Context

In software development, Testing is an important mechanism both to identify defects and assure that completed products work as specified. This is a common practice in single-system development, and continues to hold in Software Product Lines (SPL). Even though extensive research has been done in the SPL Testing field, it is necessary to assess the current state of research and practice, in order to provide practitioners with evidence that enable fostering its further development.

Objective

This paper focuses on Testing in SPL and has the following goals: investigate state-of-the-art testing practices, synthesize available evidence, and identify gaps between required techniques and existing approaches, available in the literature.

Method

A systematic mapping study was conducted with a set of nine research questions, in which 120 studies, dated from 1993 to 2009, were evaluated.

Results

Although several aspects regarding testing have been covered by single-system development approaches, many cannot be directly applied in the SPL context due to specific issues. In addition, particular aspects regarding SPL are not covered by the existing SPL approaches, and when the aspects are covered, the literature just gives brief overviews. This scenario indicates that additional investigation, empirical and practical, should be performed.

Conclusion

The results can help to understand the needs in SPL Testing, by identifying points that still require additional investigation, since important aspects regarding particular points of software product lines have not been addressed yet.  相似文献

Although function points (FP) are considered superior to source lines of code (SLOC) for estimating software size and monitoring developer productivity, practitioners still commonly use SLOC. One reason for this is that individuals who fill different roles on a development team, such as managers and developers, may perceive the benefits of FP differently. We conducted a survey to determine whether a perception gap exists between managers and developers for FP and SLOC across several desirable properties of software measures. Results suggest managers and developers perceive the benefits of FP differently and indicate that developers better understand the benefits of using FP than managers.  相似文献

为了有效完成铁路沿线的安全监测,基于北斗警犬状态远程监测系统应运而生,目前存在着监测系统中天线受环境影响大、接收性能差等问题,针对上述问题设计了一种平面微带天线。本文以单支节调配器为主线,以应用角度出发,分别对其平面及馈线弯折等情况进行了仿真分析,克服铁路特殊环境北斗天线安装困难、频带窄易受干扰等缺点。采用ANSOFT HFSS软件进行天线性能仿真,仿真结果表明,设计的北斗天线有效中心频率为1571MHz,电压驻波比小于1.5,符合警犬状态远程监测的实际应用要求。  相似文献

More and more organizations adopt software product lines to leverage extensive reuse and deliver a multitude of benefits such as increased quality and productivity and a decrease in cost and time-to-market of their software development. When compared to the vast amount of research on developing product lines, relatively little work has been dedicated to the actual use of product lines to derive individual products, i.e., the process of product derivation. Existing approaches to product derivation have been developed independently for different aims and purposes. While the definition of a general approach applicable to every domain may not be possible, it would be interesting for researchers and practitioners to know which activities are common in existing approaches, i.e., what are the key activities in product derivation. In this paper we report on how we compared two product derivation approaches developed by the authors in two different, independent research projects. Both approaches independently sought to identify product derivation activities, one through a process reference model and the other through a tool-supported derivation approach. Both approaches have been developed and validated in research industry collaborations with different companies. Through the comparison of the approaches we identify key product derivation activities. We illustrate the activities’ importance with examples from industry collaborations. To further validate the activities, we analyze three existing product derivation approaches for their support for these activities. The validation provides evidence that the identified activities are relevant to product derivation and we thus conclude that they should be considered (e.g., as a checklist) when developing or evaluating a product derivation approach.  相似文献

Vehicle license plate (VLP) character segmentation is an important part of the vehicle license plate recognition system (VLPRS). This paper proposes a least square method (LSM) to treat horizontal tilt and vertical tilt in VLP images. Auxiliary lines are added into the image (or the tilt-corrected image) to make the separated parts of each Chinese character to be an interconnected region. The noise regions will be eliminated after two fusing images are merged according to the minimum principle of gray values.Then, the characters are segmented by projection method (PM) and the final character images are obtained. The experimental results show that this method features fast processing and good performance in segmentation.  相似文献

通过对输电线路运行情况进行全面的调研分析,风偏故障是造成输电线路跳闸的一个主要因素。结合一些输电线路跳闸统计情况,从风偏机理、天气、地理环境、线路本体设计等方面综合分析了风偏故障的成因,进一步分析了风偏防治措施。在全面借鉴行业先进经验的基础上,依据风偏防治的原则和规范,给出了相应的风偏故障防范措施;并结合相关的电网事故案例,对输电线路风偏防治的现行状况提出了进一步的整改措施,从设计、施工、运维方面提出风偏反措建议。  相似文献

研究利用携带Mn-SOD的溶瘤腺病毒Ad-E1A-△E1B55Kd-Mn-SOD(ZD55-Mn-SOD)联合小分子化合物雷公藤内酯醇(Tnptolide,TPL)对骨髓瘤细胞株RPMI8226、U266生长的体外抑制效应,希望找到解决化疗药物在临床使用中所出现的疗效低及毒副作用大的方法.采用CCK-8比色分析方法表明100 MOI ZD55-Mn-SOD与TPL(2 ng/mL、4 ng/mL)联合处理后,RPMI 8226及U266的细胞存活率均显著低于单用ZD55-Mn-SOD或TPL(P<0.05);用结晶紫染色法定性分析了ZD55-Mn-SOD联合TPL对两种骨髓瘤细胞的杀伤作用;最后Hoechst33342染色法观察细胞凋亡也显示联合应用ZD65-Mn-SOD与TPL处理组的细胞凋亡现象比二者单独使用均要显著.本研究初步证实ZD55-Mn-SOD与TPL联合具有协同作用,能有效地在体外抑制骨髓瘤细胞RPMI 8226和U 266的生长.  相似文献

This article aims to present a new approach based on C1-cubic splines introduced by Sallam and Naim Anwar [Sallam, S. and Naim Anwar, M. (2000). Stabilized cubic C1-spline collocation method for solving first-order ordinary initial value problems, Int. J. Comput. Math., 74, 87–96.], which is A-stable, for the time integration of parabolic equations (diffusion or heat equation). The introduced method is an example of the so-called method of lines (the solution is thought to consist of space discretization and time integration), which is an extension of the 1/3-Simpson's finite-difference scheme. Our main objective is to prove the unconditional stability of the proposed method as well as to show that the method is convergent and is of order O (h 2)?+?O (k 4) i.e. it is a fourth-order in time and second-order in space. Computational results also show that the method is relevant for long time interval problems.  相似文献
