With the development of MEMS and the electronic devices's miniaturization and integration, a new kind of power sources that can satisfy the need for high energy density is required. Microbatteries are being researched abroad for their advantages of extreme thinness and long-term power supply. The development of MEMS microbatteries are reviewed and suggestedmagnetron sputtering in fabricating a high-performance microbattery. The technics as annealing are analyzed. The microbattery with a LiNi1-x Cox O2 cathode exhibited stable cycle ability and a high specific discharge capacity, which was attributed to the alloying effect of the LiNiO2and LiCoO2.  相似文献

Large-grained and 7 μm thick CdTe film has been fabricated on top of Mo coated soda-lime glass substrate. As a new approach the dynamic recrystallization process (DRC) was used to form the structure of films. For the characterization of the structure and composition of the films a scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray microanalysis (EDS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) methods were used. The changes in the structure of films were studied in accordance with the process temperature, pressure and as-deposited film thickness. Significant changes in the CdTe film were observed after DRC of deposited films at the process temperatures between 450 °C and 550 °C. EDS quantitative analysis showed that during the recrystallization the Mo and CdTe films composition remained stable for all studied samples. The XRD results showed that the increase in the process temperature caused improvement in orientation of the films along direction of (111). The DRC temperature above 550 °C reduced the orientation again. The limits of the temperature and pressure in application of soda-lime glass in DRC were found and discussed.  相似文献

A binuclear aluminum complex with a chelating anilido-imine conjugated Schiff base ligand, 1,4-{o-C6H4[N(2,6-iPr2C6H3)][CH  N]Al(CH3)2}2C6H4 (3), was synthesized from the alkane elimination reaction of trimethylaluminum with the free ligand, 1,4-{o-C6H4[NH(2,6-iPr2C6H3)][CH  N]}2C6H4 (2), at room temperature. The photophysical properties of complex 3 were briefly examined and it was found that complex 3 displays bright orange luminescence in solution and in solid state. Electroluminescent devices were fabricated by doping complex 3 in polymer blend host of poly(vinylcarbazole) and 2-tert-butylphenyl-5-biphenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazol using simple solution spin-coating technique. Efficient orange light emission was obtained from the fabricated single-layer organic light-emitting devices with a maximum current efficiency of 3.2 cd/A.  相似文献

The ocular surface is in constant interaction with the environment and with numerous pathogens. Therefore, complex mechanisms such as a stable tear film and local immune defense mechanisms are required to protect the eye. This study describes the detection, characterization, and putative role of surfactant protein G (SP-G/SFTA2) with respect to wound healing and surface activity. Bioinformatic, biochemical, and immunological methods were combined to elucidate the role of SP-G in tear film. The results show the presence of SP-G in ocular surface tissues and tear film (TF). Increased expression of SP-G was demonstrated in TF of patients with dry eye disease (DED). Addition of recombinant SP-G in combination with lipids led to an accelerated wound healing of human corneal cells as well as to a reduction of TF surface tension. Molecular modeling of TF suggest that SP-G may regulate tear film surface tension and improve its stability through specific interactions with lipids components of the tear film. In conclusion, SP-G is an ocular surface protein with putative wound healing properties that can also reduce the surface tension of the tear film.  相似文献

Superlattices with magnetic layers containing from 8 to 16 GaMnAs monolayers corresponding to the mixed crystal composition between 5 and 6% of Mn and from 4 to 10 GaAs monolayers were grown by the low temperature MBE technique and characterized by Raman scattering. Folded acoustic phonons were observed for all superlattices in the Raman scattering spectra. The interlayer exchange coupling, found previously by the wide-angle neutron diffraction in selected superlattices was investigated by the spin-polarized neutron reflectometry. It was always of ferromagnetic type, no trace of antiferromagnetic coupling was found.  相似文献

以魔芋葡甘聚糖(Konjac Glucomannan,KGM)为基质,加入增塑剂、脂质、乳化剂、抗菌剂及生物抑制剂,在温度为50℃条件下干燥10 h,所制得的膜具有良好的阻湿阻气性能、可降解和抗菌性,有一定的强度.将该膜材料应用于龙眼保鲜上,效果优于普通聚乙烯薄膜袋.  相似文献
