用sol-gel法在ITO导电玻璃上制备了WO3电致变色薄膜,用光学显微镜对所有薄膜进行拍照,对比薄膜的成膜情况.经观察发现,薄膜前驱液浓度、拉膜速度和杂质对成膜性均有显著影响.从拉膜的过程方面讨论了出现上述情况的原因. 相似文献

通过共沉淀法制备了合适酸强度,比表面积为175.284 3 m2.g-1,最可几孔径在5.99 nm,负载镧的WO3/ZrO2固体超强酸催化剂。用Hammett指示剂法、XRD、N2等温吸附/脱附、DTA等方法考察了负载稀土镧后对催化剂的酸强度、比表面积、孔结构和热稳定性的影响。结果发现:La能均匀掺入WO3/ZrO2固体超强酸中,且适当加入稀土元素镧不但可以提高其酸强度,而且可以稳定结构、增加比表面积。 相似文献

Here we report the WO_3 thin films on F-doped SnO_2 conducting glass(FTO) substrates which were prepared by using dip film-drawing method. Dip film-drawing was a simple, convenient, economical method and in largescale to prepare photoanodes for future applications. The FTO substrates were dipped in tungstic acid solution then film-drawn included 3, 6, 9, 12 and 15 times for prepared different thicknesses of WO_3 thin film photoanodes. Then the photoanodes were employed as the electrodes in photoelectrochemical property measurements, which include scan linear sweep, repeated on/off illumination cycles, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and incident photon to current conversion efficiency, respectively. The results showed that the WO_3 thin films dipped 9 times with 175 nm thicknesses had the best photoelectrochemical performance of 0.067 mA·cm~/(-2) at 1.23 V versus RHE. 相似文献

以钨酸钠、硝酸铁为原料,采用水热法制备WO_3和铁掺杂WO_3(Fe-WO_3)固体催化剂。通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线多晶衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)及固体紫外-可见漫反射等表征催化剂。结果表明,制备的Fe-WO_3样品粒子呈片状,厚度达到纳米级。Fe掺杂WO_3的晶体结构受焙烧温度的影响,400℃焙烧得到的四方晶型样品具有较高的催化活性。固体紫外-可见漫反射表明,与WO_3相比,Fe掺杂WO_3发生红移,增强了可见光下的催化活性。以Fe-WO_3为催化剂降解亚甲基蓝,当亚甲基蓝初始浓度为10 mg·L^(-1),pH=11,催化剂用量1 g·L^(-1),质量分数30%的H_2O_2用量2.5 mL·100 mL^(-1),反应时间100 min时,亚甲基蓝降解率可达95.56%。 相似文献

Facile growth of 1‐D nanowire‐based WO3 thin films with enhanced photoelectrochemical performance 下载免费PDF全文
A flame reactor embedded with a constant tungsten wire feeding system to prepare one‐dimensional (1‐D) nanostructured tungsten oxide thin film for photoelectrochemical (PEC) water splitting was developed. Photoactive vertically‐aligned nanowire‐based WO3 thin films could be obtained with a controlled thickness via a flame vapor deposition process followed by air‐annealing. The PEC performances of WO3 photoelectrodes for different thin film thicknesses were examined. The optimum thickness of WO3 thin film was found to be about 7.2 μm for PEC water splitting based on incident photon‐to‐current efficiency plots and I–V curves. To make better use of solar light, a new Bi2WO6/Cu1.8Se photocatalyst active to visible and near‐infrared light has been synthesized by a facile hydrothermal method. The composites were characterized by X‐ray diffractometry (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), UV‐vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS), and photoluminescene (PL). The photocatalytic activities of Bi2WO6/Cu1.8Se are evaluated by degrading Congo red solution and hydrogen generation from water. It was found that the molar percentage of Cu1.8Se had great effects on the morphology and photocatalytic property of the Bi2WO6/Cu1.8Se heterojunctions, and the composite with suitable molar amount of Cu1.8Se exhibits much enhanced photocatalytic activity for Congo red degradation under visible and near‐infrared light irradiation and for hydrogen generation under visible light compared to Bi2WO6. The significant improvement photocatalytic activity of the composite could be attributed to its good light absorption, suitable band gap structure, and effective separation of photogenerated electron‐hole pairs of Bi2WO6/Cu1.8Se heterojunction. This work presents an efficient multifunction photocatalyst owning the activity both for water splitting under visible light and for organic contaminants decomposition under visible‐near‐infrared light. 相似文献

采用溶胶凝胶-钨粉过氧化法制备了氧化钨电致变色薄膜,并对其进行了不同温度的热处理,通过对电致变色原理的分析,研究讨论了不同热处理工艺对氧化钨薄膜微观形貌和电致变色性能的影响.采用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、紫外-可见分光光度计、电化学工作站对薄膜的微观结构、离子储存、离子扩散速率和光谱调制能力进行了表征和分析.结果表明:适当的热处理温度可以形成较低缺陷的非晶薄膜,此时薄膜具有优越的离子储存和扩散能力,从而具有较大的可见光调节范围;热处理温度为300,℃时,薄膜表现出较好的电致变色性能. 相似文献

We report on electrical responses of tungsten oxide thin film ozone sensors based on a tungsten trioxide (WO3)/tin oxide (SiO2)/Si structure with interdigitated Pt electrodes. The influence of O2 concentration in the sputtering gas and working temperature of the sensor are investigated. Sensitivity to ozone increases with O2 content in the sputtering gas. It reaches its highest value for sensors fabricated with 50% O2. For these sensors, the best ozone sensitivity and shortest response and recovery times are obtained at a working temperature of 523 K. Ozone sensitivity is compared to other ozone sensors. 相似文献
