Coupled Physical and Numerical Simulation to Optimize Thermo‐mechanical Metal Forming Processes

The numeric simulation of thermo‐mechanical hot forming processes and the modelling of the structure development and the mechanical properties of complex metallic materials serve for both the optimization of forming processes and the increase of process reliability. To meet close process windows, predictions of the formability of the material as function of the process conditions and material history are required as well. Lifetime evaluation of the tools is made possible from coupled computation of workpiece and tool loads. Material and damage models in use must be adapted on the basis of laboratory experiments and advanced analysis methods.     

Parameter identification for nonlinear systems: Guaranteed confidence regions through LSCR

In this paper we consider the problem of constructing confidence regions for the parameters of nonlinear dynamical systems. The proposed method uses higher order statistics and extends the LSCR (leave-out sign-dominant correlation regions) algorithm for linear systems introduced in Campi and Weyer [2005, Guaranteed non-asymptotic confidence regions in system identification. The confidence regions contain the true parameter value with a guaranteed probability for any finite number of data points. Moreover, the confidence regions shrink around the true parameter value as the number of data points increases. The usefulness of the proposed approach is illustrated on some simple examples.     

一种油量在机车信息平台中实时显示的方法

介绍了在运输部信息平台中实现油量实时显示的过程。油量传感器产生的电流模拟信号分成两路，一路传给无纸记录仪，另一路经过电压转变后送至信息平台的状态监测仪，经过状态监测仪的G2002B板处理后通过串口传给工控机，在信息平台上实现油量的实时显示，作用除了提醒司机适时加油以外，更重要的是判断机车作业的油耗情况。     

RELAP5程序与三维时空中子动力学模型的耦合以及改进研究

引入堆芯物理计算的两群三维时空中子动力学模型,对RELAP5程序的点堆中子动力学模型进行了改进,同时设计了可视化界面,可方便地实现人.机交互操作.计算结果与实际应用表明,改进后的RELAP5程序计算功能和精度得到提高,使用更加方便,在核动力装置的仿真方面有很好的应用前景.     

军械调运方案优化算法的设计与仿真

军械调运问题的数学模型和手工算法过去已有研究,但是当问题较为复杂时,手工算法就要花费大量时间而且准确性也难以保证。针对这一缺陷,本文在已有的数学模型和手工算法的基础上,设计了一种可以用计算机实现的基于递归的算法来寻求军械紧急调运问题的最优方案,并使用面向对象的java语言将算法实现。     

The transient response technique for the study of hydrocarbon oxidation on metal oxides: Simulation of the responses for various propene oxidation mechanisms

Partial differential equations, describing the consumption of reactants and the formation of products, have been solved numerically for a step change from inert to reactant feed considering different variants of propene oxidation mechanisms. The response features and their dependency on the rate limiting step have been rationalised in terms of conclusions, which can serve as general guidelines for mechanistic interpretation of experimental transients from hydrocarbon oxidation over metal oxides. Though the response pattern is characteristic of the rate limiting step, it is demonstrated that different variants of mechanisms can give identical response features. In that case complementary investigation with other techniques, or more detailed mathematical analysis is necessary.     

蜂胶乙醇浸提液在牛乳制品保鲜中的效果研究

研究了不同浓度的蜂胶对鲜奶的保鲜作用，以及蜂胶对酸奶中酵母菌的抑制作用；同时选择常用化学防腐剂苯甲酸钠作为对照。研究表明，蜂胶能延长鲜奶的保存期。灭菌前加入质量分数为0．1％蜂胶可将鲜奶保存期延长一倍多。0．1％蜂胶可以显著抑制酸奶中酵母的增殖，既可明显延长保存期，又不影响乳制品的自身品质。蜂胶可以代替苯甲酸钠，具有天然保鲜防腐效果。     

廊固凹陷异常压力与天然气的分布和产出关系

重点阐述异常压力对天然气的分布影响关系。以冀中地区廊固凹陷第三系地层为研究对象，对异常压力的分布特征、天然气聚集区的异常压力与天然气产量关系等进行了分析。通过分析认为，异常压力与天然气分布聚集规律有着密切联系，分析的天然气分布聚集与产出规律对勘探开发有指导作用。
