C8芳烃中二甲苯和乙苯的分离技术进展

论述了用于C8芳烃中二甲苯异构体以及乙苯分离的各种吸附分离技术进展,对各种工艺和特点以及工业应用状况进行了分析比较。详细介绍了目前国内C8芳烃吸附分离装置中的工业生产状况和面临的问题及挑战。提出应抓紧开发具有自主知识产权的C8芳烃吸附分离技术,尤其是开发一种对乙苯和二甲苯同时具有高选择性、高吸附能力、容易脱附的吸附剂,实现从C8芳烃中同时得到乙苯和二甲苯高纯度产品的目的,打破国外的技术垄断。     

End-capped polystyrene with 8-hydroxyquinoline group by ATRP method

8-Hydroxyqunioline end-capped polystyrene was prepared through atom transfer free radical polymerization (ATRP) with 8-(5-chloromethyl) quinolyl acetate as initiator. The results indicated that this polymerization is a first order reaction with respect to monomer conversion. The molecular weight increased linearly with monomer consumption and very narrow distribution of molecular weight was obtained (polydispersity index less than 1.2). The FT-IR and NMR results show that the 8-hydroxyquinloine group was chemically bonded to the polymer end and there is nearly one 8-hydroxyquinoline group in per polymer chain. All those data show that polymerization of styrene at such conditions displayed living characters. The polymer with 8-hydroxyqquinoline end group reacted with triethylaluminum to form polymeric light-emitting complex and single layer LED was prepared by common spin-coating method. The peak wavelength of LED based on synthesized polymeric complex was around 570 nm.     

8─羟基喹啉─5─磺酸柱前衍生反相HPLC分离测定痕量Al（Ⅲ）、Co（Ⅲ）、Fe（Ⅲ）和Pd（Ⅱ）

本文采用８－羟基喹啉－５－磺酸（ＨＱＳ）为柱前衍生试剂，用含有１０ｍｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１的四丁基溴化铵（ＴＢＡ＋Ｂｒ－）、７．５×１０－５ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１的ＥＤＴＡ和２０ｍｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１的ｐＨ５．６乙酸－乙酸钠缓冲溶液的甲醇－水（４５：５５，Ｖ／Ｖ）溶液为流动相，以Ｃ１８硅烷化载体为固定相，１６ｍｉｎ内分离测定了Ｃｏ（Ⅲ）、Ｆｅ（Ⅲ）、Ａｌ（Ⅲ）和Ｐｄ（Ⅱ）的ＨＱＳ的配合物、信噪比为３时，检出限分别为：Ｃｏ（Ⅲ）０．９ｐｐｂ、Ｆｅ（Ⅲ）１．５ｐｐｂ和Ｐｄ（Ⅱ）５．４ｐｐｂ，方法灵敏度高，干扰少，用于测定试剂级盐酸，硝酸和中国红茶样品中的这些离子，结果良好。     

Synthesis and metal uptake studies on poly(8‐hydroxy‐5‐azoquinolinephenylacrylate‐formaldehyde) resin and its metal complexes

8‐hydroxy‐5‐azoquinolinephenylacrylate‐formaldehyde (8H5AQPA‐F) macromonomer was prepared from acryloylchloride, with condensation products of 8‐hydroxy‐5‐azoquinolinephenol‐formaldehyde, and polymerized in DMF at 70°C using benzoyl peroxide as free radical initiator. Poly(8H5AQPA‐F) was characterized by infrared and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopic techniques. Polychelates were obtained in alkaline solution of polymeric ligand, with the aqueous solution of Cu(II) and Ni(II). Elemental analysis of polychelates suggests that the metal to ligand ratio is about 1:2. The polymer metal complexes were also characterized by IR, XRD, magnetic moments, and thermal analysis. The effects of pH and electrolyte on the metal uptake behavior of the resin were also studied. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci 104: 797–802, 2007     

关于软件对字符编码方式误判的研究

针对目前字符编码方式众多的现状,应用软件如何更好的判断文件编码属于何种字符集,并将其正确的解码成为不容忽视的问题。针对Windows记事本不能正常显示"联通"二字的Bug进行分析,利用Winhex软件解析文件获得16进制编码,根据得到的编码分析误判原因,通过注释记事本IsTextUTF8函数对分析得到的误判原因进行证实,进一步找到了更多Windows记事本无法正常显示的汉字。     

Evolution axiale du coefficient de transfert de matière en colonne à bulles et en lit fluidisé triphasique

Liquid phase volumetric mass transfer coefficients for oxygen are determined in a three-phase fluidized bed and in a bubble column. The concept of exponential decreasing axial variation of volumetric mass transfer coefficient leads to a better representation of oxygen concentration profiles inside the column. Compared to the bubble column, k_la axial variations are more important in the lower part of the fluidized bed column, where solid particles increase the coalescence phenomenum, particularly with viscous liquids.     

S_2O_8~(2-)/ZrO_2-SiO_2固体酸催化剂的制备及催化合成柠檬酸三丁酯

采用共沉淀法制备S2O82-/ZrO2 SiO2固体酸催化剂,并用于柠檬酸三丁酯的合成反应,考察了制备条件对催化剂活性的影响,并对催化剂的稳定性进行分析。实验表明:当n(Zr)∶n(Si)=1∶13(摩尔比)时,用0.5mol/L的过硫酸铵溶液浸渍2h,550℃焙烧3h,催化剂用量为0.75g时,柠檬酸的转化率可达97.3%。且催化剂具有较高的稳定性,可重复使用5次以上。     

N—氯代丁二酰亚胺8—羟基喹哪啶分光光度法测定水中苯胺类化合物的方法研究

本文提出一种能够方便、快速、灵敏地检测水质中苯胺在化合物的新方法。这种方法是先用 N-氯代丁二酰亚胺氧化苯胺 ,再用 8-羟基喹哪啶作为偶联显色剂 ,在 p H9- 1 1的碱性介质中 1进行显色。显色反应所得蓝色化合物的最大吸收波长为 62 0 nm,摩尔吸光系数为 1 .1× 1 0 4 L· mol- 1· cm- 1,在苯胺为 0 .2～ 1 0 mg/l的浓度范围内符和比尔定律 ,最低检出限为 0 .0 3mg/l,测定的重现性在± 5 %以内。该方法成功地用于环境水样的分析 ,并获得满意的分析结果     

Modèles Hydrodynamiques pour la Séparation des Courants dans un Décanteur Pilote

Despite of its general use in industry, particle sedimentation is still a not well understood unit operation. Hydrodynamics is complex in essence, mainly because the possible volumes are depending on the operating conditions, which in turn has consequences on the stability of the equipment in unsteady state conditions.     

Hydroformylation of functional alkenes with heterodonor phosphine rhodium catalysts: substrate or ligand directed regioselectivity?

The catalytic activity and selectivity of heterodonor phosphine rhodium catalysts prepared in situ were tested in the hydroformylation of functional alkenes (ethyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, styrene, 4-vinyl-1-cyclohexene, dicyclopentadiene and cis-1,2,3,6-tetrahydrophthalic anhydride). Systematic variation of the heterodonor atom in the ortho position of the ligand showed that the heterodonor atom has a significant influence on the activities and selectivities of the reaction. However, the activity seems to depend mainly on the modifying ligand, and the regioselectivity mainly on the substrate (i.e., the structure and functionality of the alkene). Nevertheless, regioselective control is only obtained through synergy between the substrate and the catalyst. Clear regiocontrol was observed in the hydroformylation of ,-unsaturated esters and styrene with an in situ formed o-(thiomethylphenyl)diphenylphosphine rhodium catalyst.
