在我国现行居住区规划设计规范中,其道路设计往往强调"通而不畅"之原则。文中指出随着我国居住区建设出现了大规模、高层、高密度并普遍建设着地下空间等特征,这一原则已难以适应于城市化进一步发展之需要。同时提出居住区道路规划应从"通而不畅"走向"人车分离",并在具体设计中遵循以下导则:1在保证居住区基本环境质量的前提下优先采用"人车分离"之通畅路网;2充分利用地下车库进行人车分离;3采取对城市交通体系更友好的形态,使居住区路网规划与市政道路更加通畅地衔接;4多个居住区的地下车库等空间宜互联互通,以提高其利用率。结合我国城市建设出现的新特征,适时调整居住区路网规划原则,对改善城市交通拥堵和居住区的可持续发展都具有重要的现实意义。  相似文献

The Yellow River Basin is one of the greatest and most important ecological barrier and economic belt in China. When the Yellow River Basin is seen as an ecosystem in whole, the floodplains in the lower reaches are critical to the basin’s health and biodiversity. However, due to the extreme complexity of the natural environment of the floodplains, current flood control policies, long-term agricultural activities, and extensive rural construction and production dikes, the river ecosystem has suffered from considerable damage and a serious decline of ecosystem services. In the planning and design project of the Zhengzhou Yellow River Floodplain Park, the characteristics of the lower, intermediate, and higher floodplains have been carefully identified, site-specific ecological restoration measures for each floodplain type were implemented, highlighting the authenticity and natural qualities and improving the overall ecosystem services. In addition, a slow traffic system and innovative industries along the Yellow River are introduced to enable high-quality cultural perception and recreational experience of the improved ecosystem services, promote green production and lifestyle. These measures help make the Yellow River a river that truly benefit the locals. In the context of ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River, as a national agenda, the ecological restoration planning strategies proposed in this article provides a reference for the development of ecological management and green economy in other sections of the lower reaches of the Yellow River.  相似文献

The hysteresis in the perception has been observed in many perceptual experiments, but little is known about the underlying dynamical mechanism. We simulate a visual discrimination task, as an example of hysteresis in the perception, using a spiking neuron network and the corresponding slow dynamic system. The hysteresis in visual perception has been reproduced in our simulation. We find that hysteresis is influenced by the change speed of the external stimuli and the excitatory recurrent interaction inside the selective neuron pool. The slow dynamic system reveals the dynamical mechanism underlying the hysteresis: emerging from the lag between the response of neural system and the fast change external stimuli when the slow dynamic system has a single steady state; emerging from the multiple steady states regardless of the change speed of the external stimuli. In particularly, the multiplicity of the steady state of the slow dynamic system comes from the codimension three swallowtail catastrophe which exhibits two interacting cusp catastrophes.  相似文献

Water-soluble biocides are prone to excessive leaching and high concentrations are therefore required in surface coatings for successful protection of a surface against biodeterioration. Encapsulation prolongs the lifetime of biocides in different matrices by protecting them from leaching and by releasing them slowly. In this study, sodium benzoate as a model water-soluble biocidal agent and Congo Red dye as an capsulation indicator were incorporated into branched polyethyleneimines (PEIs) with molecular weights of 1300 and 5000 g/mol. Microscopic investigations verified that the Congo Red dye and sodium benzoate were entrapped within the capsules. The encapsulation capacity, release behaviour and efficiency of the encapsulated model biocide against two brown rot species Coniophora puteana and Serpula lacrymans were determined. The encapsulated water-soluble model biocide inhibited the growth of the decay fungi. The release of the biocide was based on slow diffusion from the capsules. The molecular weight of the encapsulated agent and the polyethyleneimine affected the release rate.  相似文献

应用Pierce小信号理论,对设计高效率宽带行波管的一般方法进行分析,采用螺距跳变渐变技术,形成了相速减少和相速增加两段结合的输出段作为宽带行波管的慢波结构,并采用散热性能好的半金属化夹持杆慢波结构产生反常色散曲线。为了提高行波管工作频带的电子效率,在高频点(18 GHz),利用遗传算法并调用1维BWIS互作用程序,对相速减少和相速增加两段相结合输出段的慢波结构进行了优化。计算结果表明:行波管在工作频带(6~18 GHz)获得了比较平坦的饱和输出功率,为下一步实际研制宽带行波管提供了理论依据。  相似文献
