TAM胶粘剂中铅镉汞铬砷有害元素的测定

研究了HF +HCl消解样品 ,试液用ICP AES法同时测定TAM胶粘剂中铅、镉、汞、铬、砷的新方法 ,在选定的最佳条件下测铅、镉、汞、铬、砷的检出限分别为 0 .0 0 15 ,0 .0 0 0 8,0 .0 0 11,0 .0 0 17,0 .0 0 0 9μg·mL-1,回收率为 93.5 %～ 10 8.3% ,RSD为 0 .6 2 %～ 5 .6 5 % ,该法准确、快速、简便 ,应用于TAM胶粘剂的测定 ,结果满意     

Local Effects on Airway Inflammation and Systemic Uptake of 5 nm PEGylated and Citrated Gold Nanoparticles in Asthmatic Mice

Nanotechnology is showing promise in many medical applications such as drug delivery and hyperthermia. Nanoparticles administered to the respiratory tract cause local reactions and cross the blood–air barrier, thereby providing a means for easy systemic administration but also a potential source of toxicity. Little is known about how these effects are influenced by preexisting airway diseases such as asthma. Here, BALB/c mice are treated according to the ovalbumin (OVA) asthma protocol to promote allergic airway inflammation. Dispersions of polyethylene‐glycol‐coated (PEGylated) and citrate/tannic‐acid‐coated (citrated) 5 nm gold nanoparticles are applied intranasally to asthma and control groups, and (i) airway resistance and (ii) local tissue effects are measured as primary endpoints. Further, nanoparticle uptake into extrapulmonary organs is quantified by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. The asthmatic precondition increases nanoparticle uptake. Moreover, systemic uptake is higher for PEGylated gold nanoparticles compared to citrated nanoparticles. Nanoparticles inhibit both inflammatory infiltrates and airway hyperreactivity, especially citrated gold nanoparticles. Although the antiinflammatory effects of gold nanoparticles might be of therapeutic benefit, systemic uptake and consequent adverse effects must be considered when designing and testing nanoparticle‐based asthma therapies.     

基于邻域曲率的低特征辨识度点云配准方法

在对特征辨识度低的点云进行配准的过程中,传统的基于局部特征提取和匹配的方法通常精度不高,而基于全局特征匹配的方法精度和效率也难以保证。针对这一问题,提出一种改进的局部特征配准方法。在初步配准阶段,设计了一种基于法向量投影协方差分析的关键点提取方法,结合快速特征直方图(FPFH)对关键点进行特征描述,定义多重匹配条件对特征点进行筛选,最后将对应点的最近距离之和作为优化目标进行粗匹配;在精配准阶段,采用以点到平面的最小距离作为迭代优化对象的改进迭代最近点(ICP)算法进行精确配准。实验结果表明,在配准特征辨识度低的点云时,相较于其他三种配准方法,该方法能保持高配准精度的同时降低配准时间。     

未知室外环境下移动机器人的三维场景重建

针对传统最近点迭代（iterative closest point,ICP）算法的局限性与大型室外场景的特点,在处理算法速度、算法精度以及迭代陷入局部最小问题等多个方面提出了改进的ICP配准算法.并且在处理多帧匹配问题时,提出了新的在线多帧匹配方法与减小累积误差的离线多帧匹配方法.利用改善的ICP算法与多帧匹配方法,依靠三维激光雷达与移动机器人,重建了室外场景,形成了完整的室外三维地图,为实现未知室外环境下移动机器人的定位与导航打下基础.实验表明,该方法快速、精度高、鲁棒性强,适用于重建大型复杂的室外环境.     

Research on fabrication and properties of nanoporous GaN epilayers

Gallium nitride (GaN) epilayers with nanopore arrays were fabricated by inductive coupled plasma (ICP) etching using anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) as mask.Nanoporous AAO templates were formed by anodizing the Al films deposited on GaN epilayers.The diameter of the perforations in the AAO masks could be easily controlled by tuning the technique parameters of AAO fabrication process.Cl2/Ar and Cl2/He were employed as etching gas.Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis shows that vertical nanoporous arrays with uniform distribution can directly be transferred from AAO masks to GaN films in some proper conditions.Photoluminescence (PL) spectra, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Raman spectroscopy were applied to assess properties of the nanoporous GaN films with different average pore diameters and interpore distances.

本方法使用ICP发射光谱仪测定磷酸和磷铵中的杂质成分，它不仅实现可以多种元素同时测定，又能达到常规化学分析方法无法媲美的较高准确度和精密度，而且大大加快了杂质含量分析的速度。     

基于Sparse ICP 的三维点云耳廓识别

提出一种新颖的三维耳廓识别方法,首先基于PCA 和SVD 分解对三维耳廓点云模 型进行归一化预处理,以统一数据库中所有耳廓点云模型的位置与姿态;然后基于Iannarelli 分 类系统提取三维耳廓的4 个局部特征区域,并利用Sparse ICP 算法对局部特征区域进行匹配;最 后根据局部特征区域中对应点间的距离判断耳廓之间的差异测度,实现耳廓形状识别。实验证明, 本文算法与其他算法相比具有较高的识别精度和识别效率。
