本文介绍了可以连接IEEE1394设备和UPnP设备之间的IEEE1394/UPnP软件桥的结构功能与作用过程。此软件桥可以使UPnP控制点将IEEE1394设备等同于UPnP设备,并能实现IEEE1394传统设备或新型设备与UPnP设备间的数据格式转换和功能转换,并可解决IEEE1394与UPnP设备之间几种不匹配的问题。此文还介绍了一种利用此软件桥连接硬件设备的应用实例。  相似文献

In IEEE 802.12 network, a repeater arbitrates among transmission requests on a round robin basis. A node can transmit a packet only when it is granted by the repeater. Recently, the IEEE 802.12 Committee approved a burst mode in which a node can transmit multiple packets per grant. In burst mode a bandwidth, or the number of packets per grant should be allocated taking into account the timing constraints of real-time messages. This paper proposes bandwidth allocation algorithms based on the burst mode to guarantee the deadlines of periodic real-time messages. Once the bandwidth of each node is derived from the lengths and deadlines of periodic messages, a node is allowed to transmit packets up to the allocated bandwidth per grant. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithms providemuch higher guarantee ratio and graceful degradation for heavy network load, compared with the existing approaches.  相似文献

This paper investigates the influence of the position of the antennas in a dual-radio mesh router by characterizing the router components from an electromagnetic point of view. Since the behavior of a wireless router equipped with multiple devices and antennas can be affected by mutual coupling among several close conducting bodies, numerical and experimental tests are carried out to provide some suggestions for an accurate positioning of the antennas. A reference configuration is implemented in an electromagnetic Computer-Aided Design (CAD) simulator. The most significant numerical results are validated by performing a campaign of measurements in anechoic chamber and deploying a testbed for the derivation of the experimental values of throughput, return loss, power density, and directivity.  相似文献

This paper proposes a new technique for estimating phasors during the transient phenomena in the electrical power systems. Unlike traditional Phasor Measurement Units (PMUs) that estimates phasors at process level, the proposed technique estimates phasors at bay level. The estimation technique relies on a robust recursive Kalman–Filtering, which is employed for computing the phasors based on the time-critical IEC 61850-9-2 Sampled Measured Values casted by the substation Merging Units (MUs). Many evolution tests of the proposed technique have been carried out for both stationary and transient phenomena in power systems to determine the accuracy of the measurements obtained at various conditions. The proposed estimator can produce phasors at bay level with reporting rate of 100 frames per second, which is encouraged in IEEE Std C37.118 and can satisfy higher accuracies than provided by the traditional Phasor Measurement Units, which are 0.01 degree and 0.01% for phase and magnitude, respectively.  相似文献

A 5 GHz LC VCO (voltage-controlled oscillator) with automatic amplitude control (AAC) and automatic frequency-band selection (AFBS) for 2.4 GHz ZigBee transceivers is presented. Instead of continuous feedback loop, an alternative amplitude calibration scheme is proposed in this paper to alleviate the deficiencies inherent in the conventional approach. It helps to keep the VCO at optimum amplitude to avoid saturation of the cross-coupled transistors and therefore stabilizes the phase noise performance over process, voltage and temperature variations. For the ZigBee application with 16 frequency channels, a coarse tuning loop is added in this work to implement the frequency-band selection using the AFBS mechanism. The VCO core and the digital AAC, AFBS modules have been fully integrated in a 2.4 GHz ZigBee transceiver which was fabricated in a 0.18 μm RF-CMOS technology. The current consumption is 4.7 mA at 4.85 GHz with 1.8 V power supply and a chip area of about 0.285 mm2 is occupied. The VCO is capable of operating from 4.67 GHz to 5.18 GHz and the measured phase-noise level is –120 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz offset from a 4.85 GHz carrier. The tuning sensitivity KVCO of the VCO is about 78 MHz/V with 0.9 V control voltage.  相似文献
