聚3—己基噻吩及其掺杂TiO2材料对NO2的气敏特性

制作了一种工作于室温下的NO2气体传感器。该传感器以有机聚合物聚3—己基噻吩(P3HT)为敏感材料,以聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)薄膜为柔性衬底。对敏感膜进行了SEM表征。室温下,对不同体积分数的NO2进行了测试,对器件尺寸的影响进行了分析,并对响应规律进行了总结。经实验,对NO2测试下限可达到0.2×10-6。为提高敏感性、减小恢复时间,尝试对敏感膜掺杂TiO2,并同未掺杂的敏感膜进行实验比较,发现对体积分数1.5×10-6的NO2,掺杂TiO2可将敏感性提高8%,恢复性也有明显改善,对周期为1060 s的循环测试表明:掺杂TiO2下阻值基本能完全恢复。

Carburization performance of Incoloy 800HT in CH4/H2 gas mixtures

Carburization performance of Incoloy 800HT has been studied after cyclic and isothermal exposures to CH₄/H₂ carburizing gas mixtures at high temperatures for 500 h. At 800 °C in 2% CH₄/H₂, Incoloy 800HT suffered external oxidation and carburization, the external continuous layer of reaction products consists primarily of Cr₇C₃, Mn_1.5Cr_1.5O₄, and FeCr₂O₄ with Fe(Cr, Al)₂O₄ as a minor phase. At 1100 °C in 10% CH₄/H₂, external carburization did not occur likely due to high carbon dissolution in the alloy substrate at this temperature. A thermodynamic analysis indicated that 1000 °C was an approximate critical temperature, below which the environment should result in mixed oxidizing/carburizing behavior, while above this temperature reducing carburizing behavior should occur. The experimental results approximately agree with the thermodynamic analysis. Metal dusting was not observed under highly carburizing conditions (a_C>1). The size and morphology of Cr-rich phases (or Cr-carbides) are both temperature- and time-dependent, while the external continuity is more temperature-dependent rather than time-dependent.     

m-Chlorophenylpiperazine (mCPP) Modulates the Discriminative Stimulus Effects of Cocaine Through Actions at the 5-HT?C Receptor.

Agonists acting at the serotonin-1B receptor (5-HT?BR) and 5-HT?CR have been reported to potentiate and block, respectively, the discriminative stimulus effects of cocaine. The present investigation reassessed the antagonistic effects of the mixed 5-HT?C/?BR agonist m-chlorophenylpiperazine (mCPP) on the discriminative stimulus effects of cocaine in the presence or absence of selective antagonism of the 5-HT?BR or 5-HT?CR. The stimulus effects of cocaine were attenuated by mCPP at doses that reduced response rates. The selective 5-HT?CR antagonist SB 242084, but not the selective 5-HT?BR antagonist GR 127935, reversed the mCPP-evoked attenuation of the cocaine cue and the suppression of response rates. A solvent-free lift-off method for realizing vertical organic transistors with low leakage current and high ON/OFF ratio

A solvent-free lift-off method has been introduced to fabricate the aluminum nano-hole array with diameter down to 80 nm as the base electrode for a vertical organic transistor. The imprinted vertical organic transistor exhibited base leakage current density as low as 5 × 10⁻⁵ mA/cm² and high ON/OFF current ratio as high as 10⁵.
