The high-temperature corrosion behavior of Fe-30.1Mn-9.7Al-0.77C alloy initially coated with 2 mg/cm2 NaCl/Na2SO4 (100/0, 75/25, 50/50, 25/75 and 0/100 wt.%) deposits has been studied at 750°C in air. The result shows that weight-gain kinetics in simple oxidation reveals a steady-state parabolic rate law after 3 hr, while the kinetics with salt deposits all display multi-stage growth rates. The corrosion morphology of the alloy with 100% Na2SO4 coating is similar to that of simple oxidation. NaCl acts as the predominant corrosion species for Fe-Mn-Al-C alloy, inhibiting the formation of a protective oxide scale. For the alloy coated with over 50% NaCl in salts, NaCl induces selective oxidation of manganese and results in the formation of secondary ferrite in the alloy substrate as well as void-layers with different densities of voids layer by layer in the secondary-ferrite zone.  相似文献

We report a reflectivity study of thez-polarized TO-phonons of Pr x Y1–x Ba2Cu4O8 and YBa2–y Sr y Cu4O8 alloys in the temperature range 10–300 K. Anomalies of the frequency and linewidth of the plane-oxygen vibration at300 cm–1 due to the opening of the superconducting gap are found to occur upon crossing the superconducting transition temperatureT c . The influence onT c of dilatation centers (DC) as elastic defects near the surface or in thin films of oxide high-Tc superconductors is considered. The distribution function ofT c in this case was obtained. This is the Lorentzian with center shifted to largerT c values. The half width of theT c distribution n (n is the concentration of DC) is larger than its center shift and corresponds to the increase ofT c fluctuations near the surface. As a result, a continuum percolation behavior with increasing critical temperature percolation levelT (c) near the surface appears. The inequalityn>T (c)>T c initial is fulfilled. ForT>T (c) the quasi-2D Josephson media takes place where a finite superconductive domain withT c local >T (c) exists. The influence of DC considerably increases for strong DC such as off-center impurity ions.  相似文献

Doping Bi2Sr2Ca1Cu2O8+y with Co causes a superconductor-insulator transition. We study correlations between changes in the electrical resistivity ab(T) and the electronic bandstructure using identical single crystalline samples. For undoped samples the resistivity is linear in temperature and has a vanishing residual resistivity. In angle resolved photoemission these samples show dispersing band-like states. Co-doping decreases Tc and causes and increase in the residual resistivity. Above a threshold Co-concentration the resistivity is metallic (dab/dT>0) at room temperature, turns insulating below a characteristic temperature Tmin and becomes superconducting at even lower temperature. These changes in the resistivity correlate with the disappearance of the dispersing band-like states in angle resolved photoemission. We show that Anderson localization caused by the impurity potential of the doped Co-atoms provides a consistent explanation of all experimental features. The coexistance of insulating (dab/dT <0) normal state behavior and superconductivity indicates that the superconducting ground state is formed out of spatially almost localized carriers.  相似文献

The superconducting properties of Y1–y Ca y Sr2Cu2GaO7– have been examined and related to the Ca content,y, and the use of annealing treatments at 350 bar oxygen. Superconductivity withT c up to 41 K was found only for high-pressure-annealed samples, and the structural effects of Ca substitution and high-pressure treatment were examined using powder neutron diffraction. Small but significant changes in Cu-Cu and Cu-O distances were found and suggest that the Cu ions are more highly charged in superconducting samples. Partial substitution of Ba for Sr was found to be possible (up to 20%) to give samples which, after annealing in high-pressure oxygen, were superconducting at temperatures up to 68 K.  相似文献

Principal component analysis (PCA) was extended to minimize the noise effect in digital image correlation (DIC) measurement under a high-temperature atmosphere environment. First, the principle of PCA was introduced, and the singular vectors and singular values for each component of the displacement fields from DIC were obtained. Then, the simulated high-temperature speckle images were developed to investigate the influences of noise on the DIC method under a high-temperature environment. Finally, the displacement fields of several special conditions were extracted from the simulated speckle images and experimental images; the effects of noise on the PCA were also analyzed.  相似文献

We consider the two-dimensional Hubbard model including electron-phonon interaction. Strong local correlations (U limit) are taken into account within the mean-field approximation for auxiliary boson fields. Phonon-assisted transitions between intraand interlayer states are introduced as the source of coupling between two-dimensional CuO2 layers. This type of processes effectively leads to the nonlinear (quadratic) interaction of intralayer electrons withc-axis phonons. We construct the Eliashberg equations for the resulting Hamiltonian and evaluate the superconducting transition temperatureT c. Our model calculation demonstrates that a pronounced enhancement ofT c in thed-wave channel is possible. The largest enhancement ofT c tends to take place for small hole concentrations. This means that the coupling toc-axis phonons could compete with two-dimensional correlations responsible for the onset of antiferromagnetic order. It is remarkable that the two-dimensional features in the normal state are hardly affected by this specific interlayer interaction. Therefore,c-axis two-phonon-mediated interlayer coupling can cooperate with interlayer pair tunneling and substantially contribute to an increased pairing.  相似文献

The anisotropy of the resistivity and thermoelectric power (TEP)S of Nd1.85Ce0.15CuO4– single crystal (T c =17 K) has been investigated. In the temperature rangeT c <T<300 K the ratio c/ab104 and the dependences ab (T) and c (T) change from quadratic to linear atT200 K. The dependencesS ab (T) andS c (T) reach a maximum atT>T c and then decrease almost linearly with increasing temperature, changing sign from positive to negative nearT 150 K. The features of the resistivity and TEP temperature dependences (the lawT 2 changing toT, the change in the sign of S with temperature, and the low TEP anisotropy at large anisotropy) have been interpreted in the framework of the narrow-band model.  相似文献

The melting and vaporization of the 1223 [(Tl,Pb):(Ba,Sr):Ca:Cu] oxide phase in the system (Tl-Pb-Ba-Sr-Ca-Cu-O) have been investigated using a combination of dynamic methods (differential thermal analysis, thermogravimetry, effusion) and post-quenching characterization techniques (powder x-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive x-ray spectrometry). Vaporization rates, thermal events, and melt compositions were followed as a function of thallia loss from a 1223 stoichiometry. Melting and vaporization equilibria of the 1223 phase are complex, with as many as seven phases participating simultaneously. At a total pressure of 0.1 MPa the 1223 phase was found to melt completely at (980 ± 5) °C in oxygen, at a thallia partial pressure (pTl2O) of (4.6 ± 0.5) kPa, where the quoted uncertainties are standard uncertainties, i.e., 1 estimated standard deviation. The melting reaction involves five other solids and a liquid, nominally as follows: 12231212+(Ca,Sr)2CuO3+(Sr,Ca)CuO2+BaPbO3+(Ca,Sr)O+LiquidStoichiometries of the participating phases have been determined from microchemical analysis, and substantial elemental substitution on the 1212 and 1223 crystallographic sites is indicated. The 1223 phase occurs in equilibrium with liquids from its melting point down to at least 935 °C. The composition of the lowest melting liquid detected for the bulk compositions of this study has been measured using microchemical analysis. Applications to the processing of superconducting wires and tapes are discussed.  相似文献
