基于网络的实时数据采集系统的应用

介绍了中国石油抚顺石化分公司实时数据采集系统的系统结构、软硬件平台、系统具有的功能，以及与现场DCS连接类型的实例。该项目自2002年开始实施，目前已实现41套装置，近2万点数据的采集。该系统为公司进一步加强管理，提高工作效率，增强公司整体竞争能力，发挥了重要的作用。

An interface between object-oriented databases and relational databases

Currently relational databases are widely used, while object-oriented databases are emerging as a new generation of database technology. This paper presents a methodology to provide effective sharing of information in object-oriented databases and relational databases. The object-oriented data model is selected as a common data model to build an integrated view of the diverse databases. An object-oriented query language is used as a standard query language. A method is developed to transform a relational data definition to an equivalent object-oriented data definition and to integrate local data definitions. Two distributed query processing methods are derived. One is for general queries and the other for a special class of restricted queries. Using the methods developed, it is possible to access distributed object-oriented databases and relational databases such that the locations and the structural differences of the databases are transparent to users.     

关系数据库在专家系统中的应用

在传统的专家系统中，对推理机工作过程的控制是程序实现的。本文介绍了一个用数据库技术引导推理过程的专家系统－精神分裂症诊断专家系统（ＥＳＳＤ）的推理控制策略。在这个专家系统中，作者将有关推理过程的控制信息用关系数据库技术进行存储和管理，达到了将控制策略数据化的目的。将数据库技术引入到专家系统的推进控制机制中可以使控制策略比较容易调整，且而可以大大压缩程序篇幅，显著提高系统运行效率，为专家系统的结构设     

Genetic algorithms for optimal logical database design

The focus of this paper is database design using automated database design tools or more general CASE tools. We present a genetic algorithm for the optimization of (internal) database structures, using a multi-criterion objective function. This function expresses conflicting objectives, reflecting the well-known time/space trade-off. This paper shows how the solution space of the algorithm can be set up in the form of tree structures (forests), and how these are encoded by a simple integer assignation. Genetic operators (database transformations) defined in terms of this encoding behave as if they manipulate tree structures. Some basic experimental results produced by a research prototype are presented.

This article describes the background, functionality, implementation and use of TOP-ONE, stressing that applications of knowledge-based systems technology to data processing environments will achieve full success only when existing systems and existing conventional data are incorporated within the applications.
