基于FPGA&ASIC的专用USB接口设计与实现

无驱型USB KEY专用接口的设计和实现是基于FPGA&ASIC的. 该设计主要使用Verilog语言在FPGA上实现USB协议,并提供针对USB收发器和微控制器的接口. 通过该接口USB KEY在接入系统后不需要驱动程序即可正常使用. 该设计通过了软件的仿真并在FPGA上进行了硬件验证.     

用于LED光源的反光杯准直效果研究

为研究抛物面型反光杯用于LED光源准直时的特点,基于TracePro仿真了LED光源在不同尺寸反光杯下的有效射程和光斑直径,分析了反光杯和LED尺寸对射程和光斑直径的影响。仿真结果表明:射程与反光杯的口径和深度都有关系。高度相同时,反光杯口径越大,射程越大;口径相同时,射程随反光杯高度增加先增大后减小。LED光源经反光杯准直,较短距离的光斑中心光强很低,形成光环。LED光源面积直接影响目标面光斑的大小,对射程影响较小。     

A new oxyapatite red phosphor Eu3+-doped Ca3Y7(BO4)(SiO4)5O: Synthesis,structure and luminescence properties

A series of new oxyapatite red phosphors Ca₃Y₇(BO₄)(SiO₄)₅O doped with different concentrations of Eu³⁺ were successfully synthesized by high temperature solid state method. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) Rietveld refinement results show that the structure of the phosphor belongs to space group P6₃/m and Eu³⁺ ion replaces Y³⁺ ion. The emission spectrum consists of the characteristic emission peaks corresponding to Eu³⁺ under the excitation of 274 nm and the dominant emission peak is at 614 nm (⁵D₀→⁷F₂ of Eu³⁺). The concentration quenching effect occurs and the optimized Eu³⁺ concentration is 4.0 mol%. The energy level diagram for luminous mechanism is also given and the non-radiative energy transfer mechanism between Eu³⁺ is mainly exchange interaction. The CIE coordinate is close to the ideal red light and the color purity is higher than 99.79%. Moreover, the phosphor exhibits moderate thermal stability because the photoluminescence intensity at 423 K is still maintained at higher than 78.97% of that at room temperature. The internal quantum efficiency of Ca₃Y₇(BO₄)(SiO₄)₅O:4.0 mol%Eu³⁺ phosphor is 58.2%. A red light emitting diode (LED) device based on it can emit bright red light. The CCT values of the device are basically unchanged when driven by various bias current. The results show that Ca₃Y₇(BO₄)(SiO₄)₅O:Eu³⁺ is a new type of oxyapatite red fluorescent material with good comprehensive performances.

分析了水泵底架原冲压成形工艺存在的问题,提出了新的成形工艺方案,介绍了新工艺中关键工序的模具结构以及模具加工、现场调试应注意的事项。经生产验证,改进后的工艺与模具结构合理,产品质量及生产效率大大提高。     

驱动外壳铸件产生裂纹的原因及消除方法

通过对两种形状相似驱动外壳的工艺改进，解决了裂纹缺陷，取得了明显的经济效益。     

一种用于IGBT模块的新型半桥驱动电路

介绍了一种高性能、高压集成新型半桥IGBT驱动电路.该驱动模块内部集成两路独立驱动和独特的故障"局域网"保护电路,驱动能力强,体积封装小,易于逆变器的小型化设计,并介绍了该驱动模块在便携式柴油发电机逆变电源中的应用,讨论了设计中应注意的问题.实验结果证明,该驱动电路结构简单,性能优越,能够实现对IGBT的可靠驱动和保护.     

A novel method for camera external parameters online calibration using dotted road line

On board camera is the most important information source for driver assistant application which is based on computer vision. One problem for on board camera is that the external parameters are easy to be changed when moving on the road. Traditional method either calibrates external parameters offline or calibrates external parameters semi-online, which both need human intervention. By observation, it is found that corner connection of dotted road lane can form two groups of parallel lines. Using this geometric characteristics and through theoretical derivation, a novel online camera external parameter calibration method is proposed which focus on the situation when vehicle is moving. The pro of this method is that it maintains relatively high calculation accuracy and more important, it does not require any human intervention in whole calibration process. Experimental and comparison results show that this method is simple and have accurate results which fully meet the requirements of practical application.     

基于BACnet/IP的设备与实时数据库通信实现

针对不同厂商、不同系统的楼宇自控设备互操作、互通信的局限性,分析了BACnet/IP技术和实时数据库,设计开发了一种基于BACnet/IP技术的实时数据库DasRdb的设备驱动程序。该设备驱动程序采用UDP通信方式,通过调用每个BACnet/IP设备的标准接口函数来驱动实时数据库DasRdb分别进行写操作和读操作,能够有效地实现BACnet/IP设备与实时数据库DasRdb之间的通信,从而使楼控设备的互操作成为可能。现场工程应用表明,该程序的运行契合BACnet的一致性要求,具有简单、高效、精确度高、实时性好的特点。     

ARM7处理器NUC710ADN扩充双网口设计

在ARM7处理器NUC710ADN的第一个网口的基础上,利用网口驱动芯片DM9000AEP扩充了第二个网口,使系统实现双网口通信。给出了硬件设计电路,对DM9000AEP的驱动程序在μClinux下的移植过程进行了描述,测试结果表明双网口都能正常可靠的工作,达到了ARM7处理器进行双网通信的功能要求。     

基于STM32的多相LED穹形光源控制系统设计

针对工业视觉检测中对光源的照射角度、光源亮度、颜色等调节要求,设计了一种基于STM32的多相LED穹形光源控制系统,给出了系统实现方案及各模块具体实现,实现了光源参数的连续可调控制。
