退化周期数据之间的偏离程度,进而构建HI;然后,利用HI集训练LSTM网络模型并建立HI与RUL之间的映射关系;最后,通过MPdist-LSTM混合模型自动计算RUL并适时预警。使用某公司六轴工业机器人进行实验,采集了加速老化数据约1 500万条,对HI单调性、鲁棒性和趋势性以及RUL预测的平均绝对误差(MAE)、均方根误差(RMSE)、决定系数( )、误差区间(ER)、早预测(EP)和晚预测(LP)等指标进行了实验测试,将该方法分别与动态时间规整(DTW)、欧氏距离(ED)、时域特征值(TDE)结合LSTM的方法,MPdist结合循环神经网络(RNN)和LSTM等方法进行比较。实验结果表明,相较于其他对比方法,所提方法所构建HI的单调性和趋势性分别至少提高了0.07和0.13,RUL预测准确率更高,ER更小,验证了所提方法的有效性。 相似文献

We developed an improved thermo-physical model for the hydrogen–iodide (HI) VLE and decomposition behavior in the iodine–sulfur (IS) cycle. We reproduced the Neumann's modified NRTL model by an optimization scheme from the experimental data that he used. Then, we improved the model by correcting his unphysical assumption for the non-randomness parameter, and used the two-step equilibrium approach for the HI decomposition modeling. The KAIST model (improved Neumann's model) with a new set of binary parameters predicts the total pressure of HI solution within 2.98% of RMS error for the HI–H2O binary mixture, and within 7% of RMS error for the HI–H2O–I2 ternary mixture. We also proposed a simple logic to predict the liquid–liquid phase separation condition within 2.07% of relative deviation in the temperature range of 70–149 °C. 相似文献
