交流变频调速技术在二辊轧机压下系统中的应用

介绍一种采用变频调速技术控制的二辊轧机压下系统。该系统可控制轧机压下系统的速度在工艺要求的范围内无级可调，压下量以数字动态显示，控制准确、操作方便。文中对系统的组成及工作原理作了较详细的介绍。     

台达变频器在纺织织带盘带机上的应用

盘带机是纺织织带成品分卷设备，需要使用到收放卷控制。本文基于台达变频器在盘带机上的应用案例，论述盘带机自动化系统设计调试过程以及遇到的问题分析。     

K418B合金细晶铸造整体涡轮真空热处理工艺研究

通过力学性能评估和金相组织观察，研究五种热处理制度，两个周期的试验结果，确定了Ｋ４１８Ｂ合金细晶铸造整体涡轮的真空热处理工艺。     

Series resonant ZCS‐PFM DC‐DC power converter with high‐frequency high‐voltage transformer link for high‐power magnetron drive

This paper presents a single lossless inductive snubber‐assisted ZCS‐PFM series resonant DC‐DC power converter with a high‐frequency high‐voltage transformer link for industrial‐use high‐power magnetron drive. The current flowing through the active power switches rises gradually at a turned‐on transient state with the aid of a single lossless snubber inductor, and ZCS turn‐on commutation based on overlapping current can be achieved via the wide range pulse frequency modulation control scheme. The high‐frequency high‐voltage transformer primary side resonant current always becomes continuous operation mode, by electromagnetic loose coupling design of the high‐frequency high‐voltage transformer and the magnetizing inductance of the high‐frequency high‐voltage transformer. As a result, this high‐voltage power converter circuit for the magnetron can achieve a complete zero current soft switching under the condition of broad width gate voltage signals. Furthermore, this high‐voltage DC‐DC power converter circuit can regulate the output power from zero to full over audible frequency range via the two resonant frequency circuit design. Its operating performances are evaluated and discussed on the basis of the power loss analysis simulation and the experimental results from a practical point of view. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. K_2O－B_2O_3－SiO_2玻璃成分对析晶性能的影响

本文利用ＤＴＡ、ＸＲＤ、ＴＥＭ、ＳＥＭ等技术研究了三种Ｋ２Ｏ－Ｂ２Ｏ３－ＳｉＯ２玻璃的析晶性能。结果表明，Ｋ２Ｏ－Ｂ２Ｏ３－ＳｉＯ２玻璃的析晶由分相引起，分相和析晶能力受成分影响较大。随Ｂ２Ｏ３和Ｋ２Ｏ含量增多及Ｋ２Ｏ／Ｂ２Ｏ３比值的降低，析晶加强。析晶中主晶相类别尚未查清，次晶相确定为α－方石英。     

20K以下温区单级脉管制冷机直流控制实验研究

开展了20K以下温区单级脉管制冷机的实验研究，考察了直流流动对制冷机性能的影响，估算了不同制冷温度下制冷机循环的需气量，在对直流进行控制的情况下，采用2kW(RW2)和4kW(CP4)压缩机分别获得了18．7K和14．7K的最低制冷温度，对应的在30K的制冷量分别为10W和29．5W。     

鄱阳湖湖底沉积物放射性水平

本文报道了1985年鄱阳湖湖底沉积物放射性水平的调查结果。沉积物中 U、Th、~(226)Ra、~(40)(?)和~(137)Cs 的比活度分别为64.8、67.9,58.9、676.1和3.5Bq/kg;用~(137)Cs 测龄方法作了沉积物泥芯垂直深度的年代定位,由此得知1985—1958年对应深度沉积物中 U、Th、~(226)Ra 和~(40)K 的比活度与1957—1930年对应深度沉积物比较无显著性差异;U、Th 和~(226)Ra 的浓集因予分别为5.2×10~413.9×10~4和4.8×10~4L/kg。     

德国艾柯夫SL-500采煤机变频器故障及分析

晋城煤业集团引进德国艾柯夫SL-500采煤机,在使用过程中,短时间内连续出现多台变频器烧坏现象,这在艾柯夫采煤机使用过程中是从未有过的事,也给本公司的原煤生产造成了很大影响。为了杜绝此类事情的再次发生,特对本次的故障排除方法进行了认真的分析总结,为今后应用与修理采煤机提供了意见。     

Single-sided ventilation — Part II. further considerations

This paper extends an earlier report of measurements and computer predictions of flows in a cubical cavity exposed on one side to the scavenging effect of an external stream. Further measurements and photographs are presented; they are consistent with each other and with the predictions of the computational model. Specifically, comparisons are made between measured and predicted mean velocities and turbulent shear stresses, and photographs are used to elucidate features of the shear layers generated by accelerating and decelerating external flows. The computer model is used to deduce approximate relations between internal turbulent activity (measured by mean velocity, turbulence energy and shear stress) and external velocity, percentage ‘window’ opening and relative position of the plane walls upstream and downstream of the cavity.
