This study presents a model for estimating the fatigue life of magnesium and aluminium non‐penetrated butt‐welded joints using Artificial Neural Network (ANN). The input parameters for the network are stress concentration factor Kt and nominal stress amplitude sa,n. The output parameter is the endurable number of load cycles N. Fatigue data were collected from the literature from three different sources. The experimental tests, on which the fatigue data are based, were carried out at the Fraunhofer Institute for Structural Durability and System Reliability (LBF), Darmstadt – Germany. The results determined with use of artificial neural network for welded magnesium and aluminium joints are displayed in the same scatter bands of SN‐lines. It is observed that the trained results are in good agreement with the tested data and artificial neural network is applicable for estimating the SN‐lines for non‐penetrated welded magnesium and aluminium joints under cyclic loading. 相似文献

Twelve styrene-utilizing bacteria were isolated from a biofilter used for treating gaseous styrene. A gramnegative strain
had a high styrene-degrading activity and was identified as Pseudomonas putida SN1 by 16S rDNA analysis. The styrene degradation
in SN1 was regarded to start with a monooxygenase enzyme which converted styrene to styrene oxide, a potentially important
chiral building block in organic synthesis. SN1 could grow on styrene and styrene oxide, but not on benzene and toluene. The
styrene degradation activity in SN1 was induced when incubated with styrene, and the induction was not inhibited by the presence
of readily usable carbon sources such as glucose and citrate. The optimal activity was shown at pH 7.0 and 30 °C and estimated

Despite the use of intensive multimodality therapy, the majority of high-risk neuroblastoma (NB) patients do not survive. Without significant improvements in delivery strategies, anticancer agents used as a first-line treatment for high-risk tumors often fail to provide clinically meaningful results in the settings of disseminated, recurrent, or refractory disease. By enhancing pharmacological selectivity, favorably shifting biodistribution, strengthening tumor cell killing potency, and overcoming drug resistance, nanocarrier-mediated delivery of topoisomerase I inhibitors of the camptothecin family has the potential to dramatically improve treatment efficacy and minimize side effects. In this study, a structurally enhanced camptothecin analog, SN22, reversibly coupled with a redox-silent tocol derivative (tocopheryl oxamate) to allow its optimally stable encapsulation and controlled release from PEGylated sub-100 nm nanoparticles (NP), exhibited strong NB cell growth inhibitory activity, translating into rapid regression and durably suppressed regrowth of orthotopic, MYCN-amplified NB tumors. The robust antitumor effects and markedly extended survival achieved in preclinical models recapitulating different phases of high-risk disease (at diagnosis vs. at relapse with an acquired loss of p53 function after intensive multiagent chemotherapy) demonstrate remarkable potential of SN22 delivered in the form of a hydrolytically cleavable superhydrophobic prodrug encapsulated in biodegradable nanocarriers as an experimental strategy for treating refractory solid tumors in high-risk cancer patients. 相似文献

在D.L.Dohono和I.M.Johnstone提出的多分辨分析小波阚值去噪方法的基础上,提出了一种新的阈值函数。仿真试验结果表明,采用新的阈值函数的去噪效果无论在视觉效果上,还是在信噪比增益上和最小均方误差意义上均优于传统的硬阈值和软阚值。并且,与传统的硬阚值和软阈值相比.此函数不仅表达式简单,易于计算,而且具有优越的数学特性:易于求导,有连续的无穷阶导数。因此新阈值函数的更重要的意义在于使信号的自适应去噪成为可能,为更充分的发挥小波阈值去噪方法的优越性开辟了广阔的前景。 相似文献

合成了DTPA-2SN(二乙烯三胺二乙酰二磺胺),并对其化学结构进行了鉴定;制备了DTPA双酸酐(DTPAA),通过DTPAA与磺胺反应合成DTPA-2SN,并对其进行了99Tcm标记。采用n(K222):n( K2CO3)薄层层析法测定标记率,Sep-Pak C18小柱纯化,鉴定放化纯度。并观察其体外稳定性。结果显示DTPAA产率为85%,DTPA-2SN的产率为80%,二者经鉴定与其化学结构式相符。DTPA-2SN易于被99Tcm标记,标记率可达90%±3%。连续观察4h 99Tcm-DTPA-2SN放化纯度均大于90%,稳定性良好。 相似文献
