Abstract

The fatigue properties of Al–Si alloy cold sprayed Al and Al–SiC composite coatings have been studied. The specimens coated with composites reinforced with a large volume (25%) of fine SiC particles exhibited improved adhesion strength at the interface due to crater formation, and cyclic fatigue lives at room temperature more than three times those of uncoated specimens. In high temperature low cycle fatigue tests at 250°C, the pure Al coatings showed longer fatigue lives than the Al–SiC composite coatings, which is attributed to an increment in ductility at the surface retarding fatigue crack initiation.  相似文献

In this paper, a new linear group-wise parallel interference cancellation (LGPIC) detector is proposed. Four different group-detection schemes are derived, namely, the linear group matched filter PIC (LGMF-PIC) detector, the linear group decorrelator PIC (LGDEC-PIC) detector, the linear group minimum mean square error PIC (LGMMSE-PIC) detector and the linear group parallel interference cancellation weighted PIC (LGPIC-PIC) detector. The convergence behavior of the proposed detector is analyzed and conditions of convergence are derived. Finally, extensive simulations regarding the convergence behavior and the effect of the grouping on the convergence behavior of the proposed LGPIC detector are conducted.

The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) Division of Surveillance, Hazard Evaluations and Field Studies (DSHEFS) conducts investigations of health hazards in the workplace under the NIOSH Health Hazard Evaluation (HHE) program. In September 1990, the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) requested that NIOSH assess the health and safety practices used by fire personnel during a brush fire on September 6, 1990, in Sedgwick County, Kansas. A 25-year-old fire fighter died of heat stroke at the scene.The NIOSH site visit to Sedgwick County, Kansas included a tour of the fire scene, personal interviews with 25 fire fighters and support personnel, and a review of incident reports, incident command procedures and other documents. NIOSH investigators concluded that a preventable series of events preceded the fire fighter's death. Recommendations were made for incident command and safety procedures, as well as medical monitoring, rehabilitation of fire fighters at fire scenes, and rehydration schedules.  相似文献

本文提出一种可用于宽带数字移动通信系统的多输入多输出(MIMO)无线传输系统架构———分组的空时块编码(G-STBC)MIMO结构,即发送天线被分成若干组,组内的多根天线进行STBC编码,而各组发送的数据流相互独立。针对这一系统架构,提出了基于迫零检测的最优排序串行干扰消除(OZFSIC)接收信号检测算法的实现方案。计算机仿真结果表明,这种空时编码MIMO结构在等数据率的情况下能获得比相应的V-BLAST系统更优的性能。G-STBC-MIMO结构可以使发送天线多于接收天线,因此,对于无线通信系统下行链路以及大数据量广播业务系统(如数字高清晰度电视地面传输系统)都较V-BLAST更具有优势。  相似文献

针对基于视频监控/识别的井下机车无人驾驶系统中机车动态无线接入传输网络的问题,提出一种串行干扰消除(SIC)区域划分策略。首先,建立基站通信覆盖范围内的非线性区域划分模型;其次,根据理论推导可得区段划分数与基站通信覆盖范围的关系,机车位置与发射功率的关系;最后给出SIC区域划分策略。仿真实验结果表明:SIC区域划分策略使得一个基站可以同时接入3辆机车,机车总通过时间和基站覆盖范围利用率的整体优化效果提高50%以上。  相似文献

Abstract

Some properties of the remarkable Ti3SiC2 based ceramic synthesised by hot pressing of elemental Ti, Si, and C powders have been investigated. Its flexural strength by using three point bending tests and fracture toughness by using single edge notched beam tests were measured at room temperature to be in the range 310–427 MPa and about 7·MPa m1/2, respectively. This material is a relative 'soft' ceramic with a low hardness of 4 GPa. Ti3SiC2 is similar to the soft metals and is a damage tolerant material that is able to contain the extent of microdamage. An oxidation test has been performed in the temperature range 1000–1400°C in air for 20 h. The oxidation resistance below 1100°C was good. Two oxidized layers were formed, the outer layer consisting of pure rutile-type TiO2, and the inner layer a mixture of SiO2 and TiO2. The average coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of Ti3SiC2 was measured to be 9·29 × 10?6 K?1 in the temperature range 25–1400°C. The thermal shock resistance of Ti3SiC2 was evaluated by quenching the samples from 800°C, 1200°C, and 1400°C, respectively. The retained flexural strength drops dramatically at quenching temperature, but shows a slight increase after quenching from 1400°C compared with quenching from 800°C and 1200°C.  相似文献

Abstract

Al with 55 and 75 vol.-%SiC powders were free mechanically mixed or ball milled as feedstock. The powder feedstock was deposited onto a graphite substrate to form near net shape of Al/SiC composites by air plasma spraying. The pores and the gaps at the Al/SiC interface as well as at the boundary of Al grains exist extensively in the as sprayed composites. Coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of the sprayed composites was measured in the temperature range of 25–300°C. The composites plasma sprayed with Al–75SiC powder feedstock can reach a low CTE value of 8 × 10?6 °C?1. The effect of pore on the CTE of the composites has been discussed. The gap at Al/SiC interface has an influence on thermal expansion behaviour only at lower test temperatures. Reduction and elimination of the gap with temperature can offset the thermal expansion of the as sprayed composites, resulting in lower CTE at the beginning of the CTE test. Roughly quantitative consideration of the effect of the interfacial gaps between Al and SiC on CET was given. Linear rule of mixture (ROM), Turner and Kerner's models were used to estimate the CTE of the sprayed composites. It was found that ROM and Kerner's model give closer CTE prediction for the present composites.  相似文献

该文提出新的基于ZF SIC检测的V-BLAST系统次优天线选择准则:最小化信道矩阵伪逆的最大行范数。基于贪婪选择思想,发射天线选择采用使得该范数增加最小的递增选择策略,接收天线选择采用使得该范数减少最大的递减选择策略。仿真表明所提出的新准则明显优于已有的最大第1检测层后处理信噪比准则,且相应的快速选择算法可以获得最优的基于最大最小准则的全搜索选择的大部分分集增益,而复杂度很低。  相似文献

随着星地融合网络(ISTNs)的快速发展,大量的传感器和无线设备都有无线服务的接入需求,从而对星地融合网络的频谱效率和服务质量提出了新的挑战。不同于传统的正交多址接入技术,非正交多址接入(NOMA)技术可在相同的频率下传输不同用户的信号,其被认作为提高星地融合网络频谱效率的有效方法,从而被广泛研究。目前,针对NOMA和星地融合网络的研究大多都是在理想条件下进行的,由此该文研究更加实际的情况,即在非完美串行干扰消除(SIC)、信道估计误差和同频干扰下,对星地融合网络的性能进行研究。该文在假设卫星端和地面端均采用多天线的前提下,推导了系统遍历容量的闭式表达式,验证了非完美条件对于系统性能的影响。同时蒙特卡罗仿真验证了理论分析和推导的正确性。  相似文献
