本系统建立在“以学生为中心”的远程教学模型基础上,借鉴国内外一些开放大学的成功经验,结合自学考试及现有一些电子学习平台的实际情况,提出一个适合自考生进行网上学习的解决方案。

基于Web的电力信息检索系统的设计与实现

文章在详细讨论动态Web数据库访问中间件技术ASP以及ADO组件与SQLServer结合的基础上,具体介绍了一个网上电力信息检索系统的设计与实现方法。该系统以WindowsNT为服务器平台、SQLServer2000数据库为后台、ASP技术编程,具有较好的安全性、可移植性和可扩充性。     

An implementation of no-slip boundary conditions in DPD

We report an implementation of the no-slip boundary condition in the modeling of solid boundaries by dissipative particle dynamics (DPD) method. Stimulated by a model for several types of solid boundaries, we develop an implementation that satisfies no-slip boundary condition with practically no-density distortion near the boundaries. The model is implemented to simulate the planar Poiseuille and Couette flows, as well as the flow through a contraction and diffusion channel. Results compare excellently with the previous methods.     

Progress in Web-based decision support technologies

World Wide Web technologies have transformed the design, development, implementation and deployment of decision support systems. This article reviews and summarizes recent technology developments, current usage of Web-based DSS, and trends in the deployment of such systems. Many firms use the Web as a medium to convey information about DSS products or to distribute DSS software. The use of Web-based computation to provide product demonstrations or to deploy DSS applications for remote access remains less common. The academic literature on Web-based DSS is largely focused on applications and implementations, and only a few articles examine architectural issues or provide design guidelines based on empirical evidence.     

基于DSP的RS码快速编译码算法的实现

平台光纤传输模块通过光纤完成惯导平台系统中的数据传输,其中一些关键数据如平台控制参数等直接影响到平台系统的状态,为了确保平台系统可以安全可靠地工作,必须对控制参数进行纠错,保证其准确性.由于RS码具有强大的纠突发错误和随机错误的能力,被广泛应用于各种差错控制场合.文章设计了基于DSP的RS（15,11）码的快速实现,完成对惯导平台系统中光纤传输的平台控制参数等关键数据的纠错.     

一种改进的载波同步Costas环路设计及实现

提出了一种基于Cosms环（科思塔斯环）载波同步的改进环路，它具有可变环路增益和可变环路带宽。与传统的Cosms环相比，改进环路增加了频差估计、增益控制和环路锁定检测三个辅助电路。该方法能较好地处理环路带宽、稳态相位误差与环路增益之间的关系，在FPGA上已成功实现。

关系型数据库中包含了大量的关系模式,其中的数据结构一般为结构化或半结构化数据。通过机器的概念学习,从这些数据结构中提取信息、得到更高层次的概念,这个机器学习的过程效率高低,将直接影响概念的获取,建立一个并行概念学习系统是一种比较可行的方法。文中探讨了关系型数据库的并行概念学习方法,给出了一种并行学习策略,建立了一种并行概念学习系统,可以有效地提高关系型数据库概念学习的效率,从而挖掘出更高层次的概念。     

SNMP网络管理站的实现技术研究

本文通过研究IETF在RFC2571中制定的SNMP管理框架,并利用Microsoft提供的WinSNMP API来设计并实现网络管理系统。内容包括SNMP实体的实现,模块间的协作,以及针对表示被管对象的变量绑定的处理方法。     

Real-time Parallel Processing System Design and Implementation for Underwater Acoustic Communication Based on Multiple Processors

ADSP-TS101 is a high performance DSP with good properties of parallel processing and high speed. According to the real-time processing requirements of underwater acoustic communication algorithms, a real-time parallel processing system with multi-channel synchronous sample, which is composed of multiple ADSP-TS101s, is designed and carried out. For the hardware design, field programmable gate array （FPGA） logical control is adopted for the design of multi-channel synchronous sample module and cluster/data flow associated pin connection mode is adopted for multiprocessing parallel processing configuration respectively： And the software is optimized by two kinds of communication ways： broadcast writing way through shared bus and point-to-point way through link ports. Through the whole system installation, connective debugging, and experiments in a lake, the results show that the real-time parallel processing system has good stability and real-time processing capability and meets the technical design requirements of real-time processing.
