化学复合镀层激光处理研究

研究了激光处理对Ni-P -SiC化学复合镀层的影响。借助于扫描电镜、能谱仪、X射线衍射、显微硬度计等设备对激光处理后复合镀层的表面形貌、组织结构及性能进行了综合分析。结果表明 ,对复合镀层进行激光处理可以获得与炉内加热同样的镀层硬度 ,且当激光功率 4 0 0W ,扫描速度 1.5m /min时 ,镀层硬度高于炉内加热的硬度     

Gamma-irradiation-induced Ag/SiO2 composite films and their optical absorption properties

Small Ag particles or clusters dispersed mesoporous SiO₂ composite films were prepared by a new method: First the matrix SiO₂ films were prepared by sol-gel process combined with the dip-coating technique, then they were soaked in AgNO₃ solutions followed by irradiation of γ-ray at room temperature and in ambient pressure. The structures of these films were examined by X-ray diffraction (XRD), high-resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM), and optical absorption spectroscopy. It has been shown that the Ag particles grown within the porous SiO₂ films are very small, and they are isolated and dispersed from each other with very narrow size distributions. With increasing the soaking concentration and an additional annealing, an opposite peakshift effect of the surface plasmon resonance (SPR) was observed in the optical absorption measurements.     

Wear and Creep Characteristics of a Carbon‐Derived Si3N4/SiC Micro/Nanocomposite

In the presented work some properties of a recently developed Si₃N₄/SiC micro/nanocomposite have been investigated. The material was tested using a pin on disc configuration. Under unlubricated sliding conditions using Si₃N₄ pin at 50 % humidity, the friction coefficient was in the range of 0,6 ‐ 0,7. The reduction of humidity resulted in a lower coefficient of friction, in vacuum the coefficient of friction had a value of about 0,6. The wear resistance in vacuum was significantly lower then that in air. The wear patterns on the Si₃N₄+SiC disc revealed that mechanical fracture was the wear controlling mechanism. Creep tests were realized in four point bending configuration in the temperature interval 1200‐1400 °C at stresses 50,100 and 150 MPa and the minimal creep deformation rate was established for each stress level. The activation energy, established from the minimal creep deformation had a value of about 360 kJ/mol and the stress exponent values were in the range of 0.8‐1.28. From the achieved stress exponents it can be assumed that under the studied load/temperature conditions the diffusion creep was the most probable creep controlling mechanism.     

GPRS手机入网测试自动化

全球移动通信系统(GSM)广泛的应用于现代通信系统就在于其良好的兼容性,不同的移动设备之间在遵守一定协议规范的条件下可以相互通信;本设计测试的是GSM第11系列GSM11.10,他包括诸多测试项,只对接收机参考灵敏度电平在GSM900与DCS1800两个频段进行测量。给出了传统形式下的手动测试和自动测试平台的比较,并建立了收信机参考灵敏度指标的自动测试平台。     

DS/FH通信系统的跳频同步技术研究

同步是DS/FH混合通信系统的关键技术之一。根据跳频系统中对同步的要求,介绍了一种适用于DS/FH混合扩频通信系统的跳频同步方法,采用同步字头和精准时间相结合的方法实现跳频同步。对同步性能进行了分析,结果表明该跳频同步方法同步时间短,捕获概率高。     

Finite element piezothermoelasticity analysis and the active control of FGM plates with integrated piezoelectric sensors and actuators

 An efficient finite element model is presented for the static and dynamic piezothermoelastic analysis and control of FGM plates under temperature gradient environments using integrated piezoelectric sensor/actuator layers. The properties of an FGM plate are functionally graded in the thickness direction according to a volume fraction power law distribution. A constant displacement-cum-velocity feedback control algorithm that couples the direct and inverse piezoelectric effects is applied to provide active feedback control of the integrated FGM plate in a closed loop system. Numerical results for the static and dynamic control are presented for the FGM plate, which consists of zirconia and aluminum. The effects of the constituent volume fractions and the influence of feedback control gain on the static and dynamic responses of the FGM plates are examined. 镍层耐硝酸腐蚀性测试——一种简单的预先探测ENIG镍层“黑盘”现象的测试方法

随着更加精细的SMT、BGA等表面贴装技术的运用,化学沉镍金(ENIG)作为线路板最终表面处理得到了越来越广泛的应用,同时可怕的“黑盘”现象也随之更广泛地“流行”起来,直接导致贴装后元器件焊接点不规则接触不良。为了贯彻执行最好的流程控制和采取有效的预防措施,了解这种焊接失败的产生机理是非常重要的,及早的观测到可能发生“黑盘”现象的迹象变得同样关键。本文介绍了一种简单的预先探测ENIG镍层“黑盘”现象的测试方法-镍层耐硝酸腐蚀性测试,这种测试可以用于作为一种常规的测试方法监测一般化学沉镍溶液在有效使用寿命范围内新鲜沉积的镍层的质量。利用Weibull概率统计分析在不同的金属置换周期(MTO)下镍层的可靠性能表现。结合试验结果得出了一个镍层耐硝酸腐蚀性的判定标准。     

单光纤传输光推动便携式压力测量仪的研究

介绍了用单根光纤传输测量信号和功率信号的光功率推动液体压力测量仪及其工作原理。该仪器以电容式压力传感器的δ元件作为压力检测元件，采用低功耗前置器电路和简单直杆结构，实现了便携式测量。测量范围为O～100kPa，精度为O．01kPa。     

设备管理工作中的设备采购与设备建档问题

本文从设备管理工作中最为基本的设备采购及设备建档两个方面探讨了如何将GB／T15481-2000《检测和校准实验室能力的通用要求》用于指导检测实验室的设备管理实际工作。     

丙烯腈－苯乙烯共聚物水解磺化产物对泥浆的稳定作用

在实验室条件下对用丙烯腈－苯乙烯共聚物在硫酸存在下的水解磺化产物（ＨＳＡＳ）处理的泥浆性能进行了评定。ＨＳＡＳ处理的泥浆有较小的滤失性，较好的耐盐和抗高温性。
